Before you can lead a family, business, team, or community, you must first learn to lead yourself. Every day you fail to direct your thoughts, emotions, habits, and decisions, you surrender control to your impulses—and every day you do that, you've already decided to lose.
This conversation examines the relationship between self-leadership and self-mastery, why discipline is an act of leadership, how your inner world shapes your external results, and why standards—not feelings—must guide your life.
If you're ready to stop reacting to life and start leading it, this episode is for you.

Like usher, I want to make my Fridays the days where I kind of talk about boxing. But I wasn't satisfied with the work I did this week. You feel me dirt game. I wasn't satisfied with the work, man. I kind of look back, went through the week and I was sitting down. Lie now, I pulled up, man. Put I didn't finish through the line. I pulled up. I didn't really finish through the line because I was wrastling with myself about things, and I'm like, nah, man, we got to come back, so we got more work to do. The job ain't finished. Do you feel me? The job ain't finished? Sluthor King Vonnie eighty six in the building. What's up with you? Broke? Salute to the dirt Game boss in the building? Man, hold on, let me do this right, man, because I think y'all deserve to stand innovation. Standing though, Salutor King vonniety six. What's up with you? Man the dirt game? What's up with your homies? Salute to your family? Thank you for our sniper snipes in the building? What's up with you? Broke? Nella the Great? What's up with you? Neller? What's all like you? What's up with you? Salute to you? Dirt game said hashtag thought Masters, Big deskunking doll, my BCU family in a building? What's up with you? Salute the lalah d in the building? La La. You didn't got me addicted to this World Cup between you and my son. I don't know what's going on. Ticky too in a building? What's up with you? Ticky to Salute to you? Yeah, yeah, yeah, Dirt Game said man. I've been lacking bro so I am glad I caught this session today. I need to put some work in. Hey, bro, I didn't finish through the line. And I've been slacking too because I've been I've been kind of all over the place with my thoughts and whatnot. You know what I mean. But I just realized it's time to tighten up. And also, ultimately, you know, if I'm keeping it at cold break like, nah, man, y'all get better than that. Y'all get better than that. I ain't just talking. You feel me. That boy said, giving you the best to me? You feel me. I just don't be talking, man. So top of the day, man, grab your coffee, you your favorite morning beverage. I know we late today, so y'all already in, and you know I got to tell you the truth this morning. Everybody wants control, like we talked about, everybody wants control like it's natural. It's natural. Everybody wants control. You feel me. You want to control your finances, you want to control your career, you want to control your family, you want control of your future. But very few of us stop to ask the most important question. You feel me, who's in control of me? You understand what I'm saying, Who's in control of me? One of the most common things. And I'm guilty of this. You feel me? So I can sit here and say this. One of the one of the most popular things that that we've done in in in in modern history is we've coined this phrase, who gonna check me? Who go who gonna check me? You feel me? You hear it out of who gonna check me? Who gonna check me? Boot? Nobody? Who gonna check me? Exactly? Motherfucker? Who's in control of me? Because before you can lead your children, before you can lead your marriage, before you can lead your business, before you can lead your community, you gotta answer one question, and that is can you lead yourself? And today's verdict, it's every day that you don't lead yourself, you already decided to lose. Every day that you. Don't lead yourself, you've already decided to lose. Every day when you get your ass up and you make a conscientious decision not to lead yourself, you have already lost. You already decided to lose. Now. I know that sound harsh, you feel me. I know it sound harsh, But think about it. If you don't decide what you're gonna think right, if you don't decide what you'll think. If if you don't decide what you'll think, then your emotions are gonna decide. If you don't decide how you're gonna respond, then your impulses are gonna respond. You feel me, your your impulses are going to respond. If you don't decide what matters, then your distractions are gonna decide. The fact of the matter is man leadership is this never optional? Family leadership is never optional optional. It's never an option. You either lead yourself or something else does. Man straight like that, Let's get it. One. I'm hustled harder than the moment. I'm a feast on these streets. Cattle revolver. I told for these niggas, try take me off the block without points up daily Bailey's out the bobbles. Hey, man, did you hear what I said? Either you're gonna lead yourself, Either you're gonna lead yourself or something else does. Ain't that some ship because it ain't not being led. It's not even an option. Either you lead your dog gas self or something else does. Yeah, here's here's here's where we misunderstand leadership. All right. We think leadership starts with influence, but it doesn't. It doesn't. Leadership starts with governance. You feel me, not governing other people, but governing yourself, governing like, man, am I making sense? Like leadership starts with governance, you feel me, and and governing is nella, Nella? Are you still in here? Nella? You gotta let me know if you're still in here, because I got this because I'm pretty sure you supposed to hear this. Everybody's supposed to hear this, but I got listen to me. And if you if you ain't in here right now, you'll hear the play back. And so it's cool. Leadership starts with with with governance. You feel me, walk them down round, what's up with you, hommy? And it's not governing other people, it's governing yourself. So, Nolla, you just shared that you had a situation with somebody, and somebody did somebody wronged you recently, right, and it took everything in you not to respond the way that you normally would respond. You feel me, that's governance. You feel me like you had to govern your dog ass self, like you literally had to govern yourself. That's self. Leadership, like, that's it starts with you governing. You gotta govern your thoughts, you feel me. You gotta govern your words, you gotta govern your your emotions. And every time that you wanted to you you said that, every time that you wanted to respond, and you got close to responding, you had to change your thoughts. You had to you had to alter your thoughts in order to control your reaction and to control your words. Right, I have that, like I literally, and I've shared this with you all. I have thoughts in my mind and my the way I'm wired now, my shit go, it go off, it goes into the extreme. You understand what I'm saying. And so I have to unclutch like I literally, in my mind will get a thought in my mind, and I literally have to unclutch, and I say the words in my head, unclutch, you feel me. And I have to unclutch thoughts like I literally unclutch thoughts. And I got that. I learned that from my spiritual father. Unclutch like I literally unclutch thoughts. Something if it's something and it's it's something that's controlling me, is something that's pestering me, it's something that's going to cause me to act out of character or to do something that I really don't want to do or something that's not in the good best interest of the person that I am, Then I gotta unclutch you feel me. Leadership starts with governance. And I thought that when you share that, and I read that last night, like that's a perfect example of leading yourself, you feel me like leading yourself, Nella said, I literally had to converse with myself to talk my way through it. I'm not going I'm not going back to my old self. Literally a conscientious decision. And you gotta, like, you gotta head yourself off like when you when you when you get to you feel me, like when you when you when you grabbing that you grabbing them tools, like you grab the tool and you get ready to hit the door. You feel me. You gotta get in the front of the door of yourself to stop yourself like. Hey, nah, we ain't doing that. We ain't doing that, you feel me. And it's things that that that in my life right now, that I have opted the way that I've opted to carry myself and the things that I do and things that I don't do, things that I say, things that I don't say, thoughts that I think, and thoughts that I don't think like it's certain shit that I have just literally abandoned and said, now that's beneath me, like that is beneath. Where I am trying to operate at. You feel me, I'm never going back to that, never going I'm not going back to that. You said, I'm not going back to my old self facts, dirt game facts. I'm not going back self leadership. You understand what I'm saying, because, believe it or not, man, this self leadership shit is and is. I started on purpose. I started the month of July off with this in accordance to you know, with the blueprint that we're running through. I did it on purpose because this is in twenty twenty six. Self leadership is a people don't leave themselves. You feel me like this is a this is a foreign concept to people. You understand what I'm saying. Yeah, every day you don't lead yourself, you've already decided to lose, period. And you wonder why people put a stream of days together where you've lost a lost Some of us lost yesterday, like if we tell the truth, some of us took an l yesterday, Like you ain't ever get to the end of the day, like man, I. Took an L today. You feel me. I have you understand what I'm saying. I've been taken. I've been taking l's recently, Like man, I've been on absolute complete bullshit lately. You feel me, I've been taking l's. And I can look at today and look at the day and say, oh, I took an L today. Bro, y'all was bullshit today, Like I did not meet I did not rise to the occasion today. You feel me. Be about A farce said, you gotta check your self every damn day. So it's people who don't check themselves. Man, facts salute the J. Gibson in the building. What's up with you, hommie? You like you don't check yourself, and so you look at the end of your day and you've wasted time, You've wasted energy, you've wasted effort, you've wasted attention, you've wasted money, you've wasted resources. Yeah, dirt Game boss said, last two weeks been all l's. You feel me all l's. But we still pushing facts now. The cold piece of the cold piece dirt Game is the fact that you can look and recognize that you've been taking ls. Though you feel me, you can look and recognize it because some people have just taken ls like, hey man, like, this is this is just what it is. You feel me? This is this is what it is. Saluted my sister La La I D. She's talking about World Cup all right now, girl, goddamn La Lah we we didn't. I didn't gave the World Cup shot out. This ain't no World Cup conversation. We're talking about self self leadership. Girl, Now lead yourself back to this conversation. Salut to my sister I D. Hey man, so so. I love my sister I D so all right. Self leadership. Leadership in general, it doesn't start with influence, man. A lot of us think it starts with influence. It doesn't. It starts with governance, you feel me. Leadership starts with governance, Big Dad says, He says, you two found. I'm trying to find someplace to drop these l's off. You don't hear me, though, I'm a I'm a I'm gonna make a power man and have me a bond fard this weekend. Man, I'm finna burn these l's up, bro, I'm finna burn these ls like I ain't joking. I'm finna sit outside. Burn these l's, smoke my pipe, man, and send send them up to the ansstin and to the answer this man, and get busy. I'm feeling that I'm literally man, I'm feeling I'm finna have me at ritual with these l's I've been taking. Yeah, leadership starts with governance, not governing other people, governing yourself, your thoughts, your emotions, your habits, your decisions, your standards. Yeah. See, most people spend their lives trying to control circumstances that they cannot control. You feel me. Think about that. The majority of us spend our lives. Think of how much time we've spent in our lives trying to control circumstances that we cannot control. You feel me like you trying to I'm gonna talk about me for a second. I'm sitting here trying to control the way you think about me. You feel me. I've spent so much time in my life trying to control what other people think about me. Right, how can I control what you think about me? It's impossible. Some people gonna like me, some people are gonna hate me, some people are gonna love me, some people gonna despise me. I can't control that. Most people spend their lives trying to control circumstances they cannot. You feel me. Think about the stuff that you try to control that is outside of outside of your your, your your jurisdiction. You go to work and you try to control stuff at work. You don't own work, You can't control it, you feel me. We go and we try to go to stores and you try to control stuff at the store and try to control this, and can try to control that. We spend all this time trying to trying to control things that we cannot. But this is the This is the This is where it gets tricky because we spend all this time trying to control circumstances that we cannot, while we refuse to control the one thing that we actually can. You spend time trying to control circumstances you cannot, all while you refuse, like refusing, meaning you are actively the act of refusing to control the one thing that you can actually control, and that's yourself. You can actually control yourself self. Late leadership, it is not about being perfect man. It's about becoming intentional. Right. It's waking up every morning and asking, man, what kind of man will I choose to be today? Like? What kind of man am I choosing to be? Today? Not? How do I feel today? You understand what I'm saying. In fact, I should stop saying that. I should stop asking people how they feeling because you know I'm on that. I'll be like, man, how you feel? I need to stop and I need to ask are you what are you choosing today? Motherfucker? Are you choosing you today? Yeah? I almost I'm gonna start fucking people up with that. Yeah? Or what are you choosing today? Think them like, huh, what are you choosing today? Are you choosing yourself today? Are you choosing to be the better you or the worse you? You understand what I'm saying. Are you choosing to be positive? Where you're choosing to be negative? What you choosing today? What are you having today? Yeah? Self? Leadership ain't about being perfect? Man? What kind of men will I choose to be? Today? Not how I feel? Cause your feelings are gonna change. But your standards don't. Craig l what's up with your homiy sloopter? I get it off your chest podcast? Family? Your standards don't, y'all be sure to go check them out. Man, be sure to go check them out. To Get It Off your Chest podcast Family, or it's called to Get off your Chest podcast. That's my family. Kansas City k is next to Kansas. City, MO. You feel me? Salute the d Man Jr. In the building, My sister, Shade girl in the building. What's up with you, Shade? I was just thinking about you and condolences Shade to you and your family. Love. Yeah, my deepest, my deepest condolences. I hope you doing all right. I hope you doing all right. Self leadership is a practice of self mastery, man. Yeah. Every single day you choose. Whether your purpose or your impulses are gonna be in charge? You feel me, King Vonnie. Every day you get up and you choose rather your purpose is gonna be in in charge or your impulses? Are you bullshit ting? You feel me? Are you bullshit ting? Yes? Indeed? Keep going, Keep going, shape girl, keep going, just keep going. All right? Man? So when you lose, let's talk about the cost. Because it's been al after al after al after l So let's talk about the cost costs. What happens when you don't lead yourself, When you don't lead yourself, your impulses take over. Comfort becomes your coach, Excuses become your strategy, emotions become a decision maker. Do you understand, Like, have you ever been in a situation out I'm just gonna talk about myself? You feel me because I'm bad enough to tell the truth. You understand what I'm saying. Have you ever been working on something that you know you get, you need to get and you come to the realization and make a decision that you're just not finna do it, and instead of working on the thing that you need to get done, you start cultivating excuses. Just if that applies to. You, give me my theme emoji, please if that applies to you. If you've ever been working on something and then you knew that you just made a decision that you wasn't about to get the shit done, like, man, I ain't gonna do this, It'll be all right, and then you start cultivating and curating the excuses instead of working on what needs to get done. Yeah, Nella was number one again, You feel me. I ain't trying to punch on nobody, but I'm but myself because I done been I'm so cold with the excuses because, like I said, Excuses become your strategy. You feel me so like never man doing what needs to get done. The excuses become your strategy. You understand. Emotions become your decision maker. I'm so cold that, I said, man, I ain't doing this, fuck that, And then I just start making my excuses. Man, I tell them this, I tell them that, I tell them I'll put it on somebody else and be done with it. Yeah, Excuses become your strategy. Emotions become your decision maker. You feel me. You become reactive instead of intentional. One h A bad mood changes the whole day. One criticism changes your confidence. One inconvenience changes your commitment. You feel me. We talking about I'm talking for our sniper said hashtag excuse master. You feel me, and I'm talking about when your inner world take over, when your impulses take over. You feel me when your impulses take over, and you and you and you. Man, I'm telling you, I get stupid when my impulses take over. Like I used to work. I used to work in our away from where I live, right and my impulsters would take over and I'd be having one of them days. I literally would drive to my office, sit in the parking lot, and turn around and drive home. No, look, I'm not bullshitting you. Feel me, I would literally drive, go to the parking garage, go to my spot and drive after I didne drove an hour and I done. Sat in Cincinnati rush hour traffic, Northern Kentucky rush our traffic, Get to my office, sit there and I say, man, I ain't fucking with these people today, and drive my ass home. Fuck this hour that I just spend driving, Fuck this gas. Like man, when you when your impulses take over, I'm telling you, like shit, go crazy. Inconvenience will change your commitment. Yeah, one inconvenience changes your commitment. One temptation totally changes your standard. And every mind, all this this project I'm working on, I'm going home and ultimately all of that thing, all those things I just said. That shit's exhausting because now you're living at the mercy of whatever happens around you. Talking about not leading yourself, You're you're living at the mercy of whatever happens around you instead of being directed but by what you already decided within you. You feel me, Yeah. Big Dad said, Man, fuck this job today, Fucking corporate pricks, ay man, and so it be over with man. Dirk. Game Boss said, Yo, true, I just did that shit yesterday. Bro drove all the way to the job, sat there and said, man, I ain't on this shit today and left and leaf Bro Brit Fox in the building. What's up with you, Brough? He said, guilty is charged? Charge me up, well walk them down round my brother said, he said, turns discipline into complacency real quick. I'm trying to tell you man, like it's this shit gets real. D Man Junior said, not this guy. I ain't driving that long to say fuck it now. I didn't been sitting in the side of my bed and said Dad, I got you, Bro. Yeah, I didn't, did it, Bro. I didn't drove all the way down one thing after the next, and I just all and I got to the got to the office like sat there, or got to my parking garage to my spot, and I had an electric card. You know what I'm saying. I was driving my energy car and I get to my damn charging station, get ready to charge and go in the office. And I looked at that shit like and like't getting out of this motherfucker. Man, I'm gone left there, drove around the corner to my little favorite coffee shop, got me a coffee, and drove my ass back home. You feel me, and wore the same clothes to work the next day. I'm stupid. I'm trying to tell you, man, when your when your impulses take over this shit get wicked. It get wicked being at the mercy or whatever happens around you. Man, you hey man, yeah, period Yeah. Nella said that push through, That pushed through make you drive there, Yeah, because you're gonna push yourself through. You're like, man, I'm gonna just get through the day or whatever the case may be. And then by the time I get there, man, my shit, my iceberg then melted. You feel me, it's over with, Like I'm done. I didn't already quit. I didn't already quit. I didn't already decided to lose on the day. Period, Big Dad said, I work for myself, so I develop an overstanding with my clients. I love my job. That's a beautiful thing. Nella said, I've walked in and clocked in and clocked back out five minutes. Hey, hey, hey, man, do you know how that's why they don't mess with you, cause you gotta be like, I ain't wired too tight, man. You know how lucy or wiring got to be to walk in the job, clock in, walk away, come back five minutes later and clock. Hey. You know what. You know what the motherfucker said who looked at the HR said when they seen your time clock, they said, hey, man, this motherfucker here ain't rap too tight. Man, can't be, can't be, can't be. Rapped tight at all? Men? Ay man, amen, shit, Oh my goodness. Man. So we're living at the mercy or whatever happens around us instead of being directed by what we allready decided. And that's why so many people fell out of control. Man, You understand what I'm saying. It's not always because life is chaotic. It's because you're in the world is chaotic. Man. That's why you know you ain't never wonder why people are so use and so accepting of chaos. You know, motherfuckers can't be like they don't be comfortable unless shit is chaotic. You're in the world is chaotic. Your mind pools. Your mind pools one direction, your emotions pull another, your habits pull another. You feel me, your your goals points somewhere else. Entirely And that's not leadership. That's an internal conflict. Did you hear what I said? You're inner world is in chaos. Man, Your mind pulls one direction, you feel me. Your emotions pull another direction. Did you get what I'm saying? Your habits are pulling another direction. And then your. Goals are are are are. Pointing to something else totally entirely, somewhere totally different, And that's not leadership. That's an internal conflict. And internal conflict always shows up in external results. Did you hear what I said? Your internal conflict? I think that might be a bar nella. And your internal conflict always shows up in external results. You feel me? When so when somebody when people be saying like it's it's it's shit that I've encountered people and I look at them, you know, some people say, oh man, they just got that neck, they got that evil spirit on them, And I just look and I'm like, nah, that's a mother that motherfucker. That's internal conflict. You understand what I'm saying, Because internal conflict always shows up in external results, There's no way around it. You feel me, Your your your external results. Are a a A a. Replica of what's going on on the inside my office is a mess, you feel me. That is the external result of the fact that internally I am a mess. Like as far as what I'm trying to do and what I'm trying to call it, the I'm a mess. Internal conflict always shows up in external results. I put the house on that. I put the house on that. Yeah, so here's the correction, Because, like I said, I couldn't get through this week. I want to talk box and I want to talk about Sebastian fundor I want to talk I want to talk about I won't talk about everything. But I couldn't get through this week because I did not give you the best that I had. You feel me with regard to this, with regard to self leadership, because we on to the next shit next week, like we on to the next So I had to come back and do some more and do just a little bit more. Had to give you a little bit more. Now, let's said, your internal conflicts always show up in external results. Facts, Big Graham said, bars, So what's the correction. Gotta give you this news you can use to my cousin legendary top cast. You gotta lead yourself completely you gotta lead yourself completely. That means leading your body. You feel me. Your health cannot be an afterthought. I'm talking to myself. Sleep, movement, slash, exercise, nutrition, recovery. If your body is constantly neglected, it will eventually sabotage your decisions. Because you hear what I said. If your body is constantly neglected, it will eventually sabotage your decisions. Yeah, you gotta lead your emotions. Emotions are real. Emotions are real. Emotions are here, they are not going anywhere. You feel me, they are not going anywhere. But emotions are not your commander. They are not your commander. I've told you all this, and I'm not gonna quiz y'all you feel me because I don't want you to get mad with me. I don't want you to get frustrated, and I actually got your ear. So I'm just gonna tell you emotions are not your commander. They are information. They're information. You understand what I'm saying now, don't get tricked. Don't get tricked because I've told you and we've talked about this. Emotions are information, but they're not in struct they are not instruction. You feel me. Emotions are great passengers for horrible drivers. Your voice saluting my sister Nolla the great. You understand they are information but not instruction. Information is different from instructure instructing a. I just got bit by that teaching bug. Nella. You know that, God damn and that educator bug is a motherfucker. It just bit me. You feel me because you got information. Because I'm in love with learning. Like I'm in love with learning, I'm in love with the learning process. I'm in love with information. That's why I come in here and do what I do. I love this shit, ain't no. I can't. I love it. I feel fucked up when I don't do it. That's the truth. Information information is not instruction. You understand what I'm saying. So, your emotions are real, but your emotions are not your commanders. Emotions are information. It's information, but it's not instruction. Stop allowing your emotions to tell you what to do. You understand what I'm saying. Their information not instruction. I'm really having a hard time coming off of this because I need y'all to understand. I can move on. Though, because dads gave me the dads gave me the theme emoji, So I can move on. You don't suppress. You don't suppress. Them, you don't obey them, you learn from them. Then you choose your response. You don't suppress them, you don't obey them, you learn from them, and then you choose your response. Lead. That's leading your emotions. You lead your mind. You have to lead your mind. Pay attention to conversations your with yourself, the stories that you repeat, the excuses that you believe, the fear that you entertain. Your mind is a tool. Your mind is a tool. It's not your master. Your mind is your tool. It's not your master. And finally, you gotta lead your standards because standards keep you moving. When feelings disappear. You feel me. Standards excuse me keep you moving when feelings disappear. A man with standards does not ask do I feel like it? He asks who have I decided to become? That is self leadership. Yeah all right, man, let me close this morning out so we can get onto the weekend and I can get onto doing what I want to do. Because I feel like I feel like we didn't done something. I feel like we didn't did it. Man, I want to leave you with a challenge like I always do. Stop trying to lead, Stop trying to lead your whole life today. Just lead today and start with this morning, man, Just lead this morning. Hell, don't even do that. Start with this conversation. Lead, Lead this conversation. Man, I'm trying to break it down to the to the bone gristle. Lead your next decision, like your very next decision. Because self mastery is not built in grand moments like it's not a. It ain't that, it's ordinary. It's built in ordinary moments, man, One decision, one conversation, one habit, one standard, repeated every day. You feel me like, I'm gonna go upstairs and I'm gonna I'm gonna drink me a drink, take my vitamins and drink me a glass of water, and I'm gonna eat an orange, and I really want some fucking donuts. You feel me, I really want an apple fritter. You see what I'm saying. It's building ordinary. It was one decision, one conversation, one habit, one standard, repeat it every day. I need you, I need you to remember this. You don't accidentally become disciplined, You don't accidentally become trustworthy, You don't accidentally become a leader. You decide, then you. Repeat Tomorrow you decide again, and the day after that, and the day after that and the day after that. Break by brick by brick by brick. Leadership is that shit ain't an event, man, Leadership isn't an event. It's a practice. Like it is an active practice. Yeah, salute to my brother a be in a building. Yeah, people out of Farence's station on bro, Bro, I'm trying to tell you, bro, like, I'm a man. I'm I'm I got apple fritters on the brain. It's my son's birthday too, I'm shited. You feel me? Man? Man, Cus turn to eight Bro, Like Cus turn to eight Man, So I'm I'm or turned he Doesnet turned eight. Today is his birthday. So I'm I'm just hey man, I'm staying strong. Bro. No apple fritter you feel me? No? No, no cakes and paths, cakes and pies. But you know I'm stupid. Man, I eat I start off the day with a slug of birthday cake. Man, I'm tripping you feel me? I'm man, I'm I'm retarded. Now I eat f Reaesy cuffs for breakfast. Now I'm stupid. One decision after another day by day by day by day, once again, leadership banion event. Man, it's a practice. So here's the question that I want you to carry. With you today. What part of your life have you allowed your impulses to lead instead of your standards? What part of your life have you allowed your impulses to lead instead of your standards? Is it your diet? Is it your is it your relationships? Your marriage? Is it what you. Consume on social media and media in general? Huh? Some of the reading, the only reading you motherfuckers do is on Facebook? Yeah? Yeah, if some of us the only shit we read is Oh, everybody dropped out when I said that, y'all mad, don't be mad? Were here to get better, like we're here to do the work. What part of your life have you allowed your impulses to lead instead of your standards? Be honest? Then I need you to reclaim it, one decision at a time, because around here, we don't wait for life to become easier. We don't wait for life to become easier. We become stronger leaders of ourselves. And that's how self mastery is built. That's how standards are raised. Because we're here to raise the standard. Nolis said a relationship. I'm lustful. You don't hear me though. You don't hear me though. We got to raise our standards, y'all. Man, This is the Black Coffee Club. Man. I am indeed your host, Junior the Truth.
