Your life isn’t shaped by one big decision.
It’s shaped by the choices you repeat.
In this episode of The Black Coffee Club, JuniorTheTruth™ breaks down why discipline begins with decisions, why motivation is unreliable, and how small daily choices quietly compound into the life you’re living right now.
This conversation covers:
• why discipline starts with clear decisions—not willpower
• the myth of motivation and why it fades
• how repeated choices shape habits, identity, and direction
• why small, intentional decisions matter more than big bursts of effort
• how to stop waiting to “feel like it” and start choosing on purpose
• practical ways to take control of your daily decisions
You don’t need more hype.
You need clear choices.
When decisions are intentional, discipline becomes natural—and your life starts moving in the direction you choose.

And if you ever wondered why two people with the same intentions end up in completely different places, then this one's gonna be for you. Like, do you hear what I said? Now, Pete get in the comment section, y'all be sure to get on a like button. Y'all been getting real sloppy with the pots in the chat or in the comment section. What's one choice you've been making on repeat lately? Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm literally gonna wait. I'm literally gonna wait one. I think one choice for me is I've been plugging into my system of posting over all the social media platforms five to seven times a day. I've been doing that on repeat. Ab says, thinking negatively or pessimistic, letting the past, uh get to me and make me angry. Okay, Okay, I've been and and also, uh, I've been I've been snacking lately. Man, I've been eating extremely unhealthy lately. I've been doing a lot of snacking, a lot of It's like I haven't snapped out of that Christmas holiday thing. Man, you feel me, cakes and paths cakes and pass Yeah, I've been doing I've been eating. I've been making some unhealthy uh eating choices. That's for damn sure, m h. But ab I appreciate you sharing, and everybody that's commented and that's going to comment in the chat and everybody commented in the in the comment section. I appreciate you all, and it's very very good that you respond to this because awareness of choice is where your power starts. Does that make sense? Awareness of choice is where your power starts. Let's get right. I'm hustled harder than the moment. I'm a feast on these streets. Got a revolver I told for these niggas trying to take me off the block where I points up daily. Bailey's out the bottles. Right back, like we left our keys right back, like we left our keys. All right, So let's get it man. Let's let's let's clear up a misunderstanding. Right now. Let me clear up a misunderstanding. Discipline does not start with willpower. Discipline does not start with willpower. It starts with decisions. All too often we fall into this thing where we think willpower and our ability to sacrifice or our ability to to not do certain things or to withdraw or withstand temptation is discipline. That's not Discipline does not start with willpower. Discipline starts with you, with your decisions. Starts and ends with decisions. But discipline starts with decisions. Most people think discipline is about grind and harder, Right, it's not. It's not about grinding harder. It's about deciding earlier. Saluted my brother, be about the fares in the building. It's about salute the tiffy two in the building. What's up with the tiffy two? It's about deciding earlier. You feel me so an example, deciding your bed time before night hits, making a decision of what time you're gonna get your ass in bed before the night hits, deciding boundaries before the request, deciding priorities before the distractions. When decisions are clear, discipline is easy, you feel me. When the decisions are clear, discipline is easy. I me personally, I like nice clean parameters are like nice clean uh, pockets of information in order to make decisions. Yeah. Yeah. When decisions are clear, discipline is easy, man. Easy. When decisions are fuzzy, then discipline feels heavy. You know, those murky decisions, that stuff you really ain't standing on. You go back and forth. Could be this could be that I'm not just so sure. Discipline feels very heavy. Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah. I'm trying to tell you man, like it's it's we really have really, I don't know, man, We've just been mined. We've been we've been mind fucked man, trying not to do all this custom. Excuse my language, but we've been duped. We've been duped. We've been duped. We've been duped. When decisions are fuzzy, discipline feels heavy, man, think about it, and I'll use this example all the time. Be about a forest. Peat this back in the days, remember, like, because now I'm in this space where I realize we give our children entirely too many decisions. Let's have a real conversation for a minute. You give your children entirely too many decisions. Right, What do they want to eat? Where do they want to go, what they want to do? What they want to watch? You feel me when we was growing up? Anybody that's my age Once again, I'm forty seven. Anybody that's in and around my age, if you in within ten years of my age, right, what did we watch growing up? I'll wait, what did we eat growing up? I'll weight what did we do growing up. I'll weight what choices did we have growing up? And I'm talking to my chin, I'm talking to the Generation X, you feel me. I'm talking to the gen xers. What decisions? What options did we have growing up? You feel me? Like when you really think about it, and I'm an answer for myself. What I watched on television was whatever my pappau my or my nanny or my aunt's whatever they had on television. Very rarely did I get to remote control and be able to make a decision as to what I wanted to watch. And I didn't really even really get to really truly start like watching TV, you feel me, until right around that Nickelodeon era, I started getting to be able to get me a little bit of airtime and watch TV. What did I eat? My daddy and my papa they my daddy called it, You eat whatever fall across the plate. Yeah, yeah, be about if Farnce says, whatever was made, that's what your ass ate. Whatever you was told choices you got to choose maybe once a year round your birthday. They might ask you what you want, what you want to eat on your birthday? They make your special meal. Other than that you did what you were told to do. You watched whatever the adults were watching. You understand what I'm saying. That's why we grew up be about a Farnce. That's why we grew up watching Sanford and Son. Rest in Power to Deman Wilson, the great Legend of Deba Wilson aka Lamon Sanford. That's why we That's why we That's why we we grew up watching Sanford and Son. Mash, Laverne and Shirley. You feel me a happy days. You understand what I'm saying. We watched whatever the grown ups had on television, and it started appealing a little bit to us, to our generation because of the cons be showing, we got to actually start to see kids on TV, you know what I mean, on sitcoms that were you know, our age that kind of resonated with our generation, so on and so forth. But we watched what was on TV. We ate what fell across the plate. Yeah, Mash, the price is right, Matt Locke, all the stories, the guiding Light, A bold and beautiful young and the restless. Understand what I'm saying. Bonanza, Yeah, yeah, yeah, The Long Ranger, Little House on the Prairie, God damn it, you feel me, Little House on the Prairie, God, damn it, that's what we watched on television. Now back to the confo. When decisions are fuzzy, discipline feels heavy. A lot of times, our decisions are fuzzy because we are creating too many options. You understand what I'm saying. We're creating this and create ain't that and blah blah blah. No. No, When decisions are fuzzy, discipline feels heavy. When decisions are clear, discipline is easy. I keep trying to be disciplined without deciding first. And that's the issue. I keep trying to be disciplined without deciding first. Like that's I need you to say that to yourself. I keep trying to be disciplined without deciding first. Gotta make a decision first, you feel me, Gotta make a decision. I keep trying to be disciplined without deciding first. Yeah, I keep trying to be disciplined without deciding first. You don't need more rules, you need clearer decisions. You don't need more rules, you need more clear decisions. You don't need more rules, you need clearer decisions. Yeah, yeah, yeah, that boy said a little house on the prairie, Lord ingles in them. Man, let's talk about motivation. The motivation is the most overrated concept in personal growth. I said it. Motivation is the most overrated thing in personal growth. It's the most overrated concept in personal growth. Yeah, somebody didn't like that. Somebody didn't like that. Hopefully, hopefully you didn't go back and uh dislike and unlike the video. You understand what I'm saying. Hopefully you already clicked the like button. I see a couple of y'all in and out. A couple of people jumped out. They didn't like that. Your motivation is the most overrated thing your personal growth. And that's why when people come around here looking for motivation, that shit ain't gonna last. Nah, Man, you know, I'm not here to motivate you. I'm here to speak to that dog in you. I'm here to speak to that drive. I'm here to speak to that dog. Yell. Let me, yell, let me pet that dog. What they say, y'all, let me let me pet that dog. You gotta let me. I gotta speak to that dog in you. Let me Can I pet that dog? Yeah? That's it. I'm not I'm not here to motivate you, like, I'm not what the fuck you think I am. Bro, you think I'm a I'm not your coach, I'm not your No, I'm not here to motivate you. I'm here to speak to that dog so that we can all be driven. You feel me, and if my drive can tap in and and resonate with your drive, then we can be driven together. But I'm not here to motivate you. That ship over with what they say that shit over with? Can I put that down? Motivation is emotional, man, Yeah, motivation. Motivation is emotional. My brother be about a farncis. That's why so many folks ran to become motivational speakers in life coaches. It's a hustle man. Every time I see life coach, man are creans, bro are Creans. And it's because and it's no disrespect, but everybody I know that's like life coaches and shit, life be fucked up. You feel me like, how I'm gonna coach you on how I'm talking about me? It's junior, How am I gonna coach you on your life and my ship? I'm holding my shit together by the by the seams. You understand what I'm saying, you ever bust your pants, be about the front. You have to bust the ass out your pants and you grab you grabbed it back, and you grab grabbing up and you scrunching up your pants trying to hold your pants together. Yeah, man, I done busted. I done bust the ass out of my pants. In my life, I'm holding my shit together. You feel me how I'm gonna coach you? How you figure I'm finna coach you on your life and my shit fucked up? You understand what I'm talking about, and I'm and I'm I'm I'm looking at them up. Man, Bruh, It's a whole other conversation and it's gonna get ugly, So I ain't. I'm I'm a chill out. You feel me, Um, I'm I'm man. Listen to me sooner than my brother my heart next sports podcast. Bro, I appreciate you and I love you. Bro. Hey man and everybody, they they all fit the same profile. Man, y'all going, you're gonna make me start talking about these life coaches. Bro, Don't do that to me. Man, I'm not nah, don't do that to me, Bro. You feel me and motherfucker's beat blond hair that don't don't do that to me. Man, don't do that to me. Bbls. Don't do that to me. Man, Like, you can't be a life coach and you and and you working your way through your own crisis. Don't be a coach like be a like we're trying to walk through this shit together. You understand what I'm saying. Like, I'm trying to walk through this ship with you, and I'm sharing the shit with you as it come to me. You feel me, and that's just it, man. But ain't no way, bro, I'm qualified to come up here and tell you how to fix your life. And I just told you I got a cookie problem. You feel me. I just told you that I be eating cookies like skittles, motherfucker. Like, I ain't what no man, I'm just telling you that I recognize my behavior and recognize these patterns, and now I'm committed to making better choices. You feel me. But man, hold up, man, so anyway, I ain't I ain't gonna do that, man, I ain't my brother. My brother be about a forest, man be stirring up the pot. Man. I didn't beat you. You feel me, he said, everybody ran to become motivational speakers and life coaches. Man, it's a hustle because people need to be motivated. It's emotional. You understand what I'm saying. It's a motivation is emotional, motherfucker motivation. Because I'm gonna tell you you something. First of all, Motivation is emotional. I'm trying to talk to the people, and you know what you what are emotions? Do y'all got a word to describe your emotions? Because I got one for you. Do you got a word to describe your emotions? Motivation is emotional. But what are emotions? I ain't gonna this, ain't even no pop quiz. I'm gonna give you the answer. Emotions are inconsistent. One men at you here, one man at you there? You feel me? Women eat you uh, women eat you down. Emotions are inconsistent. They are information. Tiffy two ab says they're useless. I don't think they're useless, bro, They're information, but they're inconsistent. So if your motivation is tied to emotions, then guess what your motivation is going be inconsistent and you cannot trust it. Yeah, motivation shows up when you're rested, when you feel inspired when things go well. You understand what I'm saying. But your life doesn't want does it. Your life don't wait for motivation. You feel me. What you're gonna do when you got when you when you when you got three hours of sleep, and you still gotta get up and get to it. You still gotta produce. You understand what I'm saying, because the people looking for you to produce. You understand because it's the because goddamn it, it's the second month. It's the second day of the second month of the year twenty twenty six, and we gotta get into the next phase of the submastery blueprint. And you are three hours of sleep, and you still gotta come and get the people. What's some news they can use in my legendary top cast voice. Shout out to my cousin topcast shout out to my BCU family. Y'all be sure to go check out Big Chief University www Dot Big Chief University dot com. Now what you're gonna do? Then, no motivation shows up when you rested, when you feel inspired, when things are going well, But life doesn't wait for your motivation. You feel me if your growth depends on motivation, your progress is gonna be seasonal. You feel me, And that's where people get Man, I'm trying not to cuss. That's where you get fed up. If your growth depends on motivation, then your progress is gonna be seasonal. You understand what I'm saying. As an athlete, I hate it. I hate I hate playing with people that I gotta motivate all the time. You understand what I'm saying. Like, we gonna come out and I was you know, I'm, I'm, I'm you like I'm I'm. It's just I'm a I'm a leader. I'm a leader. So before we take the field, I'm gonna have something to say. You understand what I'm saying. After that, man, get the fuck out of here. I absolutely hate playing with people that need constant motivation, constant uplift. You mean you actually out here, locked and loaded under these lights, competing and you don't want to go and prove that you're the best. You need external motivation? Are you crazy? You don't know how to get yourself going? Are you nuts? You don't want to go out here and prove that you the best? You don't want to line up against that person that's across from you and show that they can't fuck with you like you need external motivation for that? Are you crazy? Nah? Bro, I'm lined up. I'm locked and loaded. This is a team game, but god damn it, this matchup is me and you, and you can't do nothing with me. I don't need nobody to motivate me. I'm driven to prove that I'm better than you. And that's in practice, that's in scrimmages, that's in games, preseason, playoffs. Man, whatever, Bro, I'm gonna give you everything I got, bro, and then we gonna see what happened at the end. I couldn't stand playing with people that I gotta go to. Come on, dog, come on dog, blah blah, love love bl love, love love love. Look, I need you to produce. I need something. I need something. No, I'm not your coach, Cuz that's how I gotta treat my that's my basketball team, that's how I gotta treat my kids, my daughter's team. I got a bunch of ten year olds. I gotta teach them that. I gotta do that for them. You know why, because they haven't played enough and they don't have that They don't have the confidence you understand what I'm saying. So I gotta keep my babies motivated. Come on, come on, come on, yeah, I gotta, I gotta, I gotta do that, Salutor old school instantly. What's up with your HOMMI? Nah, some some some people that's out here, and we establish it and we're trying to get these D one scholarships. We're trying to win it. We're trying to win this league championship, like we're trying to have these bragging rights around the city. Like, man, please, Nah, motivation is emotional, and your emotions are inconsistent. And life doesn't wait for motivation. And if your life, if your excuse me, growth depends on motivation, your progress will be seasonal. And that's why you see people progressing. Paying attention. We in the month of February. Everybody that came out on fire in January, there was emotions attached to January. Family. There was emotions attached to the New years and the New Year's resolutions. And I'm a new year, new men, and I'm gonna do this. Everybody speaking and and and and and being motivated and so on and so forth. But the shit's emotional and those emotions have fleeted. Now we into the second month of the year, and the second day of the second month, and and and and who's still talking that talk? Who's still popping out that motivational talk? That new year knew me? Shit, who's still popping that? Because right now we in the saddle. Baby, we settled into the saddle. And god damn it, we got work to do. Who's showing up to do the work? Who's showing up to do the work? Even the numbers in here we got ten people listening to the last stream in January, we had twenty thirty people in here listening. Nah, we gotta show up and do the work. It's time to show up and do the work. The numbers are gonna filter. Motivation is seasonal. If your growth depends on motivation, and your progress is gonna be seasonal. Yeah. Your gym, the gym is packed in January. In March, the gym is empty. You understand me. Yeah. The journal entries in the month of January, full, February yeah, nothing, Yeah, big plans, it consistent followed through yeah yeah yeah. Who's ever waited to feel like it? And it ain't and it never came. Put one in the chat. If you ever waited to feel like something and that feel like it never came, put one. If that's you, let me, let me put it in myself, because God damn it, that's me. That's me. That's why I ain't in it. That's why I ain't. I'm talking to you from my office still because the studio ain't done. I done made progress, but the studio ain't done. Who's ever waited to feel like it and then that feel like it never came? Salut Tiffy two. I say you. Everybody else is gonna lie. I guess have you? If you have ever waited to feel like it and to feel like it never came, put one in the chat. Put one one in the comment section. For those of you all who are listening to the to the podcast or catching this in replay, if your ass has ever waited to feel like it and you continue to wait because to feel like it never came, you understand what I'm saying. You know, like your parents that the non custodial parents tell you they coming to pick you up. Some of y'all with your daddy, some of us it was our mama. I'm coming to pick you up. And then that coming to pick you up never came. You'll stay them talking about and you sitting at the door with your backpack, and they never came. That feel like it never came. You feel me? Saluta A b Saluta, King Vonie eighty six saluta seven O four Joe salute the old school. Instantly, We're gonna do some work now we come. We come to work to feel like it never came. Motivation is nice, but motivation is not reliable. Family, it's not reliable. Motivation is nice, but it's not reliable. You know what's reliable? Y'all asked me, ask me what's reliable? I'm awake, y'all asked me, what's reliable? Your your your your motivation is nice, but it's not reliable. But what's reliable? What's reliable? Y'all asked? No, literally, it's a conversation. Somebody asked, say what's reliable? What is? AB said? Consistency? Mmm, we still at least said bills, bills reliable to the motherfucker. And your bills are consistent, They consistent, They consistent, written goals in the plans. What AB said? There we go? King Vonnie asked, well, juir, tell us, what's reliable? Your decisions are? Yeah, your decisions are seven O folks, Joe said, tax is like a motherfucker boy. You ain't lyying. Your decisions are? What's reliable? King Vonnie, your decision are what's reliable? Yeah? Tif, you two said what's reliable? With the question mark appropriate addiction. I appreciate you. Your decisions are reliable. T if you two, that's what's reliable, sooth the mark wanted election in the building. What's up with your hommy? Yeah, your decisions are. Motivation is nice, but it's not reliable. Your decisions are yeah. Yeah, So let me say Let me say this, Let me say this clearly. Let me say this clearly. Discipline is choosing even when motivation is quiet. Choose rest over scrolling right, choosing a clarity over comfort, choosing alignment over approval, choosing right now over later you feel me. Discipline is choosing even when motivation is quiet. Right for me coming in here and firing up this show on three hours of sleep, it's a decision even when I'm not motivated. I'm not motivated, was not motivated to turn his light to turn this button on? And then it's like when I came in here and I turned the show on and I played the New Day and AB said good morning, and Kiya Allen said good morning. Let's go. Goddamn it, I said, all shit, something clicked, something click, and I said, we gotta go. Let's get it. You feel me. It's notop motivation, it's a decision. Motivation is unreliable. Your decisions are the decisions are. Discipline is choosing even when your motivation is quiet. Yeah, when you lay down, make a conscious decision to put your phone down, stop listening to me yell and scream on YouTube, stop listening to the brothers talk shit on YouTube. You feel met and get your rest. Yeah, choosing clarity over comfort. Choose an alignment over approval. You feel me, that's a big one. Choose an alignment over approval. I don't give a fuck what you think about me. I'm working to be in alignment. I don't care what you think about me. I don't care what you think about my life. I don't care what you think about my decisions. I don't care nothing about what you think about what I got going on. I'm choosing alignment over approval, Alignment with my purpose alignment with what I was sent to do, choosing now over later. Yeah, because the fact is, you don't. You don't rise to your level of motivation. You never do. You never rise to your level of motivation. You never rise to motivation. But you fall to your choices. You fall to your choices. Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah. Let's get active for a second, right now. I want you to answer this, and I want you to answer it. I want you to answer it honestly, you feel me, and I want you to answer it in the chat, the live chat for the live people, or in the comments section for everybody in the replay game and the Junior Mafia the podcast. What's one decision you've been avoiding? What's one decision you've been avoiding. We're not shaming, We're just naming. What's one decision that you've been avoiding? And if you don't want to share, I understand, but put it in your head. What's one decision you've been avoiding. I have entirely too many clothes. I have entirely too many clothes, believe it or not, I have clothes in my closet I haven't worn in twenty years. I'm just telling the truth. I have clothes in my in my closet I have not worn in twenty years. I still have clothes, I have shoes haven't worn in twenty years. Players of ball said to act now, salute to the homie. I've been avoiding going through my clothes and making those decisions because I have a desire, a very light desire, but a desire none of the list less. I have a desire to be a minimalist. I have a desire to minimize shit that I have because I need space, had to fit. The other day when I was trying to get some gloves out the closet, I had too many coats and hats and old shit in the closet. I put it all out, left it in the middle of the floor because I need to go through it, because I need to donate or discard stuff. I've been avoiding going through my clothes and making a decision as to what goes and what stays. I got suits I never wore before. Talking about suits I got probably about I probably got about ten suits I never wore before, like literal suits. Some of them three ps, some of them two piece, single breast, double back, breast, different colors. I got a tuxedo. I got a black classic tuxedo I never wore before. Some of this shit gotta go. AB says, being proactive to learn more life skills. Yeah. Yeah, one decision you've been avoiding, not shaming, just naming. This is the kicker, though. Awareness turns avoidance in the options. Yeah, d Man Junior suited my brother, he said, taking care of things I'm supposed to immediately been avoiding. Awareness turns avoidance and the options, bro, So you're aware of it. So now you have options. Now you have options. Now you have real live options. All right, man, let's get on. Let's get on. Let's get on. Let me talk to you all about This is the shit that most people underestimate. Man, this is the stuff that most people underestimate. Small choices compound, Small choices compound. You understand what I'm saying. Small choices compound like a snowball. You feel me. Ten minutes a day equals sixty hours for the year. One boundary per week is the equivalent of peace over time. You feel me. One walk a day is the equivalent of health over months. One honest conversation equals stronger relationships. You feel me, my brother, King Vonnie says, adding to my daily routine to please others, I'd rather do things by way. Oh that yeah, that adding to your daily routine as a monster bro. Yeah yeah, honest conversations with stronger relationships. Big big lives aren't built by big moments. You understand what I'm saying. Like, and when I say big lives, I'm talking about us individually. Whatever your big life is, whatever it is that you're trying to You know how they're saying you do your big one. You feel me. You know how they say you did your big one. You doing your big one. It's not a it's not Those are not big moments. You feel me. That shit's built by small, repeated choices. You feel me. Like course, Stevenson didn't become one of the greatest boxers in the world on Saturday. You understand what I'm saying. He didn't do that on Saturday. He did that twenty years ago when he first went to the gym and then went back, and then went back and then went back. You see what I'm saying, Devin the dream Hanne, he didn't become one of the greatest boxers and one day it didn't happen in one day. It didn't happen when he beat Brian Onman junior. It happened when his dad took him to the gym for the first time because it's getting suspended from school. And then the coach told him he was a natural. Then he went back. Then they went back, Then they went back. You feel me, I go on and on and on. Lebron James didn't become one of the greatest basketball players ever in one day. Wasn't one big moment started when he first started playing the sport. It was like, I think he was like six or seven. And he went back, and he went back, and he went back, and he kept on, kept on, kept on, salut the sheet heart stead, I see you, small repeated choices. The fact is, and we talked about overcorrection last week, trying to change everything at once is almost always gonna fail. But choosing one thing to do consistently is going to work. It's going to work, man, It's gonna work. Small choices count, man, Small wins count, Small wins count. Y'all put that in a chat for me. Small wins count. Let me do it myself. Small wins count. You feel me? If you're busy at work or something like that. Just copy and paste that small win count. Yeah, all right, let me give you something practical, man, Let me give you something practical. Then get my ass out of here. I got shit to do, you, feel me? I got shit to do. Small wins count, man, they count. It's all about our choices, man, One more time, you gotta ask yourself and start asking yourself, and ask yourself on a regular basis, what choice am I making on autopilot? Told y'all, I get up and walk. I go in there and grab me a cookie anytime, any place, Like Jenny Jackson, I'll grab me a cookie. You feel me, got a whole veggie train in there, and I'm gonna reach and grab a cookie. What choices am I making on autopilot? Also ask yourself number two? What choice would align better today? What choice would align better today? Think? I need to start putting this stuff in the chat that might actually help you feel me. So first, the first question gotta start asking yourself what choice am I making on auto pilot? It's the first one. Gotta ask yourself that every day, what choice am I making on auto pilot? I'm telling you awareness is the awareness is pinnacle. Awareness is pinnacle. Number two, What choices would ALIGNE better today? What choices would ALIGNE better today? What choices could I make that with a line better today? Yeah? And because I told you it's about small, repeatable moments, it's not about big things. Number three, what's the small version of that choice that I can make now? It's the smallest version of that choice that I can make now. I'm telling you me and these me and these cookies and these cakes and pass You know what I can do. I can go in there and I eat a cart I can go in there, I can eat piece of broccoli you feel me. I can go in there and I can eat some I can eat some almonds. Yeah, you don't need a perfect day, family like you don't. You just need one intentional choice, one intentional choice, because once again, motivation doesn't last. It's not reliable. Your decisions are reliable, suiting my brother five oh three line in the building. What's up with you? Bro? Yeah? All right, man, So let's get out of here, and I gotta go. But I'm I'm I'm a we gotta land this like we gotta land this, We gotta land this. So family, I need you let me land this. Every habit is a choice repeated. Every lifestyle is a choice, reinforced right. Every future is a direction that shit you choose daily, like your future is. You choose that shit every day. And you don't need motivation, Like you don't need motivation. I'm telling y'all, motivation is cool. Motivation is good. It's all you know. Motivation is is what they say, like motivation is the thunder sloud. You know what I'm saying, and all of that shit. But lightning does all the work. You don't need motivation. You need to choose, and you need to choose on purpose. Manage the Black Coffee Club. Man. We don't chase hype. I'm not here to hype you up. We ain't here to get motivated, man. We're here to get our asses aligned. We're here to choose alignment, and we are here to build our lives, one decision at a time. Salute to you all man, Thank you all so much.
