Execution, self-discipline, consistency, focus, personal growth, and intentional living all come down to one simple principle: Decide. Do. Repeat. Most people are not lacking ideas. They are lacking execution.
In this special UNSCRIPTED episode of The Black Coffee Club™, JuniorTheTruth™ shares real-time thoughts, observations, and reflections on the growing gap between thinkers and doers.
We live in a world full of information, opinions, plans, strategies, and endless preparation. Yet many people remain stuck because they continue to think about change instead of creating it.
The truth is simple:
Ideas don't change lives.
Execution does.
This conversation explores:
• Why indecision drains energy
• How overthinking prevents progress
• The hidden cost of perfectionism
• Why action creates clarity
• How consistency builds momentum
• The connection between execution and identity
• Why repetition matters more than intensity
• The difference between thinkers and doers
Junior also shares his personal execution formula:
Decide.
Do.
Repeat.
This simple framework has guided his approach to business, personal development, leadership, family, and intentional living.
Because at some point, every person must choose:
Will I continue thinking about it?
Or will I finally do the work?
If you've been sitting on an idea, delaying a decision, avoiding a project, or waiting for the "perfect" moment to start, this conversation is for you.

Yeah, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all actually look like cousins for real, you were big dads. Y'all look like cousins. Y'all look like them cousins in the hood that jump people. You feel me? Tippy too said yep, noah, Man, I be holding grudges man, like, I don't forget nothing. You know what I'm saying, and it's bad, man like, because I've thought and I've I've tricked myself into thinking that, Like, I don't really be holding grudges. You know what I'm saying, and you know it just is what it is. You know what I mean? Type shit, Nah, Man, I be holding grudges like I'm a grudge holding motherfucker. Man, it's bad. You feel me, it's bad. Look at quick quick, she said, grudges. Yep, Nah, I be holding grudges, man, thrive and glow with Joe. Just drop drop some coffee cups. And I don't know if that means. I don't know if that means you hold grudges and you agree you feel me, or you just supporting Because Joe, Joe, you the type you hold grudges, but you won't admit it. You feel me. Joe won't admit it. Joe, It'll be like h you won't admit it, you won't say it. Come on, say it, Joe. Joe said, you hold grudges. I hold grudges. Man, I'm bad too, man Like, Like, I can tell you something somebody did to me man in the first grade. You feel me, and I can tell you the impact that shit had on my life. Man, like that shit stupid man. I remember in the eighth grade, I mean eighth grade in kindergarten, Antoine Kendo man, like we was. We used to have the letter people. This is back when I was growing up, when we had the letter people. Come in me the letter people. They're real lit, they're uh bled or family, leave, come on me, the letter people. A. B. C. D. Followed me, You feel me so like we had the letter people, man and man and so with the letter people. Every every who remember the letter people? Anybody remember the letter people. I can tell a lot about your character if you remember the letter people. You feel me? So we uh so we was. We were lining up to leave out and me and Antoine Kendall was at the end of the line because we had like different jobs. You know what I'm saying, and my job duty was to like cut off the lights in the classroom. You understand what I'm saying. And so king Vonnie said, the incident stay on replay in my mind, and so I'm like, I'm like. At the end of the line. Twine Kendall's like in front of me, and so we I feel like I should be on camera when I tell this story. So y'all know I ain't laying. You feel me, So y'all know, y'all know I ain't laying. I ain't laying. So were walking out and the teacher is in the front of the class, right, and it was alphabetical order, so she in front of the class, next to us, and she walking out with the homie will Alverson, will Alverson A. He was in the front of the land. Will Iverson was always from front. You feel me? So uh. We talking out man Twan Kendall in the back of the line. This nigga, y'all, excuse my language. This nigga start punching the letter people. Man. He started jabbing. He started going out the line, jabbing the letter people. And then he got the mister M who just so happened to be my favorite letter person. Yes, stand what I'm saying. He got the mister M. And he started, he started, he started, he started welling on mister M. And it sounded like a speed bag. You feel me. And you know, our elementary schools was built like prison, so you got concrete walls and shit where you hear everything. So he welling on a he welling on mister im and it's like do do And so my kindergarten teacher, miss Foiella, came back in the room when we at the end of the line, and she starts yelling at us and man, we got in trouble. You feel me. But the my problem is this is my problem. My problem is I wasn't doing shit. I was at the end of the line doing my job. Twan Kendall was was welling on it was on the ship, but he made so much noise it sounded like we was welling on the ship. You feel me A little flashback Friday for y'all. So it sounded like we was welling on the ship. So at this at this juncture, we both in trouble. So all I need twyn all I need Twin Kendall to do is take his case. Bro Like, take you off my fucking case. You feel me like I'm but I'm I'm I'm fat, bro So I already understand the code. You know what I'm saying. So I ain't snitching, But nah, Brod needs you to take your case. You feel me, I need you to take your case, And she kept in all Misfioler kept saying, was like I am, I am. I am surprised at you, Calvin, I am deeply surprised at you. And then she kept bringing up my daddy. I'm like, man, this whole called my daddy. Bro, this shit about to be over. It's gonna go up. You feel me? So I'm terrified because, man, she about to call my daddy. My daddy gonna come up here, man and do the monkey bruh. You feel me like I but I but but I still ain't. I'm finnah eat. I'm finished. I'm eating the case because I ain't snitching. Man. You know, I still got a problem with Twyim for that. We didn't went to high school. We didn't play football together, man, we didn't got accolades, we didn't want championships together, all kind of shit. I still I still hold a grudge with Twine for that, because he ain't eat that case. He ain't take his case, Bro, he ain't take his case. Ms. Filer didn't call my daddy. But I think she knew. You understand what I'm saying. I think she knew something was up or whatever the case may be. So she ain't called my daddy because I wasn't. I ain't never done nothing. You feel me, Man, I ain't act up in school. I wasn't allowed to act up in school. I don't know what's odd man, Nah, we call we caught several phades because we happened to live in the same apartment, so we caught several phades. You feel me. We fell out about that, man like bro. But my I wasn't allowed to act up in school like that, talking back and and all of that shit. Man, I wasn't allowed to do that. You understand what I'm saying. And I never understood like I could tell a whole lot about people by the way they was allowed to act in school because I couldn't act up in school. You crazy? You feel me? Like? Are you crazy? No? And the shit I used to do, you know, we used to have to do it on the slide, on the cool, And that's the difference with us. We knew when to act up, but we always kept a lid on it. You understand what I'm saying. We knew when to act up, but we knew to keep a lid on it because we respected shit like it was shit. We respected stuff, and this new generation they don't. They ain't respecting nothing. You feel me. They don't respect nothing. They gonna do whatever, They're gonna talk, whatever, they're gonna say whatever. You understand what I'm saying, and then you like, And then I'm the kind of person like I address them. You know what I'm saying. When when I'm out about young as is acting disrespectfully or talk disrespectfully, or not carrying themselves in a certain manner, you feel me. I'm the person that takes the chance to speak out to them and to reach out to him and to correct them, but to give them some but to give them some game, you feel me, which is dangerous because you know these motherfuckers. Now, shoot you, you ain't my daddy. You know all that type shit. But nah, we weren't allowed to be on that man. We had to We had to man. We had respect. You couldn't be acting up in school. You couldn't be mouthing off. You couldn't be this boy was punching on the letter people was punching on this lady letter people. Because I had to eat that case. Big Dad says. When a person found out you wasn't lying and then try to be cool, Yeah, I don't fuck with that, and don't forget it, dang bro Nah man, when people people accuse you of shit, like like people accuse you of stealing something and didn't realize that that is in the bottom of the purse or some shit. No, I don't. I don't fuck with a whole lot. But Man, I hold grudges. Man quickly said, I remember what was said, what was done, and whom, So grudges are warranted if if it's if it's their fault. I be hold grudges for ship. That's my fault. Now, y'all ain't like me, man, we ain't just we ain't. We ain't the same. QUI I hope grudges for ship my fault. I be dead wrong, I hold grudges. Yeah, I'm I'm certifast stupid. Can we have We're gonna have real conversation or there We're gonna play. You understand what I'm saying because you feel me. It's unscripted, So I'm gonna tell you the conversations get but naked, I ay man saying, I be man a, Man I what. I be tripping? So I just look at myself like man a. And then I do this thing too and where and I was literally just talking to my wife about it, like I do this ship where I be realizing, like like I didn't address something that should have been addressed. Chrise said, I'm not that bad little dude. Nah, I be on that. I be on that, I be on that, and so I'm like, I'm like, uh, I'm like something happened, and I'll be like, ah, man, I should have god Lee or like man, I should have just went on to slap that nigga, like I should have slapped that nigg across his face. Like I be having them type of moments. It's crazy. You feel me, then said I'm like you fail. I get mad at myself most times for allowing bs to thrive around me. You feel me like I be lying on that bullshit to go unchecked. And so when you allow bullshit to go on check, people be thinking it's okay to play with. You, like it ain't. It ain't it ain't it ain't all macaroni and cheese with me, man, you just stand what I'm saying. Like like it ain't. Man, this shit gets stupid real quick, like real fast, and when it go like it go, you understand what I'm saying. And I've been able to keep a lid on it for like years, but you know, just going through this life, you know, experiencing life, experiencing you know, relationships, you know with people, friendships, you know family ships, uh A, career ships, like experiencing this ship like nah man Ab said same, I should be in prison right now. Yeah you look like a motherfu. You look like like Ab. You look like you'll make somebody and stab them. Like, bro, you look like you ain't rap too tight, just respectfully, you know what I mean, Like no, no disrespect intended. Bro. You look like like you look like you just. Be thinking the devs shit to do with people and it be whole shit too, like you feel me like you like you be thinking about giving people time, people up and giving them paper cuts and shit like you a little dominic and you and you make comic books and shit too. Yeah, bro, you start a fat you you special. XO said, I know you can do it. You got it, you got it, you got it in it a boy, she got the you got the. Yeah. D Man Junior said, I'm like that man, Uh you beat you beat check shit that when I crossed it again, it's up. Yeah, like I ain't that unchecked unchecked shit. Yeah that unchecked shit. It be up and then you be But then d man Junior, this is what you be doing though, Bro, Now you be looking for a reason. You understand what I'm saying, Like have you ever like you didn't ever? Like, Man, I got all kind of I got all kind of stories, bro, just from a kid. You know what I'm saying. And it be shit that just like just resurfaced. Like I had a cousin that poured some record cleaner on a hat that my daddy bought me, like it was a Negro league baseball I had. My cousin was hating and he poured some record cleaner on my hat, like while I was sitting there like on some on some just hating shit. And I didn't beat him up, my big cousin, I ain't. I should have stolen him, Like that's the type of shit you yeah, man like stuff like that, Bro, Like I be thinking about stuff like it should just be unchecked. So what happens is you already be in the space. So the next time you be around him, like you know, you got that one cousin you be feuding with or whatever, So the next time you around him, you just be looking for a reason, like you be on like I be on go. You understand what I'm saying, like I be on go, So then I just it don't even I don't even have no reserve. Next time, I just fly off the handle. You understand what I'm saying. Or you got them, you know you got them homeboys that like you got a homeboy that got a homeboy that you don't really fuck with, but he always insisting of bringing his motherfucker around you. Nah, do none of that type shit happen with me no more, Like I fly off the deep end. You understand. I used to fly off the deep end, Like now I just don't go around, you know what I'm saying. So when people be talking to me about events and I'm like, who's gonna be over there? You know what I'm saying, They be like, oh, such and such such as ath I'm cool, brouh, I get up, I get up, we'll get up tomorrow or something. I'ma be on that shit. I don't go to no places around a whole bunch of people to watch games, fights that I really want to see, like none of that type of stuff, like I be I don't know, man, I just be cool. I be cool, But that's that. But part of that is is that because I don't I don't like I don't like that. Big crowd of people. I be getting unnerved. You understand what I'm saying, So like, if you ever see me in that environment, like when you see me in that environment, like I interact as much as I have to, you feel me, But then I'll be off to the sad, chilling somewhere. I don't really do. I don't really yeah, man, I don't really thrive well in them environments. The other thing in my life, man, that I'm noticing. Right, this is gonna be a deep one man, But it's cool because we hear like people don't be fucking with me, and a lot of people don't fuck with me. This is this this unscripted, so we going there, We going there. A lot of people don't fuck with me because I be seeing through the bullshit, Like I can look at you and I can tell. And I be studying. I be like, I can't help it. I don't know no other way, right, but I like be studying folks, like I be studying shit. You know what I'm saying, So like I can look and I just be and it makes I make people uncomfortable because I don't be going for the bullshit. You understand, like, I don't be going for that, man, You know what I'm saying, Like people be, especially people who be performing, like people who like perform in. Social environments. You understand what I'm saying. People that that's always like gotta talk and always gotta be out front. And I always gotta be you know, a posturing and shit like I see through that shit. So I be making people uncomfortable because I be in the back chilling. And one of my big problems is like I'm a person that when I walk in the room, and I'm very aware of it's like the energy shift when I walk in the room, the energy shift every every trick, and it shifts with I don't know, people looking at me, people trying to figure out who I am, People trying to figure out You understand what I'm saying, why I'm here, what I do whatever, You know what I mean. But the energy shifts, and so I'm always very I'm laid back, like I'm always in the back chilling or off to the side in big social settings. I'm a person that the only way we talk is if you come and talk to me, you feel me, or we like collectively, like if I'm going to get a drink or something like that and we come and I know you, and then we tap up and then we chop it up. And then even in those exchanges like they real brief, you feel me. The only people I really chop it up with is people I chop it up with. You understand what I'm saying, so like it's crazy. So like if we was in a social environment, Let's say I had an Let's say I had an event and everybody came from the from this community, and I had people that you know, from my city that I grew up with, that knew I was having an event or whatever the case may be, and they come out. It would be crazy, but I would You would see me talking more to big daves then people I grew up with or homeboys that I grew up with, you know what I'm saying, or whatever the case may be, because I don't interact with them on a regular basis no more. You feel me like we don't really interact, So I would be So I would be I would be standing off to the sad, cooling, and then you know, I'd be talking to Dez and interacting with Dez. I'd be talking to be about at Farns. I'd be talking to Joe. I'll be talking to Tiffy too, Like I'd be talking to the folks that I interact with all the time. We be chopping it up, laughing and kicking it or whatever the case may be. But then I wouldn't people I've known for forty years. I wouldn't even be talking. Big Dad said, Junior, don't eat around people, Nah, Bro, Junior, don't eat everybody. Junior, don't eat people cooking. Yeah, I don't eat people's cooking, Bro. And I don't really eat around folks, but I don't eat people's cooking. I be. I'll be in the back, like you're talking about, like the BCU meetups, I just be. I be peeping everybody energy, Bro, because I don't really trust everybody. Bro. To be honest with you, you feel me, I'll be out. I'll be. I'll be tucked off, be about a fence. What's up with you? Man? Boxing and barbecue on a building? What's up with you? Bro? Nah, I'll be. I'll be. I'll be off in the I be off in the. Cut, and I don't really trust people, and everybody be moving and you know what I'm saying, And then you know, you know that Indian ship bro be different too because you know we we we all share a similar story, but we all from different tribes, so different people. You know, shit move a different way for people. People be having different politics. You know what I'm saying. And I'll be I'll be cool, like I'll be kind of I be kind of chilling, but I really don't. I don't eat everybody cooking, man, because you know we there. I'm just keeping it real with you, bro, you feel me. So y'all, y'all take and do what y'all will with this. But like we there, and then we're where everybody's moving around and everybody's cooking and putting this together and putting that together. But we also around this. You'll understand it's a lot of y'alli understand it if you know, you know, we're around a lot of spirit workers too, Like a lot of your sisters be spirit workers. You feel me, So if you're a. Spirit worker, like I gotta I gotta actually be, I gotta be. I gotta be kind to you to eat your food if you if you're a spirit worker. What I'm saying is, motherfucker, ain't feel putting no root on me. Man King Finney said, germs, nah, nigga roots if you feel me roots now, ain't nobody putting no root on me? Man? Nah no, no, no no nah for our sniper said you can't. You can't. Uh that's how you mess around and catch them unknown sicknesses. Yeah, like roots spells. You understand what I'm saying. Yeah, motherfucker put a spell on your ass. So yeah, the germ of all germs. Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah. Yeah, the German all germs. I don't eat everybody cooking. So in a environment like that, like my my, I beat my sensory beyond on tin man. You know what I'm saying, My my my shit be on tin boxing and barbek you said, went to a Memorial Day cookout and and did and did eat and didn't eat ship till I got back home, laugh out out. Nah, bro, I don't be on that be about a Faranc said, food is energy. People eat food and don't know who made it and the energy that's within it. You feel me said, root your root, It put a root on your ass. Uh. Hell nah, so I don't be eating, bro, I be chilling and uh and like and like be about a farnce like food is food is an expression. It's an outward expression of love. Man, You understand what I'm saying. It's a it's a formal expression of love. So like even in my house, right, Like there's times when a meal was prepared and I got to be more intentional with this. But there's times when there's a meal prepared and there's love and consideration and intention that went into it, right. And then there's also times when you slap shit together and you know what I mean, and you make it to to make a turn, Like my daddy would say, you feel me like you slap this shit together to check the box and make sure motherfuckers eat. So nah man, Big Dad said, damn, I must have got a hold of one of them roots. Hey man, Mo fucker put a root on you, boy. Hey man, say, hey man, that's your whole life up, bro, that root that really bad boy, man, Mo fuck put them roots on you, really bad boy. If you think you get if you think if you think you got it on it, bro, you you better go. You better go to the crib. Brouh. You better go to the crib. You better go to the crib and tap in with them people, with your people. You better go to the crib and tap in with your people. I didn't have to tap in my people before. You know what I'm saying. You gotta go get them, Go get them spirit workers, man, get that they're rid up off your asks. Man. But yeah, so that's why I don't. I don't be eating everybody cooking. Hey, Joe said, get brushed. Hey man, he said, I'm good. I'm at the crib. You at the crib. Now, be about the Farance said. I tell people all the time, if you get food from me, you got a piece of me as well. Definitely shit be uh people, be uh, It's all. It's love. You understand what I'm saying. That's why, Like one of my favorite things is like one of my one of my favorite things is barbecue. Man. Like you know what I mean, smoking my meat, sitting down side, you know what I mean, sending that sending that fragrant up to the heavens. I was literally talking to my son about it. My son was sitting out there with me. I was smoking some meat. I think it was last week and we just talking and I'm talking to him about the fragrance and the smoke and where the smoke's going and who's it going to and you know all that stuff like that's one of my but it's but I also pour a lot of love into it, like it's love and consideration from the prep work to the building of the fire, to the. Season and of the meat, you know what I mean. And I'm not a fast griller either, Like I'm very slow and intentional. So if I go out there, I'm be out there for some hours, you know what I mean. And also I'm a person that grilling in every weather, all terrain, every weather, you feel me. So it'd be like people be saying stuff like man, it's rain, and I ain't messing with that. Like shit, I'll be out in the rain. It's it's snow. It's ben being snowed before. It's the snow before. And I had to shovel and clear out of space to pull my to pull my arm, to pull my damn grill out and to put my smoker out and the smoke. Yeah, salute the ab in the chat with the Supersticker Man, Salute family. Thank you so much, bro, really truly genuinely appreciate you. Salute to the brother a B. Yes, indeed, we ain't got nowhere near that. We ain't got nowhere near to nothing I want to talk about. That's because this shit's unscripted. Like it be unscripted, but I really be having a I really be having like an underlying agenda is something I really feel like I need to communicate or I want to say, so it'd be rough and we ain't got nowhere to it because we're talking about roots and the fact that I got an attitude problem. Yeah, yeah, okay, okay, Big Dad said this oldest baby graduate today. Man, shout out to the baby. Shout out to the baby. Congratulations. Uh boxing Barbecue said, laugh out out. Thanks for the heads up. Uh be about the Farns. What you putting in your castle role bruh, shaking my head. Yeah, man, that boy be putting what you be putting in them past? That boy be putting putting, putting a piece of itself in the pie dirt game Boss in the building hashtag thought master man mastering my thoughts one at a time. You feel me? Ab said, how about them next tonight? Shout out to Carl Anthony Towns putting in work, get chumped? Check? He said, check chump should have putting that work. Check chump in should putting in the work. Check chump should have put in on Wimbley on Wemby. Now I call we call Womy around here, we call him Lama Lama real pajamas. Bro. You feel me, man? We just there was one game game one down. Bro. I'm I'm this game is this game is the most important game of the series because if we get if we get this one, I'm gonna know something. If we get this game in San Antonio, I'm gonna know something. I'm gonna start booking my I'm gonna start booking my I'm gonna start booking my New York trip. I'm going to catch me a rat. You feel me like Michael Jackson, I'm going to catch me n y c rat baby, you feel me, I'm gonna go up there. I'm gonna go hook up with I'm gonna hook up with Blue bloodh Sports TV. I'm gonna hook up with I'm gonna hook up with UH. I'm gonna hook up with with Drew Titan and Act Reach and I'm gonna get them to show me. Let me know where I need to go catch the rats. You feel me, I probably need to go. I probably need to go to Like Long. I probably need to go to Like Long. I didn't catch a rat. I need to rap. I can't even rap with a little bit of sense. You feel me, I get a rat? It, I get a rat in the Bronx. Man, that motherfucker probably act like Drew Titan Brown. I be even have to. Nah, man, I get a right to act like Drew Titan. Brush shit gonna be over with quick, be short lived. So go give me a rat, man, King Vonny said, my prediction is in UH in seven. I don't think it's gonna be seven, man. I think I got it. I got six. I got the Nicks in six, thrive and glow with Joe said San Antonio with the salute, salute, the salute, thriving globe, with y'all hanging there, sis, if we win game two in San Antonio, do I'm gonna know something I should have on my knicks hat. If we win game two in San Antonio, Man, I'm gonna know something. Yeah, I'm gonna know something. I'm really truly gonna know something. Hey, man, let me share this with y'all that because it's been on my man. And honestly, the more I look around, the more I'll be seeing people trapped in thought. Trapped in thought, you feel me. Everybody got ideas, everybody got opinions, everybody got plans, everybody got like intentions, you feel me. Everybody got goals, but very. Few people are actually moving and in motion with regard to those goals. Yeah, very few people are like, actually in motion and moving. Very very few people are executing. And that's a problem, man, that's a problem. And the problem is because your life is not gonna reward your thoughts. You know what I mean? Can I get it? You feel me? I should be able to it, should give me? Amen? You feel me, Your wife, your wife. Your life does not reward thoughts. Life rewards actions. You feel me, And over the past few weeks, I found myself coming back to one simple formula, like I have a very simple formula. My life is just about simplicity, man, And the more I can simplify shit, the better you understand what I'm saying. It's one simple, one simple, my simple formula, one simple idea. My formula has helped me in business, has helped me in my life. It's helped me with my family. It's helped me with building things and accomplishing things. It's helped me recover from mistakes and setbacks. It's helped me recover from self inflicted wounds. You feel me dumb shit that I've done and that I do and that I'm gonna do it. It'll help me recover and ultimately it helps me to keep moving. Every day I say the y'all, I'm a howborn player made if you don't know anything else about me. At the end of the day, I gotta keep pushing, baby. Every day. I say that multiple times. Even this helps me keep pushing. And it's simple. The formula is decide, do repeat, Hey man, Thank y'all for taking the time to feel like I should drop it on y'all. Lass right there, It's simple, decide, do repeat. I didn't say it was easy. I said it was simple. But that's it. That's the formula. That's it. That's the formula. And I want to talk about it briefly, you feel me. Thirty six minutes in, I want to talk about it briefly. So I'm not gonna run no intro because the intro was us talking about me catching a rat m hm in New York, n YC rat do I mean, excuse me? The side do repeat, decide, do repeat, And it's this that ship. It's it sounds so easy, you feel me, And it ain't. It ain't. It's it's simple, but to. But think about it, man, like, let's talk in real life and in real terms. Do you realize that the simplest ship to do be the hardest shit to do, especially in this new world where everybody's faking, where everything is so fake, everything is so made up, everything is so uh, everything is so rehearsed. Everybody everybody's playing the side, do repeat. I'm gonna start with the first that decide, let me get, let me get, let me get moving so I can get so we can get through this. I see people dropping off there like I would be about to talk that talk, that self marriagey stuff here, I ain't there for that. They hear to hear me talk crazy decide. This is where this is where most people get stuck, right, And it's not because this is where you get stuck. And it ain't because you can't make decisions, you feel me. It's not because you can't. It's not because you can't make decisions right, It's because you keep postponing your decisions. You keep postponing your decisions. You want certainty, you want guarantees. You want to know exactly how everything will work out. You want perfect conditions, you want perfect timing, you want perfect confidence. You feel me. And because that shit don't exist, you never decide. You just stay and lit. And the truth is, indecision is exhausting. Like indecision is exhausting, I had. I had a moment of indecision yesterday and it was exhausting. It was draining, like I was. I was literally exhausted in my moment of indecision yesterday at the end of the day. It was toward the end of the. Day, Yeah, when you refuse to decide, your mind stays open, questions remain unanswered. Energy stays scattered, Attention stays divided. You keep carrying the weight of possibilities, and eventually that weight you know what, that weight turns into y'all tell me so you so, energy stays scattered, attention stays divided, and you keep carrying the weight of possibilities, the weight of possibilities. When you keep carrying the weight of possibilities, what does that become? Y'all? Tell me? Now, this is where y'all gotta talk. Y'all gotta shit. If you don't know, take a shot at it. You thinking, stop sitting there looking at the chat, waiting for somebody to ass So I'm talking to you. I'm talking to your ass. When you keep carrying the weight of possibilities, what does that eventually become? That shit eventually becomes stressed, King Vonnie, shout out to King Vonnie, that shit eventually becomes stressed. Procrastination is a part of the process, Joe, for sure, that is actually the process. When you keep continuing to carry the weight of possibilities, that's procrastination in and of itself. But that shit eventually becomes stress. You feel me, And sometimes the biggest relief in life comes from simply making a decision right, wrong and indifferent. Ab says anxiety to anxiety and stress, they're they're not one and the same. I won't say it that way, but anxiety is a is a Anxiety is a I want to call it tool for lack of a better term. It's like a branch of stress. It's a it's a branch of stress. You feel me, it's a branch of stress. Yeah, Sometimes the biggest relief in life comes from simply making a decision. You feel me. Not because the decision is perfect. The decision may not be perfect, but because now you can move. You feel me because now you can move, and movement creates feedback. Byproduct is a good word. Anxiety is a byproduct of stress. Movement creates feedback, Feedback creates learning, Learning creates progress. But none of that shit happens until you decide, none of it. Some of y'all right now are carrying the weight of possibilities. Right now. You are literally in your life. You are carrying the weight of possibilities day after day after day, week after week after week, month after month after month, watch this year after year after year, some of y'all carrying a weight of possibilities from shit from twenty twenty, from twenty twenty. It is twenty twenty six, and some of y'all are still carrying in the weight of possibilities from twenty twenty. I'm telling you, decide, it's hard. It's hard. It's hard. It's sound easy, it sounds simple. That shit is difficult, man, Like, I really wish I could tell you something different. That shit difficult. It's difficult. But I wonder how I can raise this. I'm about to raise this bit job well, I want to stand up. Might be might be two? What fault child? About the I think I'm about to mess something up. I'm tired of uh sitting this thing, going pretty high on it. If the show cut off, my fault. If the if the show cut off, my damn, this ain't high enough. H I'm taller than I thought. Huh uh, Well back to plan a. Y'all can hear me? Sock still talk. The siden is some of the hardest ship you're gonna do. Man. The siding is extremely difficult. I don't know why we play with it and we act like the shit is easy, like, oh, just make a decision. Nah, it don't work that way. It's very extremely it's extremely difficult do do. This is the part that everybody avoid. This is the part that you avoid. This is the part that everybody avoids. Do, not playing, not discuss, not research, endlessly do and we got to be honest. This is where the separation happens. This is where you start separating the meat from the bone. You feel me, the fat from the muscle. This is where you This is where the cream separates. This is where this is where it separates. This is where separation begins. Because ideas are common. Motherfuckers come up with ideas every day. Ideas are common. Execution is rare this year, what I said, ideas are common, Execution is rare. Execution is rare. Everybody wants the result. Very few people, very very few people want the work. You understand what I'm saying. Everybody wants the transformation. Very few people want the process. Very few people want the process. And that's why execution is is powerful because execution reveals commitment. Execution tells the truth. You understand, Execution doesn't care about your intentions. Execution doesn't care about your potential. Execution only responds to action. Tay tay, what's up with you? Love, thank you for coming in, blessing the chat. I appreciate you. Everybody then got quiet and got quiet on me. Y'all think, get quiet on me. Execution responds to uh to to only response to action. And this is this is Here's something that I've learned in my years. Look at a great all my years, all my days. This is something I've learned. Action solves problems that thinking cannot. I wish be about a forns was still in here as a as a as a, as a man of the land. He will tell you. That actions solve problems that thinking cannot take. Said we rumbling, Yes, salute to my sister over there pulling double duty holding it down off a rumble. Yeah, my brother King, my being my brother King. Bonnie Vonnie said, how many people speak to you like this on your timeline? Somebody type in, how many people are speaking like this on your timeline? Or are they talking to you about Diddy? You feel me? Are they talking to you about Diddy? Are they talking to you about distractions? You see, we didn't win. We did have had a little conversation about the Nicks. I said, yeah, it's cool. Man. We gotta win game two. Now we off to change your lives. You understand what I'm saying. Man, stop letting these people play with you. Somebody come in here. In June fifth, twenty twenty six. I want to talk to you about Diddy. Say, man, I'm gone. You bit you, That's how you should be. Are you trying to kill me? You're trying to keep me stuck? Are you crazy? You're trying to keep me distracted? Motherfucker? Gas five dollars a gallon. I can't afford the shop and eat. You're trying to keep me distracted. I'm trying to get this. I'm trying to what. How is this conversation gonna help me build? This? Shit that is waking me up at night? You are, your ass is getting woke up because if anything like me, you realize you don't live life life and you're looking at it and you say, man, I ain't got the most out of this life. And here I am. I'm over here trying to improve your relationship. Help you improve your relationship with your dog gass self. Ain't nobody on your timeline talking to you like this. But anyway, I digress. I appreciate you, King Vonnie. Yeah, action solves problems that thinking can't. Actions solve problems that thinking cannot. Yeah, you can think about a business for two years, and one sales call teaches more than ten months of thinking. You understand what I'm saying. You thene thought for a year about this business, and then you have one transaction that you have and it's then taught you more than that whole year thinking. You cannot think about getting healthy for six months. One workout teaches you more than months of planning. One workout will teach you more than that whole six months of planning that you did. You can think about improving your life forever. But one action changes everything. And that's why do sits in the middle of my formula, because without action, nothing changes. Like fuck the dumb shit. Without action, ain't nothing gonna change. You gotta move. You understand what I'm saying. You gotta move, do the side do Now, let's get to the last part. And this is where people miss it because they think success comes from one big action, one breakthrough, one lucky opportunity, one huge moment. But the most success is boring. It is boring. When shit is clicking for me and I'm moving and grooving, it's boring. Most success comes from repetition, repeat, repeat, repeat. The people we admire often aren't doing extraordinary things every day. Like the people you admire, they not doing extraordinary shit every day. They're doing ordinary things consistently, you feel, especially the people that are great at whatever it is that they doing, think about this. Do you think you will you would want to sit there and watch Kobe Bryant. I mean you will it now because of Kobe Bryant who he is, But in nineteen ninety six you feel me, or let's say nineteen ninety eight, would you do you think a motherfucker would want to sit there and watch a twenty year old Kobe Bryant shoot a thousand jump shots today? The same jump shot? You think I want to sit here and watch Kobe Bryant shoot a thousand jump shots? Do you think I want to sit there and watch a twenty year old Reggie Miller shoot the same shot? You think I want to sit there and watch Dion Sanders practice his back pedal and coming out and coming out of his back pedal. It's very very The people we admire don't really do extraordinary shit because they're obsessed with doing. They're obsessed with the doing. They're doing ordinary things consistently. That's the difference. Consistency creates momentum. You understand, I'm not lying like I boast and I talk about because I'm very proud of The Punch Junkie, the Punch Junkie magazine and it being the first ever black owned boxing publication. I'm extremely proud of that. You feel me. You don't want to sit here and watch me edit the cover. You don't want to sit here and watch me edit articles. You don't you don't want to sit here and watch me optimize ads to go into the mac like people are doing ordinary things consistently, and that's the difference. Consistency creates momentum. Consistency creates confidence, Consistency creates trust, and repetition compounds. One good decision doesn't change your life. Repeated good decisions. Do one workout doesn't change your body. Repeated workouts. Do one focused day doesn't change your future. Repeated focused days do. The magic is in is not in the action. Like the magic is not in the action, The magic is in the repetition and think about something you've created, think about how we create something. And I see y'all stop talking, so I'm about to get out of here. But think about the something you've done and you've created and you're like damn and you look at it like yeah, man, that's dope. But then there's no repetition and that's it. So anyway, people struggle with execution why, I think it's for a few reasons. For fear, perfectionism, overthinking, distraction, comfort, and maybe the biggest one, which is identity. You know what I mean, A lot of people still see themselves as thinkers and not doers. You feel me dreamers and not executors, planners and not builders. And until your identity changes, until you change your identity, till your identity changes, your behavior usually stays the same. And that's why that's why execution matters, Because execution changes identity. Every time you follow through, you cast a vote for a different version of yourself. You feel me, You become someone who acts, someone who moves, someone who finishes, someone who follows through. And that's powerful. That's the thing that's powerful. That's my formula. Man Decide, do repeat, decide, do repeat, Man ay B said that that shit be boring as fuck, drawing the same thing over and over again. No, lie, you feel me? And who will now imagine somebody watching that? Somebody The only person who want to do who want to watch that? Is your woman? You feel me maybe and maybe your mama. That's it. But at the end of the day, honestly speaking, that's what we's That's what it looks like. Man, that's what people don't do. Extraordinary people usually don't do extraordinary things. They're usually doing very simple things repeatedly, over and over and over again. And that's it. But man, I ain't gonna hold you all up. Man, it's Friday. There's something else I want to share about myself, and I can't remember what it was I said. I talked about my grudges, talk about my bullsh oh, I know what I know. Hey, man, I've lost a b and I've said this before, but I gotta come back. I've lost my. Ability to be fake, like like I've lost it like the I won't even say be fake. I'm losing my ability to be tactful. I'm losing my ability to be tactful. Ab it sounds like it seems like it's just me and you talking, bro. So look, Ab, I'm losing my ability to be tactful. Like I used to be able to to talk and to and to and to you know kind of uh be diplomatic. I used to be able to to employ my diplomacy. I'm not diplomatic, man, I'm not. I don't have it. You feel me like I be listening to people talk to me about work and you know, things that you know they experience it at work or or whatever shit that's going on, and I be thinking like I main't gotta punch that motherfuck in the faith. Like I have lost my ability to be tactful. I'm very blunt, man, very transparent. It's crazy, AB said, I guess you can't work in the corporate world anymore. Man, I probably end up on papers. I would have to I have to go. I'd have to go work the shells at Walmart as something first. Yeah, I have to go stack the shells at Walmart or something, go get my CDLs or be a truck driver. So I have to do something else, man, cause the board meetings and shit. Nah, Man, I can't do it, like I don't understand, like I be man, meeting like I I like, I've shared with y'all before, I hate meetings, So I don't really understand. D Man Junior said, that's cause you getting old, bro. Yeah, I'm old, bro, Like I don't have the ability to be diplomatic. Man, look at Joe. Joe said, that's what comes with age. Yeah, hey Joe, I'm what I don't be on that Big Dare says, I don't got time for the bullshit like I ain't got it there, Like I ain't got it bro, like I. Do, I don't. I don't. They don't, they don't. I don't have it. I have the inability to bullshit like I don't be playing with people. You feel me, I don't be playing with people. I don't. I don't even I don't even play with my. Loved ones, like I don't be playing man like like I'm to the point for the most part, like if I don't want to go, I don't go. You feel me? You getting you know, invite me? And I don't get invited a lot of places much anymore because I don't be going. If I don't like you, I'm not gonna play around with it. You understand what I'm saying, I see I see it all the time, and I be seeing like social media, like every time I'm like scrolling up and down my timeline or whatever the case may be. Like, I uh, I up chuck a little because like I be seeing like everything be so fake? You feel me? Like everything be so fake? Like I mean, like I see people who don't like each other. You understand what I'm saying, Like these motherfuckers don't like each other, and they be like at events and they be taking pictures and shit with each other. And I be like, huh like that shit? Wow? Man? Like then like like watch this. Can you imagine? Uh uh? Can you imagine? Penguin d Mount says. He says, Connor McGregor is returning. Y'all know, bro, we did a show on it. I don't like the whole concept of elitism. I absolutely despise the concept of black elitism. You feel me, I don't like it. I don't like these circles of these fake ass circles of influence and shit, I don't like it. Big Dad says, it's hard to try and be fake family. I can't do it. It's impossible, bro, it is absolutely impossible. I don't be doing it, man. And I'm talking about all of the circles of influence. Nigga Church included church folks, y all some ship church folks be some ship, y'all are some of the most ignorant, judgmental, uh condescending, hypocritical people on the planet. The black church, man, I'll be I'll be looking like, oh that's uh. Like you feel me. These fraternities and sororities, y'all, some ship, the black ones y'all some shit, the influencers, the ultimate grift like bruh, Like do you understand, bro? Like I'm sitting here looking at and I told this story be about a France. I'm not sure if you're in there or not, but I was looking at getting ready to go, and I was getting ready to go to a podcast convention with a lot of black you know, podcasters if you will, and it's a big event, you know what I'm saying, and whatever, And I'm looking at the people who are talking and the guest speakers and shit, and like it's like a few of them that are like and I'm looking at the people from the past, and I'm identifying like ten people that are known scamming scam folks that been scamming millions and millions of dollars from the black community. And I'm like, oh, man, I wish I might cuz I can't be associated with no shit like that, Like it's a scam, Like. This shit be scam. Like you can literally come up here and talk to me about shit and it don't really be you. Like you can come here and be a real estate guru and don't own real estate. You can come here and be a financial guru and your finances aren't in order. You can come here and be a credit guru and have bad credit, like what And that's why I come here. Like people be trying to put that. People be trying to put that like you're gonna be a life coach and your life fucked up. That's another thing. Man, I'll be getting my mouth and get me in trouble. But it's trouble man, It ain't even trouble man Tuesday, it's it's a it's a it's it's Friday, but it's unscript man, fucking life coach. What the life coach? Somebody trying to put that jacket on me? Like, man, you're a life coach, man, Fuck you ain't no life coach, Nigga, you crazy life coach. Life coach. Y'all about to make me go off the deep end. There's life coach, life coach, Like, we just be making it up as we go, man, we just be making it up as we go. Man, Like this we already like because we already got the psychology shit and the therapy and the psychotropic meds and shit. We already got that shit. Now you're gonna raise me a life coach cut like life coach who is essentially just a motherfucker that is trying to provide therapy that's not licensed. They're trying to provide you unlicensed therapy. You feel me, And truth be told, the therapist shouldn't be licensed for the most part. But anyway, we're talking about like a life coach. Dez, I'm under the oh. I don't know if Dav's even still in here, Like I'm under the old law. Be about a farce I'm under the old law, y'all, Like who was who was the when we was growing up? We had life coaches? Who was your life coach growing up? Who was the who or not even yours, but just in general, who was the life coaches growing up? Let me see if y'all, y'all might not even be engaged no more, it might be time for me to go for real one on eight. Anyway, I got shit to do. Who was the we had life coaches growing up? Who was the life coaches? Me? I don't know if Joe's Joe Joe in here Joe about Joe my age Joe? Who was the life coaches growing up? Like? Literally, who was the life coaches? Because we had them? Here we go, Here we go? Dad said, substance abuse counselors that still drink bro was a chemical dependency counselor bro. I'm gonna I'm gonna tell my story in a second. Uh uh, Jay Vonnie said, preachers man, hell with them? Preachers be about a farm, said my pop pop Daddy. Grandma Dad says, uncle be about a farm. Said that be about a farm? I mean, Dad said, my uncle's a b said Bob ross Man. The hell with you. Bro d Man Junior said, my mom. And daddy, uncles, Granddaddy thrive a glow with Joe summed it up for me. As the elders, like we been had life coaches, Tiffy two said, Aunties, like we been had life coaches like you feel me like you used to go sit at the feet of the elders and listen to them. You understand what I'm saying. Like my people used to come and sit down at my grandmama's table and talk to my grandmama, and I will watch my grandmama pour into folks. I have to leave the room because I can't hear about shit today talking about but I would. See my grandmama pouring into people. Motherfucker's coming in my aunts and cousins and people coming and crying and all fucked up about life and sit down and they would listen to the life coach. Now you're taking on a life coach that don't even know you. They don't know your situation, they don't know your circumstances. You feel me, and they're gonna coach you through. The through life while they're while while their life is spinning out of control. You understand what I'm saying, you got life coaches that are dealing with addictions. You got life coaches that are that are abusive, abusing motherfuckers. Not just they patients abusing, they can kids, building their spouses and shit. Yet life coaches motherfucker divorces going through divorces? How you going through a divorce and gonna coach me on my life? Stay what I'm saying, Like like, cuz man, I'm man, I'm up through. Man, I gotta stop, I gotta stop this ship. Somebody tried to put that life coach jacket on me though, man, And I'll rebuke you. I'll rebuke you, little nigga. I rebuke that. I am a person who is here and I am sharing my experience and if what I share resonates with you, then we can build a relationship and and and through through community, and we can grow through this life and be around like minded individuals that are in search of our and moving toward our own. Our own purposes. You feel me, I am actively in the pursuit of a better relationship with myself. If you actively in pursuit of a better relationship with yourself and bring your ass home, man, And you feel me? But other than that, man striving glow with Joe said, so called life coaches today are in their twenties and thirties trying to make a buck. They're trying to fuck your life up. Your fifty year old ass gonna sit down and go listen to somebody in the in the in they damn thirties talk to you about life. Man, are you crazy? A man? Dad said? Chemical dependency counselors, that are. I'm gonna tell this story and then I'm gonna go that are still drinking this. I was a chemical dependency counselor, certified State of Ohio Chemical Dependency counselor, and I worked in a correctional setting. Right as a chemical dependency counselor. This is I'm feeling, this is, this is, this is gonna sound crazy. I've told this story before, but y'all think y'all be thinking I'm lying. So I can tell it again so that y'all can understand. I caught a d U. I as a chemical dependency counselor. I got a drunk driving. I got called drunk driving, right, I wasn't even drunk either. That's the killer for those people who go through that. You know that time when you can be getting like that, when motherfuckers be drunk driving and they get out the car falling down and shit like, I can't even understand that the real drunk drivers, we don't even really be drunk. We be sobered the fuck up. And I was on my street and got pulled over. Got this dui right, be better Farceay, you was tossed up telling people not to drink, wasn't you? Yeah? I was bad. I wasn't soft uf because I didn't drink like during the day. I wasn't that type of I wasn't that type of motherfucker. You understand what I'm saying. But I was. I was socially drunk, like I was out moving around the streets drunk. You feel me. Wasn't drunk when I drove home, but I still, you know, was under the influence because I had been drinking. I've been drinking. I've been drinks. I got a dui right, had to go to had to go to the holding tank or whatever for uh. I was only there like an hour. I called my homeboy, and my homeboy came pick me up, took me back to my car. They didn't even pound my car because I was so cooperative and shit, you to feel me real player about the situation. Most of these situations, all you gotta do is just be player about the situation. I was player about the situation. Officer was like, you know what, man, I ain't doing no tripp and I ain't even gonna impound your car, man, just you know, park it over there and then come on. You know what I'm saying, Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah yeah. So I uh, I get to I get my DUI. So I park my car, I go to the holding tank. Call my homeboy. He gotta come pick me up. It's like three in the morning, four in the morning. He got to go to work at like six, So for he just get up and get dressed for work. And shit, salute to my homeboy. He come picked me up. He come picked me up from the holding tank. They didn't took me all across the city to go to the holding tank. You instand what I'm saying. So when I come outside when they when they he called me, they don't even lock me. I ain't in the sell or nothing. I'm sitting at the police officer's desk kicking and the shit he called me on my cell. They like, yeah, it's in him and I'm like yeah, and I'm like, uh. They like, man, we need you to come in here. And so I tell my homeboy like, hey, brud, they need you to come in here. So he automatically like what you know what I'm saying because you know his man like that, ain't nobody like we don't. We don't fuck with police where I'm from. Like that's just the truth, man. I wish I could say it different. We don't fuck with police. So the police telling you, hey, man, you tell him to come in here. So that sounded like a setup, you understand I'm talking about, like like I didn't call the DUI. Now, I just snitched on him because he'd be driving drunk, you know. That type shit. So we come in, they see him, and then you feel me they I gotta go with him, So you know, they like, all right, man, give me my keys and shit, I'm gone. They're like, man, you get your court this date. They gave me my court date all that shit. So I go, I go. Outside. Now I'm gonna tell you how I felt. Y'all those of us that grew up with dogs like you grew up with a dog. You know, you had that dog, and the dog get out the yard, and your dog get another folk's yard. Like I felt like a dog that got in somebody yard, you know what I'm saying, And my owner had to come get me out somebody else's yard. So I'm walking back to the car, like, I get in the car, I just started laughing. We start laughing. I'm like, man, I'm like, man, the crazy thing is broad down the street from the crew. I'm literally on my street. I parked. My brother had a barbershop at the time. On my street. I park at my brother's barbershop. Go get my car, take my car back to the crib. I had a barber was driving a box Chevy. I had an eighty nine Caprice box Chevy at the time. I'm glad my Chevy was still there. You feel me go get my Chevy because I always put the actually, you know what, the officer let me put the club on my Chevy. I was embarrassed, man, I was embarrassed more than anything dead. So I'm sitting there this time, it's like four, it's like four something in the morning. I'm like, so I go to the crib. Whatever, I gotta get my day started, you know what I'm saying. So anyway, long story short, I end up. Now this is the time in my life where shit was just different, you know what I'm saying. And so like you know, not really my resources. We were very tapped, you know or whatever. So and this is why I'm telling you. I can tell you like you don't want to play with it. You don't want to play with with your driving privileges, like you don't want to play with them people. It's two things I don't play with. I don't play with my driving privileges. And I don't play I don't play with I don't play with the tax people. I don't play with the I r s. You feel me, and I didn't have incidents and I didn't play with child support. You feel me, but I don't. I didn't have these instances where I've played. I've been in the arch in child support. I've been in the I've messed around and had my licenses ship suspended and been driving on suspended license. And then I'll messed around and and uh oh, taxes, tax money before men don't want to play with them, with them, folks. So anyway, long story short, I ended up after a few months of dealing with this dui, I end up getting sentenced and they made. Me do a diversion program. So the diversion program is basically, you go with a whole bunch of other drunk motherfuckers and y'all spend a weekend away from home, and y'all got to go through like a program, lectures and all that kind of shit, and then they take the DUI off your record if you don't catch another DUI in like a two year span or some shit like that. So I got to go to this diversion program. Now bear with me. I'm sitting there and I'm in the diversion program, right, I'm embarrassed as fuck. Now what's the irony? AB says, that sounds awful. So I got to go to this hotel and I walk in the hotel, check in, and shit, and the diversion program is the only people that's in the hotel. Nobody else is there or whatever the case may be. So when I go in or whatever, I gotta go, and I gotta spend this weekend from from Friday evening till Sunday afternoon in this diversion program. You feel me what's the irony? Look at me about a fearns hey laugh, and he said, God damn, they made you go to camp Bro. I had to go to drunk camp. Bro. What's the irony? Let me make sure y'all still paying attention to the conversation. What's the irony of me having to go to the diversion program for the d u I? Folks Ab said, when my dad was in the Marine Corps back in the seventies, a d u I used to be a badger, honor. I'm gonna tell you all to irony because I gotta hurr up and get out of here. The irony of me being in this, in this, in this d u I and having this and having to be in this, in this, in this camp, in the drunk camp like we call it. I am a chemical dependency counselor. I am a licensed chemical dependency counselor in the State of Ohio, and so now I'm going to a State of Ohio intervention for drunk people as a licensed chemical dependency counselor. You feel me. Be about a farm said a drunk camp as a professional substance counselor. You can't make this shit up. Bro. This the kicker, though, Bro, I ain't I'm not done. Bro, I'm not done. I'm not done. I'm not done. Listen to me, man, I can't make this shit up. If I'm lying, I'm flying blind and butt naked. Listen to me. I go in. So it's just like every those of you are who are professionals. You know that when you're in a profession in yours, every professionist is really small, really tight knit. So it's a good opportunity that you gonna fix see people that you know. So I'm trying to keep a little profile, and I'm like, all right, so I'm gonna slide in here, and I'm man I'm saying, like, man, I bet I know nobody. I bet I know nobody. I bet I know nobody. I bet no know nobody on the professional side. I don't care about person or whatever on a professional sad. I'm like, man, I don't nobody. So I slide in. When I slide in the motherfucker that was taking attendance, I'd be god damn if I didn't work with her. I worked with the lady that was taking attendance. Be about a Farceis you knew some of the people, didn't you. I knew the motherfucker that was facilitating the lady who was taking attendants was the lady who facilitated the whole weekend. Her name was Angela. I knew Angela for our sniper. I look at Angela, Angela looking at me, and then she just had me sign in. She didn't say nothing. She still solid on it. But I worked. We worked together, my coworker, my colleague, she is facilitating the training. I'm not lying. So we go through the weekend. Angela matter of fact, she looked at me and winked. She hit me with the wink. She winked at me. She hit me with the wink. Then I signed in. She gave me my hotel room key and shit gave me my photo with my packet, had me go to them. I'm sitting there, fucking embars like. She ain't say nothing to me. The whole time. Listen to me. I ain't laughing, I ain't laugh I ain't laing. She hit me with the wink, hit me with the wink. Be about a farst. Uh for our sturper said, I don't mean to laugh. Godd Lee, bro. She hit me with the wink. Anyway, So the whole weekend, we gotta watch, we gotta watch car accident videos. We gotta watch all this shit. You feel me, We watching the goddamn we got We watching the Uh Family. The mothers against drunk driving videos because they ain't lost kids get he got hit by drunk drivers, all this sad shit. I'm feeling all shitty, like, man, fuck man, I've been I've been drinking and drivers since I was fucking thirteen. If we're gonna keep it real, you feel me, I've been drinking the drivers since ode thirteen. We used to go to the my homeboy, he was fourteen, it's a year older than me. We used to drive his brother's car. We used to take his brother's car go to the club. We used to go to the drive though and get trial runs of Cisco. They was like sixty nine cent apiece. We would go get like five or six trial runs of Cisco, drink them shits and be fucked up. I hated the banana one. The banana one was absolutely disgusting. You feel I've been drinking the drivers I was thirteen. You feel me. It's not thirteen. That's a whole nother conversation. Though. We used to get drunk go to Spunky's be out in the parking lot. Every now and again we get let in. But we used to go to there was a McCook's theater. We used to go to McCook's like we was bad as fuck man. McCook's theatre was a theater where you could go in and they had the peep booth, peaking booth where you going to booth the peep shows what it was called. You put a dollar in the thing and then this the thing come up and the woman being there butt naked dance. I've been going to them, so I like thirteen. You feel me anyway, he said, they made you watch the videos. We watching health class in high school about substance abuse on my mama, But these was a little bit more gory because they show people getting kilt and beheaded and shit. It was like it was like those videos mixed with faces of death. You understand what I'm saying. So peepe though, Peep though, peep though. So we going through the weekend. The best part of the weekend though, because they showing us these videos talking about you can't drink if you have any alcohol in your system, then you're going to you're guilty of it. DUI, like, you can't have any percentage of liquor in your system because they've been told. You've been told where they moved it from DUI to OVI. So ov I under the ov eye law means if you got alcohol in your system period and you operate a vehicle, you're guilty. You feel me. So then they brought this lawyer in there. This is all one of them click back lawyers. He came in there talking and he told us, look, man, you motherfucker's gonna drink again. So in the in the situation that you find yourself in this situation, he said, don't blow. He said that from the time that they pull you over, they are building up their case and their and their evidence to you, and they have to prove that you were under the influence. They prove that you're under the influence if you admit that you have been drinking, or if you if you take a breathalyzer test, or if you get out and you do the field exam. Don't consent to doing none of that stuff, he said, make them take you to jail. That was the coldest part of the weekend. But anyway, let me say to tell you this song and go we like, we liked an hour and a half in. Man, I ain't trying to go this long. Listen to me. So we go through the weekend. We didn't we didn't ate, we had we was in this one room and besides the room, we was in our in our room. And when we would go to our room at night, they put tape on our door to make sure we ain't got out, that we ain't come out of the room. So anyway, we go to the end of that, We go to the end of the day, right, the end of the end of the damn event on Sunday. Right, So I told you, Angela just been my coworker, my colleague. She's still to that's my girl to this day. You feel me not my girl, Like I talked to her nothing but she my girl. Like that was solid as fuck, So she said. So we were wrapping down and she getting everybody's certificates together for completing a diversion program so they can get sent to the judge, so on and so forth. Right, Nah, be about a fence, That's what it was. It was aversion, bro. You had to be there, you had to stay there. You had to stay there and you can only go you go to your room, and you had to stay in your room until it was time to come out the next day. And they put tape and shit on the door. Nah, it was locked down for real, like you couldn't. And I had a roommate, some white dude from the East Side, you feel me. But anyway, it's a long story short. I made a lost story long. So this is the end of the day. On Sunday, it was like Sunday at noon, it was over with. So it's like eleven thirty on Sunday, and Angela said nothing to me the whole time, and she said, hey, mister Robinson, come here. She called me back in the back room. So I'm thinking she finn to say something to me about the shit, like you know what I mean, And finally, breaking her silence, she called me in. The back. Because the paperwork that needed to be processed and needed to be signed needed a signature from a credential that she didn't have, and the person who's supposed to sign it wasn't there. Who do you think had that credential? When I tell you I had to sign the paperwork for all of the for I had to sign the paperwork for all of the people that were in the emerging class for it to be certified by the State of Ohio. Because of my credential. I signed everybody's paperwork. It was like twenty six of us in there. I had to sign everybody's paperwork for the emerging class that I was in as a chemical dependency counselor that's my life. I can't make this shit up. It was at the end of the day I was leaving. It was the end of the day I was leaving, and it was emergency situation. Like she was like, look, you know, I ain't got you know such and such, ain't nobody else here, you know, ya YadA, y'ada. I need you sign these because she got a process. This is her ship, she got a process, her paperwork. I had to sign her ship. Bro sign all of the So when I tell you this life coaching shit, this you feel me. Motherfuckers be fucked up and they be trying to tell you how to cope with your life from a from an expert, from an expert point of view, where really they're not experts at all because they're dealing with their own ship and That's what makes us so powerful because we come in here saying, hey, man, you fucked up. I'm fucked up. Man. We're gonna get to this together. Hey man, I gotta go because I gotta get through my day so I can get ready for these next to night. Man ain't be about aforen say.
