This week has been a great lesson for me this week with regard to you know, myself and just learning. So I just wanted to post that question to you. We're gonna get straight to it, man, cause I gotta get out, you know what I mean. And I I realize, shade girl, Man, I realize that I have a so I've gotten older. Man, I realize I don't have a real huge tolerance for the bullshit, Like I don't have a tolerance for bullshit. I really don't, like, I don't have a tolerance for bullshit at all. And the thing that making it that I've learned about myself this week is I struggle greatly with I struggle greatly with how to channel it. You feel me, I struggle greatly with how to channel it. That's something that I've learned about myself. And I also have learned about myself this week that there has to be a cutoff, Like we have to have a clean break. You know what I'm saying, Like. You, you you can afford yourself, like you deserve the opportunity to have clean breaks. You understand what I'm saying. Things don't have to linger like stuff that was going on in twenty twenty five. You don't have to bring it into twenty twenty six, you feel me, You don't owe anybody an explanation, like, you don't have to, you know, do anything to prove You don't have to prove yourself in any way shape for a fashion, you can just have a clean break. Like you can just have a clean break and that just be that, you feel me like you can literally just like you can afford yourself the the it's not even really a luxury, but you can make the conscientious decision to hey man, I'm not doing that no more. Like I'm cool. You feel me and when you when you are cool on something, you can really just be cool on it and that just be it, you know what I mean a lot of times, especially with things that aren't I'm gonna just say it man, especially stuff that is you know, dramatic and things that are that are drama field or whatever the case may be. You have that, you know, we have that propensity to want to reach back and kind of you know, we want to address certain things or we want to sometimes we might want to go back and just set certain records straight and so on and so forth. Like, nah, you don't have to do that. You can afford yourself the opportunity to really truly just have a clean break and that's just it. You understan what I'm saying, like, nah, you can just you can just stop, like you can just have a clean break, and you don't owe anything to anybody like you know what I'm saying. You know how you ah, you just like you decide you're gonna drink liquor like I'm I'm cool. I'm not gonna be drinking, you know what I mean. You don't owe the people that you used to get drunk with an explanation. You feel me. You can decide that you're gonna stop smoking, like I'm gonna stop saying I'm done smoking, man, I don't really want to smoke weed no more. I'm cool. You don't have to go around and and explain yourself to people that you used to get high with, like nah, I'm just cool. You feel me, that's it, And you don't have to go around and be around them. You don't have to do like you don't have to do nothing. You don't have to do anything. In fact, for me, this is gonna sound crazy, but I am so intentional and so busy building with what it is that I'm doing that I really don't have time to go back and pull things with me, You feel me, I don't have time to go back and pull things with me. I don't have time to go back and pull people with me. Like I don't have time. You know what I'm saying. I don't have the I don't have the it's not even just time, it's it's time, but it's really just the resources period. Like I don't have the resources. I don't have the time. I don't have the energy. I don't have the effort to do. I don't have the desire to do. Like those are all resources that I don't have to spend on that stuff. You feel me, It's like I don't know. Like with my kids, for instance, right when I'm walking, it's on my kids to keep up with me, like it's on it's on them. It's on you to to utilize your little legs and keep up with me because I'm not gonna pick you up and carry you. You feel me. And it's the it's kind of the same thing with people in your life, like it's on them to to to keep up with you. You understand what I'm saying. If you're if you're with regard to the things that you're and cultivating, and that's just it man. And so that's one of the things I've always struggled with in my life. And I realized that I don't have to struggle with that. You feel me like, I don't have to struggle with that. It's the same thing you know that when it comes to heat to be in here like it's it's you don't have to keep up like a lot of people who come around like you all are lost that we're in here talking about time management and self mastery and we're talking about and I'm asking, what did you learn about yourself this week? And if you you know, tapped in, if you tapped in and you like, man, hold on, they talking about what a seven day awareness like, You're gonna have absolutely no idea what we're talking about. When I talk about a seven day awareness window, you feel me yeah, But I'm okay with that. You understand what I'm saying because twofold. First of all, the content is still up there, so you can go consume the content. You can catch up, you know what I mean. And secondly, like it's it's this is a conversation that we are in twenty twenty six. This is about mastering us. This is not a conversation about we're not talking about nothing else. You feel me. We're not talking about anything else as it as it relates to us, mastering us. You feel me us coming in and really truly truly embarking on this journey to get better. That's it. You feel me. And so a lot of people are coming in and and and you know you're gonna they're gonna be lost, and that's on you to catch up. You feel me. That's on you to catch up because we're here and we're doing the work, and we're here every day and it's the same group every day because this is the this is the most intentional or most consistent morning circle on the planet. You feel me. And that's just that's just what this is. But shout out to the Black Coffee Club and and everybody that's you know here and commit and commit me to doing to work. I think the like I said, the thing that I really learned about myself is just having that I have too much of a desire to reach back and pull you know what I'm saying, reaching back like I have too much of a I have. Huh. I gotta get over that. You understand that desire to I gotta get over that. It's because it's full speed ahead. And the truth be told, the time, energy and effort that is involved in reaching back takes away from time, energy, and effort that should be spent on building. You feel me, and I think that you know once again, the people who are around me are supposed to be around me. The people who are gonna come and be here are the people that are gonna come and be here. You feel me, and it's too many people. I get too much love and too much support from the people that are here to worry and concentrate on the people who aren't. You feel me, So there's no reaching back, pulling. You know what I'm saying. We're gonna come in here. I'm gonna give you the best I got and then that's gonna be it. You know what I mean. I'm gonna tell you these things are here, like hey man, the books are here. The book and the planner is here. You feel me. Also, I've been working diligently because we talked about the seven day We talked about the seven day awareness window where I want us to literally pay attention for seven days of how we're spending our time. You understand what I'm saying. And I said that it was gonna start today. I lie, We're gonna start it on Monday. I like Mondays. You feel me. I like Mondays. I like to start clean on Mondays. So we're gonna prepare for those of us who are gonna do the seven day challenge. You're gonna you're gonna prepare, excuse me, on Sunday. We're gonna start preparing and we're gonna start off on Monday clean and we're gonna go up. We're gonna go from Monday through Sunday of this week. So Monday is what is that the twelfth, thirteenth. We're gonna start on Monday, and we're gonna go from hold on, let me let. Me see this. I can't even oh god, they won't even let me see the calendar. Monday is the twelfth. So we're gonna go from the twelfth through the eighteenth. You feel me. We're gonna go from the twelfth through the eighteenth, and we're going to literally get an awareness and pay attention to how we spend our time. And I told you all that I was gonna put together some tools for you all to help. And I didn't lie about that. You know what I'm saying. I didn't lie. I've really been putting together this tool and this is gonna be available to you all for free. Of course, well not of course, but this is gonna be available for free. Everybody be motherfuckers be coming in here talking about free shit like I need some need something free. Give me something free, Junie, you should have made something free. I sell a book and people come in here talking about they need something for free. So here, here you go. This is something for free. So I've put together this we're gonna do. We're gonna actually do the life We're gonna do the life role matrix and the seven day window, because I feel like it's only right that you take a look. If you're gonna take a look at it, you gotta take a look at it all. You feel me, If you're gonna take a look at it, let me come back, let me come back on real quick. If you're gonna if you if you're gonna take a look at it, you gotta take a look at it all. You understand like it's it's it's we do too much pocketing and you know, pocket operating in pockets. Like, if you're gonna take a look at it, you're gonna take a look at it all. So I want you all to take a look at your at your life role. I take a look at you know what it is that that you do. You know what I mean, the things that you that you were a part of, so on and so on, for how you are supposed to be allocating your time. Like we talked about, it's one thing to say what matters to you and what you value and what's important, and it's something totally different to look at how you're spending your time high, you feel me. So as as a result of that, like I said, we're gonna we're gonna go through this. We're gonna go through this. I've created this matrix as well as just an awareness window for you. And so basically the way this is gonna work. And I told y'all I was gonna have this too, and this will be available for you all on Sunday, I'll have it. We'll have it up Sunday at noon. You know what I mean. Sunday at noon, you'll be able to go over to You'll be able to go over to the hub. You can go to juniortruth dot com, over to the hub and you'll be able to download this and get it so that you can actually use it. So hopefully everybody in here, hopefully I'll rocking with it. But hold on, let me take this. Let me take this down so you can see. So we have the Life Role we have the Life Role Matrix. And basically what that is is this is you're gonna go through here and you're gonna list all of the roles that you have in your life, every single role that you have in your life. You're gonna have that you're gonna list that. You know what I mean. This is gonna everything top to bottom, you know what I'm saying. Then you're gonna come over here and you're gonna plot them in this matrix. You feel me and you can see. You might not be able to see, but you'll be able to see it when you download. Uh. You have your family, friends, and community. Those are your personal on the left. The left column is all personal. The right column is professional. On the right you have work, education and entrepreneur sad slash business. You feel me, hopefully y'all. I don't see no comments, so hopefully y'all listening to me, all right, So you're gonna complete that, Okay. Then the next thing we're gonna complete is our life role responsibility. So you're gonna take those roles that you plot in the life role section, all of the stuff that life rolls top to bottom. Mac of the South, salut hommy, I'll see you top to bottom. All the roles that you have top to bottom, You're gonna take those. Then you are going to plot them here and over here. You're gonna see in a life role responsibility matrix, matris going to see top to bottom everything that your everything. So you're gonna see, uh, the name of the role that you bring over in the rock, and you're gonna list all of the responsibilities you feel me, all of the responsibilities my brother, Brent Fox, he says on the job, what I've learned about me is I tend to immerse it. I tend to immerse myself in things to escape my reality. Speaking of which, back to work, Yes, sir, yes, sir. So you're gonna you're gonna and this is once again keeping in mind the left column is gonna be personal and the right column is gonna be professional. But you're gonna pull those those top three. You gonna pull those top three roles that you bring over from the other sheet. Okay, we're gonna plot them there. Then we're gonna go into the time, the time, so we're gonna talk about you're gonna pull the top one out of your out of the family, the top one out of the fronts, the top one out of the community, you feel me, the top one from work, the top one from education, the top one from entrepreneur. And you're gonna post that and then you're gonna write out all of your key responsibilities and then you're going to talk about your or you're gonna list your daily time spent on average, how much time do you spend a day in that specific role? All right, Then after that we're gonna go over to the visual clock and then you're going to plot. You're just gonna write it out. You're gonna write your personal responsibilities as far as family, personal responsibilities, as far as friends, community role, your response, your personal responsibilities as far as your community role, and then professional to be the same your work role, education role, entrepreneur slash business role. And the whole idea is for you to be able to look at these blocks and get a gauge of where your time is supposed to be spent as it relates to what is you believe your rolls and your values within said rolls are okay, And that's just the matrix. We're gonna fill that out, so we'll get that done. You'll have enough time on Sunday to get that done on Sunday, and then starting on Monday morning, we're gonna take off and then we're gonna start, but we're gonna reflect after we do all that. You feel me, after we do the matrix, we're gonna reflect, and then we're gonna go. And this is the Weareness window sheet. So you're gonna have Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. As you see, I've broken I've broken out the spaces and it's starting at AA eight am for ten pm. You understand what I'm saying, and you're gonna plot just your time, take notes on your time, what if you doing, what are you doing, where are you in the day, so on and so forth. So that Monday through Wednesday is on one sheet, Tuesday through through Sundays on the I mean, excuse me, Thursday through Sunday is on the other sheet. Seven days. We're gonna go Monday through Sunday, and then I got you a couple pages for you to actually make notes for those that you need. And once again, this is gonna be available on Sunday afternoon. Sunday will say noon, It'll be up and available, so you'll be able to go and get it and download it and then you'll be able to fill it. You'll be able to feel it. You can print it and write if you want to, but you'll be able to fell it digitally. You'll be able to fill in digitally. Okay, But I told y'all I was gonna create a tool for you all. So that's it. If you didn't learn anything about yourself, say that shit, But what did you learn about yourself this week? What did you learn? I learned a lot about myself. Another thing I learned I share with you all. I don't I don't recover like I need to when stuff go haywire, I get, I get. I don't recover like I need to I need to. I got to be like a duck and let the water roll off my back. I don't be on that. Man. I don't recover like I need to. I have to get better at recovering when when things go wrong. You feel me, I have to do better at recovering when things go wrong. So that's one of the things that I am literally legitimately working on. I have to work on that. I got to get that together because just as a you know, as a man like I just nah, I can't get fixated on that stuff. As a leader, I can't get fixated on that stuff. I have to be able to, you know, make the unnecessary adjustments and keep this thing moving. But that's it, man, I gotta go. Salute to you all. Man, I got a whole lot of work I gotta get done.
