So I'm on that. I'm on that. But top of the day, man, we ain't gonna be in here long. Man. This is a big, big, big, big, big busy boxing weekend this week. And as a pundit in the sport of boxing, you know, it's all hands on deck man for this weekend, and as well as you know, we got youth sports and so on and so forth, so we got to really truly get to it, hopefully. I didn't even think, oh no, I just messed up. Oh okay, it was plugged in. I thought y'all didn't hear the music. I was about to have a meltdown. And I can't coming off the last couple of meltdowns I've had, y'all can't be coming off. I can't be having any meltdowns. We gotta minimize them. Today we're correcting something. Today. Today is correct and we're getting out our We're getting out our We got some shit to nip in the bud, so I didn't pull it out our bud nippers, the simple truth, bud nippers, and we gonna nip some stuff in the bud. Man. We gotta correct some things today, something that people repeat every day without thinking, and we're gonna correct it. Man. Everyday people say I just need more discipline. I just I need to try harder, I need to stay focused. But here's the truth. You don't need more discipline. You need a frame work. You need a framework big days. You need a framework because discipline without. Structure breaks every trip. Discipline without structure breaks every trip. And it's not because you're weak, it's not because you're lazy. It's because, listen to me, your willpower has limits. You know, we think that we're just gonna be able to wiel our way to success. We're gonna be able to will our will our way to our goals. We're gonna be able to wheel our way into a being a better person. You feel we're gonna wheel our way into being more disciplined. No, your willpower has limits. And when discipline depends only on effort, it's going to collapse. There's no it's ends or bust about it. When your discipline depends only on effort. Like effort alone, it is going to collapse. So today, and I know you people are like, man, you people are like, man, what the hell are you talking about? Bro? All you talk about is discipline, discipline, discipline, And now discipline is not enough. No, discipline is not enough. You don't need more discipline. You don't need to try harder, you feel me, You don't need to just stay focused. You need a framework. You need a framework. Today we're not chasing discipline. We are. Building the structure that makes discipline one hundred percent possible and one hundred percent dependable. Let's get it one. So I'm hustled harder than the moment. I'm a feast on these streets. Got a revolver. I told for these niggas trying to take me off the block where I pointed up daily sit Dailey's out the bottle of smoke. Yep, Man, I was over here in it. I was in my I was in my zone, and I forgot the queue up. I forgot to cure of the anthem. I was scarface had me in the zone. Man, man, y'all, welcome to May twenty twenty six. Get them shiny New Day, New Day Man, get them shining. Its sodden new get them shiny man, New Day, New Day. Hey bro, we gave him what they was looking for. It sudden new I'll better be glad. I can't see mans allude to the family. Man. Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah. Man. Man looked at my BCU family. Man, I love that motherfuckers. Man. I gotta quit all this cussing. Man. Maybe I try again, tomorrow, you feel me. Maybe I try again tomorrow. Shout out to the LDBC boy. I love them motherfuckers too, man, Maybe I try again tomorrow. Stop all this cussing. All right, man, let's talk about willpower. Let's talk about willpower because most people depend on it too much. Like you depending on your willpower too much? Man, You depend on your willpower like like you depend on your air. You feel me like you depend on your willpower entirely too much. People believe that let me stop seeing people. I gotta stop that you because I'm talking to you like I'm talking to you your ass. You believe that if I try harder, I'll succeed, and if I'm not succeeding, it's because I'm not trying hard enough. Most people depend on willpower too much. People say, if I stay motivated, that not people. You. You say, if I stay motivated, I stay consistent. But motivation fades, energy drops, stress is gonna build up, and then all of a sudden, what felt easy now feels impossible. You feel me. What felt easy under motivation now feels impossible because the motivation in FAI faded. BBCN said, The thrill is gone. You feel me, the thrill is gone, willpower is temporary. Frameworks are repeatable. Think about the times you tried to change something. Was it an exercise, routine, study habits? Was it a daily schedule? You started strong, full of energy, full of intention. Then life happened and your effort collapsed. Now when Joe, when thriving Glow with Joe records a video from the gym, it's empty. It's May, it's not January. It's empty. Now she has her choice of the machines. Can we get more footage because she's in the gym by herself, so she can shoot that, she can put the camera from different angles. We getting all kind of new angles and shit because the gym is empty because the wheel power that was present in January has run out. You feel me, all of us in here. We came in here January. We said, nah, we're getting busy this year. We're getting busy. We're gonna do this, We're gonna do that. We're building this, building that, And now. It's May and we steal bullshitting. We haven't got the stuff done that we said we were gonna get done. I know I haven't. I haven't got the stuff done that I said I was gonna get done. Yeah. Yeah. We started strong, full of energy, full of intention. Then life happened and effort collapsed. And it's not because you lack discipline, it's because you lack structure. There's that word structure. So I had a reflective question for you, like I always do. So my reflective question for you is what area of your life depends too much on effort and not an enough on structure. What area of your life depends too much on effort and not enough on structure. If you really think about it, that's a hell of a question. What area of your life depends too much on effort and not enough on structure. I just thought about the homie whatever Man. He's he's always working during this hour, so he comes back and he catches the replay. So he's gonna catch this replay and he gonna respond in the chat because he's or in the in the comments section. He's notorious for that. You Feel Me, salute to my salute to my brother whatever Man, salute to the replay game and full of fact. Shout out to the podcast family Me lie for me, Leah Man. My first love is the podcast You Feel Me, and salute to the live stream. Everybody's here catching it live man. Salute to the family. Kit Allen said, I just got hit hit dog collar, So I just got hit. Yeah, I just hit my damn self for real. I just hit my damn self for real. Was full of energy, January kid. It was full of energy, full of intention. Then life started happening and effort collapsed. And it wasn't because of the lack of discipline. It was because of the lack of structure. Saluting my sister Angie Wise in a building. What's up with you? You're right on time? Mom? Yeah, what area of your life depends too much on effort and not enough on structure? Where in your life are you willing yourself into action instead of it being structured? Willpower will always. Run out every trip, you will run out of willpower. All right, So here go another one of these moments. Because I come in here every day and I say discipline, discipline, discipline, discipline. I tell y'all stop just letting me talk. If I say discipline and you're supposed to say, hey man, what do you exactly do you use that word out of time? What do you mean by discipline? So discipline if I were to defined discipline, and I would try to define it clearly in my way. Discipline is not forcing yourself. Discipline is not suffering. You feel me. The moment we say discipline, you think pain the moment we say discipline. Your mind is is conditioned to think pain. Your mind is conditioned to think suffering. So discipline is not forcing yourself, and discipline is not suffering discipline. Discipline is execution inside structure. Yeah, discipline is execution inside structure. Like I don't write that shit down. Discipline is execution inside structure. Without structure, everything becomes negotiable. Even in the presence of discipline. Without structure, everything becomes negotiable. Your wake time becomes flexible, your work time becomes optional, priorities become unclear. You feel me, and confusion creates hesitation. Yeah, so we're real world. Example, you say our workout today, but you didn't schedule it. You just said I'm gonna work out today. You don't have a set scheduled time, you didn't prepare you feel me, you didn't define the time. So your day fills up, your day feels up, and your discipline disappears. And it's not because you're weak, but because your day had no container. You had no container around your day. Yeah. So let mean while we while we while we punching on ship, while we punching on this ship, nela big days. Watch this, King Vonnie watched this. The reality is your discipline needs boundaries in order to survive. Discipline needs boundaries in order to survey. Without boundaries, your discipline is gonna leak out bit by bit. So discipline is execution inside structure. You feel me old school instantly, I see you in the building. Discipline is execution inside structure. You feel me. So you have structure, but discipline needs boundaries in order to survive. So you got discipline inside the structure. You got boundaries, and you need boundaries in order to survive. If you don't have boundaries, your discipline is going to leak out bit by bit. Now, as you go back through your mental rolodecks and you think about it, and you think about a lot of times you tried to be disciplined or were disciplined, or you were successful being disciplined, or whatever the case may be, you realize that you have boundaries around yourself. You understand what I'm saying. If you were trying to be disciplined with maintaining your peace. You stop answer in the motherfucker phone for everybody you feel me. If you were trying to be disciplined with your family and your relationship and in your marriage, then you started you realized that you had to have boundaries around you had to have boundaries around it. Yeah, discipline, which is the repeated execution inside structure. Discipline needs boundaries in order to survive. You got to have boundaries, got to have boundaries. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah yeah. Dad said that's deep, that's deep and compacted. Yes, sir, yeah, yeah, yeah like that. So when we say discipline, so I need you to because I got to get this shit out of y'all. You feel me, I got to get it out of you. So when you hear discipline, stop thinking it's hurt. Stop thinking it's not not hurt. Discipline is not hurt. Discipline is not forcing yourself to do something. Discipline is not suffering. You feel me. I know we all conditioned to suffer. And no, it's not Discipline is execution. It's execution, but it's execution inside of the structure. It's the only way you're going to be disciplined to successfully. But discipline you have to have structure, you have to you have to have boundaries. Period. Yeah yeah, all right, Let's talk about frameworks, because I mean, you know, shit telling you you need framework, So it's only right we talk about it. Let's talk about frameworks. Excuse me, because this is where transformation actually happens. When I say frameworks, you should be saying stop just saying words. Bro, What's a framework? When you say frameworks, what you mean? Framework is a repeatable structure? You feel me. Framework is a repeatable structure. It is a predictable sequence. It's a defined process. It's not guess work, not provision. It's consistency. It's consistency. Yeah. So framework is a repeatable it's a repeatable structure. It's a predictable sequence. It's a defined process. It's not guesswork. It's not in provision or an improvisation. It's not that you're not in profit, and it ain't off the top of the dome. It's consistency. So in your mind, think about the most disciplined people you know. Think about them. I'm gonna tell you what I know about the most disciplined people you know. They don't guess. They don't guess. They know. They follow systems. They have morning routines, they have work blocks, they have cycles of recovery, they have defined schedules, they have defined schedules. I'm talking about the most disciplined people, you know. And here's something that I've realized that I think is extremely powerful. Focus does not come from effort. Focus does not come from effort. Focus comes from repetition. Yeah yeah, yeah. Let me see, let me see, let me see. My sister Angie says, random duties, when they consistently derail structure, then what please, Well, for if I think if you're talking about work, like if we're talking about work for me, one of the things that I had to do, and this is this is when I was, you know, well into my career. One of the things that I had to do was I had to I had to be ridiculously blunt. Okay, So like when demand drops his dinner, so instead of doing dishes, you cleaning the carpet. I got you, I got you, I got you, I got you. So like, one of the things that I that I had to do was I had to become ridiculously structured, right, and I had to become regimented, and I had to become transparent, and I had to become honest, and I had to become extremely cutthroat. If you will, you understand what I'm saying. And so when we had those random duties that would pop up, not that they not that they didn't get done, but I did not allow things to become a priority, a priority which would overtake the structure, because it's all about the structure. Now we're gonna have things that are gonna happen. You're gonna have. Dinner that's gonna get dropped on the carpet and have to clean the carpet, you feel me, But that is not that is not going to supersede the system. If that makes sense, you feel me. So we address emergency situations like, okay, pick the dinner up off the floor by all means, so it doesn't do further damage. Pick the dinner up off the floor. Continue on with the established system. Get the established system, UH, continue with the established system, and also within your established system, you're going to have UH built in opportunities for you to actually address emergency situations. You understand what I'm saying. So, like I had on my schedule. I would block out times you feel me, so like I would block out a space that was it would be miscellaneous miscellaneous duties you feel me, So I would I would, I would block that out, you know what I mean? From a I would block I will block it out though, watch this energy, I will block it out sis from A from a definitely from a macro level, I will block it out because I know there's gonna be things that are gonna happen in a day's time that are gonna need my attention, and they're gonna have to get addressed, you feel me. But within my system, I've scheduled this a block of time, so now I'll pull those issues in. Rather it's a return to the phone call, turn it in an email addressing addressing some sort of staff issue, uh anything you feel me. Then I go back, you know, to that space. But nothing supersedes the system because within the system, the system is predicated or engineered for production. So we always got to produce, you feel me, So we gotta get it on. Like within my system, for instance, like I'm getting things structured for the next day, so I gotta get that done. Once everything's structured and we locked it, and we loaded and we've run our system, then I can go back to the outlier. Yeah, so it's so, it's it's it's it's micro and macro. Yeah, it's micro and macro. But at the end of the day, it's all about a system. You gotta have your system in place, and so when shit happens, you have time allocated to take care of the ship. But that does not super see the system. It cannot overtake the framework. It can be a part of the framework, and you have engineered the framework to have spaces to deal with and resolve those issues. You feel me. It's no different than you doing something and you get a telephone call and your sister's calling you, and you pick up the phone and you look at it like, okay, I'll call her back. You feel me because you've allocated a time where you know you're gonna have time to sit down and listen to your sister's bullshit. But it's not right now because it can't overtake the framework. And you know that if you talk to your sister right now, she's gonna overtake the framework. It's all about the system. It's all about the framework, and I'm using system and framework interchangeably. Yeah, it's like a you said, it's like a contrarian ticket. Facts. So though you can you can make you can make way for it, you feel me. Though you can make way for it and make time for it, you cannot allow it to overtake the system because it's all about the system. It's all about the system always. It's always about the system, though ever go away from the system. So framework is a repeatable structure, a predictable sequence, a defined process. And our focus in in in real time. Our focus doesn't come from effort, Like you don't effort your way into focus. You don't wiel your way into focus. Focus comes from repetition, and repetition requires structure, not inspiration. You can't be inspired into repetition. It's structured because structure removes decision fatigue. We keep talking about decision fatigue. It removes decision fatigue. Structure is going to protect your priorities, you feel me, and your structure is going to reinforce your identity. Yeah yeah, So let me ask what framework exists in your life right now that protects your focus if you have one, and if you don't have any, it's cool, like that's why were we here to get better? What framework exists in your life right now that protects your focus? No of the great You understand what I'm saying. What framework do you have in your life right now that protects when it's time for you to sit your ass down and write? You feel me? What framework? I'm bad about it? I just said yesterday I was talking to my wife and I said, I gotta go to the library because I got this shit. I gotta build out like I gotta build. I'm this thing of ours. I'm building this thing of ours, and I need a a block of time where I can sit down and literally I call it sprawling out. I could sprawl out, have my two computers up, my phones, my headphones, my notebooks, my highlighters, and I could sit down and I could structure this and build it up like ash Forrad and Simpson. But I need to I gotta. I gotta do it that way. You understand what I'm saying. So I have to put this framework in my life that will protect my focus. One of my frameworks for my focus is when I have these I have this these times of extreme focus, when I have to go into that one place I have to go. I have to remove myself and I have to go to the library. I go to the Pollorins Dunbar Library and I sit down under to have a wooden model biplane that's in the ear. It's big ass biplane. I sit under the biplane and I get busy. What framework exists in your life right now that protects your phone? And if your. Answer is nothing specific, like you don't have anything specific, then that's the gap. It's okay, but we've identified the gap. And like I keep telling or I haven't keep telling you, I keep saying to myself, it's awareness. Awareness is the start. Awareness is the start. It's awareness. Then go time. We start with awareness, all right, So let me talk about inconsistency. We got it. It's nine thirty five. Why y'all ain't telling me it's so late. Let's talk about inconsistency. This is where frustration builds. This is where you get frustrated. You feel me, You feel inconsistent, And it's not because you lack discipline. It's because you lack clarity. When structure is missing, energy is wasted. You feel me. When our structure is missing, we waste entirely too much energy. And then we lose momentum. Our momentum disappeared, and then efforts then become exhausting. Your effort then becomes exhausting, and truthfully, inconsistency. Inconsistency is usually a framework problem. Inconsistency is usually a framework work problem. It's not a character problem, it's not a motivation problem. It's a it's a structure problem. And that's why you feel tired all the time, not because you work harder, it's because you it's because. You decide more. All the decisions, all the options, all the negotiations. It's too much, too many decisions, too many options, too many negotiations. Excuse me, And that's where all of your energy goes. And that's why you get zapped. And once again, your structure or framework removes negotiation, because negotiation is what drains your discipline. Remember, discipline has to have boundary. When you don't have boundaries, you're negotiating. Huh, if we can make it, I make it real. If you want to make it real, So you got to, you got to, You got that, you got that. I don't wanna do that. That's gonna get that's gonna get too vulgar that's gonna get too vulgar. I'm not gonna get too vulgar today. But let's say you trying not to drink liquor. Let's say you're trying not to get drink liquor. But then you got that but the homies calling. You know what the home with the homies call. It's it's a game night. You know, we're gonna we're going to go watch the game. Man, We're gonna drink some liqual and we're gonna talk shit and swallow spit. You got to have boundaries, and the boundaries are, hey, man, I ain't you know, really hanging out. I'm cooling, I'm chilling and so on and so forth. You got to have your boundaries up because you're really truly trying not to. But when you say, oh, now it's cool, man, I come through and hang out. Now you've removed your boundary. You understand what I'm saying. Now, you remove your boundary and you put yourself in the lions then and you're in the lions den with. Pork chopped draws on. You feel me, because now you're negotiating with the standard that you have for yourself. You know, good in the hell, Well, you're not finna go in there, sit around these motherfuckers for hours upon hours upon hours talking shit, swallow on spit. Everybody else over there getting litty, and you gonna sit there and not drink. That's the PG thirteen version. I was really about to get X rated with y'all, but I decided not to. Yeah, you need boundaries. Your discipline needs boundaries, because if you don't, then you're gonna start negotiating. And once you start negotiating, it's just chipping away, chipping away, chipping away, chipping away. Some of y'all done, did it? You know? Old girl ain't messing with you. She's sick of your shit. And what do you do? You call her or you text her or you dm R? Hey girl, what you doing? You know you miss me? You know you miss me. We can go have a let's go when we're gonna have a friendly drink, let's talk. I just want to talk to you now. All of a sudden, she got you blocked everywhere. But now all of a sudden, you feel me. She she negotiating with herself, looking for our sniper. He said, man, your business, junior, man, your business. Now she negotiating, and negotiation drains discipline because now you know it's just a matter of time. Now she you know she gonna go. You know she gonna go, and you say, girl, so when you gonna let me? I'm just playing unless you're gonna do it. And you hear it with that nelly discipline, these boundaries. Man, all right, so let me let's get this practical. Let's get this up. Uh, let's get some practical application before we go. Because awareness without action don't change a motherfucking thing. Salut the sheet heartstat Yeah, don't change nothing. Here's where you start. Let's start building our framework. Here's where you start. First and foremost, you got to define your anchor points. What are your anchor points in your life? You got to define them. You got to write them down, You gotta find them, define them. I wish you had about the system, the simple truth of being and man, your system, like like my sister Agi wise and about four of them shits. I wish you had your system because your system would help you establish your framework for your own personal life. Now the system is still available for you. Www. Dot minutemanyo dot com. You can go over there and buy your system, and you can start plugging away at this you feel me, you can start plugging away. You order your system. I can get it to you about two three days. You've hear me, and then you can start plugging away at this thing. But anyway, you gotta define your anchor points. When I say anchor points, your wake time, wake? What time are you gonna wake? What time are you gonna rise? Up? Your start time? What time are you gonna start your day? What time are you gonna stop your day? You feel me? Wake? Start, stop? Those are your anchor points within your day. You gotta establish them, and you gotta protect those first. You gotta protect your anchor points wake time, start time, stop time. You gotta have those anchor points. Step two is you have to schedule execution windows, not flexible time, protected time, execution time. You gotta schedule those windows of execution. You feel me, Is it a like for me? One of my windows of execution is that eight am to ten thirty am? You feel me? Because that is the time a salute, salute up, be about in forest. That's the time while I'm up getting the show prepped, get the show done, get the get the post show stuff done, get the post done for social media throughout the day, so I have to wrap around content. And that's all from about eight am to about ten thirty am. That is one of my execution windows. You feel me, But you schedule those execution windows. You might. I don't know how many of you gonna have or whatever, established that yourself. I have three execution windows. Schedule those. That's step two. Step three, is you gonna reduce your daily decisions? I need you, Like we're getting old. We got to be responsible. Man. If we trying to produce some ship, then we gotta produce it. And you gotta spend your time producing ship and spend less time deciding the trivial the minute shit, we gotta get out the details. Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah. Sister Andrew says, how to anchor passion? Sir, you anchor it by attaching it to one of your to one of your anchor points. Is it is it? Is it? The passion? Is it? Does passion need to be attached to your wake time? Does it need to be attached to your start time or does it be does it need to be attached to your to your stop time? Now, if you're saying passion. Sometimes passion takes over me like most death said, so I end up messing up bedtime, anchor time working, so on and so forth. That's the stuff you gotta put inside. You gotta put that I got you. You gotta put it inside of your That's where you gotta structure. You gotta add it to your day. You have to structure it and say, hey man, my passion time. I gotta have time to work purely on passion. And you structure it. You structure it. Yeah, yeah, yeah, you structure. You gotta compartmentalize it, you feel me. So what do we say? Okay, execution windows reduce your daily decisions. If we're producing stuff, we gotta stop spending so much time deciding. Now I ain't seeing goofy stuff but minimal stuff. So we gotta get more into having the same routines, the same sequences, the same structure, less guessing and more doing. You feel me. So reduce daily decisions through your routines and your sequences and your ultimately your structure. Step foward is you gonna. Repeat until it's automatically not perfectly consistently, Just repeat, repeat, repeat consistently. Frameworks grow through repetition, not motivation. Your frameworks are gonna grow. So one, define your anchor points. Two, schedule execution windows, three daily decisions, reduce daily decisions. And number four is you're gonna repeat that shit until it's automatic. You're gonna repeat it til it's automatic. Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah yeah yeah yeah. No no, no, no. It's not weak. It's not weak. System, it's not weak. It's unstructured. You feel me. It's not weak. It's what I've been saying the whole time. You're not weak. It's unstructured. We just unstructured. You feel me, it's unstructured. So one of the things I do is I have my palma doora clock. It's a little wooden clock. I'll show you all tomorrow. I have my palma door clock. It's a little wooden clock. And I said it it's a timer, and I said it. And I work in twenty five many increments, you feel me. And so sometimes when it goes off, it brings me back into reality because I might have been daydreaming, you feel me, I might have started working. I started drifting off. So now boom, I gotta take my break. Then I come back boom, and I hit hit the clock again, and I hit the clock again. But I work, I work, and even when i'm working during my execution blocks, I have twenty five minute increments that I work in. Yeah yeah yeah, yeah, yeah yeah yeah. Felix doone said, should you have like a big, grandiose pie in the sky goal above all the other more practical ones. I'm not sure what you understand what you're saying. Do you have when you say big pie in the sky goals? You're not talking like from a religious godly since do you? Because when you say pie in the sky I always think about like religion or do you mean like do you have a big goal and then smaller goals? Is that what you're saying? So you have like a big long term goal because I refer to them as long term and short term goals, you feel me? So if you're talking about having a big old long term goal, like your long term goal might be the I don't know, to buy a house and and have one hundred and fifty acres or something. You see what I'm saying, I'm not sure. And if that's the big old, grandiose a goal, like that's the big long term goal? And then in the meantime, you have short term goals like clean up, credit score save. You know what I'm saying, this amount of money, you know, do this, do that? Okay yeah the second time yeah, yea yeah, yea yeah. Then yeah nonah. It's perfectly fine to have a I call them long term and short term. So you got your long term goals, like I even have long term goals. I have long term goals, and then I have short term goals. My long term goals are usually like five, Like like I say I want, I keep wanting to say three, but three still is kind of short term, so like five to five to seven years. It will be like a long term goal. And then short term goals are usually anywhere from three months to a year. It's kind of like my short term goals. You understand what I'm saying. So like, so, like I have a weight loss loss goal, right, so my white my weight life. My weight loss goal is my short term goal, you feel me. But I have an overall long long term goal to uh live a long life and have longevity. But to live a healthy lifestyle and have long and longevity. You feel me. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, he said, Bro, you gotta bring that He said, Bro, you gotta bring that money talk to the money Talk show. Bring back that money Talk show. Man. Ain't nobody, Ain't nobody messing with that stuff? Bro, ain't nobody messing with that stuff? Like y'all be y'all be asking me to do stuff and don't nobody mess with it? You feel me, Nah, I don't nobody. Don't nobody mess with it. But anyway, so let me, let me, let me, let me get out of here, because once again, you don't need more discipline. You just need direction, You need boundaries, you need structure, sister, Angie, it's structure. It's not weak it's not weakness. Don't say that. It's not weakness. It's structure. It's structure. It's structure. You have to structure. Figure out the best way for you to structure your day. You need structure because discipline with our frame framework is exhausting. You're gonna be tired. But discipline inside framework feels sustainable. It's easy. That's why when people be so disciplined, people be disciplined. Like when you really see discipline people, it's easy, like they do the shit easy because it's the framework and it's no different than like shit, I don't know, Like fuck, think about riding a bicycle. It's labors, you feel me. It's labors, it's laborsome. And now look at all these these new electric bikes that you see all over the place that I hate. I like them, but I hate them. Motherfuckers be paddling going sixty miles an hour and I'm like, damn that bitch moving. And then I look at it and it's a man on an electric bike, Like I'm that shit. You know, motherfuckers don't even have to paddle no more. That's the system they are. That's the system. The electric bike is the system. So you don't need more effort. You don't need more effort, You don't need more discipline. You need an electric bike system like like d you need an electric bike system. Like that's just what it is, you feel me. So discipline inside a framework is sustainable. Yeah, so you got to ask yourself. I don't expect you to tell me, but what framework does your life need right now, not someday today, What framework does your life need right now? Because the truth is, you don't need more discipline, you need a framework. So if it's if it's you know, around your diet, you need more framework. If it's around your job, you need more framework because some of y'all, your job is driving you fucking crazy. You feel me it's driving you. As saying you need a framework around your career. Some of you it's your kids, because your kids are driving you fucking crazy. You need a framework around your kids, a framework around your parenting. You feel me like you need a framework. You don't need more discipline. You need a framework. And once you build it, and you build your framework, then discipline becomes easier, not harder. Man, this is the Black Coffee Club around here.
