I don't understand if you are not getting up and trying to have a better day today than you did yesterday. I don't understand if you're not trying to be a better person today than you were yesterday. I don't understand, like I'm I'm I'm trying because like I don't know people that people people get up and they just you feel me in just be and they just give their mind to anything, give their energy to anything, and they do all of this stuff. But very few of us are getting up and trying to be better. So I don't understand the psychology of why you don't want to get better. So I need some help. If you not getting up trying to get better, then what are you doing with yourself? Like? What are you doing? What are you preoccupied with? What is there to be preoccupied with that you don't want to get better? You can't tell me that. Oh, man, I'm raising my family. You need to get better. Oh, I'm raising these kids. Don't you want to give the kids the best version of you? Like you need to get better. Oh, I'm just married and I'm dealing with this month. Okay. Don't you want to get better to give them the best version of you? Like I don't understand. Oh, I'm involved in this organization. So anyway, I say all that to say that the people that should be supporting are sitting there looking and waiting me to follow. Our people who should be trying to come over here and let some of this get on them, they just be looking, just be watching. They're waiting, Bonnie, They waiting on you to go back to what you was bro E. Let's get back to these forty eight principles of peace. Yesterday we got all in the emotional control space you feel me. And today we stepping into we entered into. We unlocking another layer, a layer, We unlocking another level. We're gonna talk about power, growth and responsibility. Because once you master yourself, once you bring order to your life, once you gain emotional control, there's something interesting that's gonna happen. Yeah, you're gonna it's something interesting that's gonna happen. Nola. You start to you start to. Realize that your life is no longer controlled by circumstances. You feel me, Your life is no longer controlled by circumstances. Remember that all this stuff is just happening. Everything's just happening. It just keeps following on me. This happens, then that happens, Then there's this, then there's that, and you you realize that your life is no longer your your You're no longer being controlled by circumstances. Yeah, you'll realize your life is being controlled by your choices. You feel me, your life is being control while your choices. Yeah. Yeah, And with that realization comes something many people try to avoid. When when you get that realization, everybody tries to avoid, which really just answered the question that we just talked about because it's not easy to evolve. Most people avoid discomfort. But you know what else other people avoid. No, we've been talking about We've been on that shit shit this week. Most people try to avoid responsibility. Yeah, most people try to avoid responsibility. And for me, and I'm talking about me, responsibility is the doorway to my power. Like I access my power through responsibility. You feel me like, I literally ask like it's do you know how powerful you are if you hold yourself responsible? Responsibility is my doorway to power. Yeah. But people don't want power because it requires accountability salut to my brother. Whatever meant, people don't want that. People don't want that power because it it requires accountability. Yeah, people don't want that power because of it it requires accountability. Rather blame circumstances, people rather blame the system to rather blame other people. But when you take ownership, you take control. And that's why I say I am the superhero and the super villain in my story. Man, I'm here to take control over me, like I'm taking control. People who strengthen their body often strengthen their mindset, and a discipline body reinforces a discipline. Mind combos with count said that good and healthy dopamine strengthen your body.
