JuniorTheTruth’s 48 Principles of Peace & Productivity | Day One

Self-mastery, discipline, stoic philosophy, productivity habits, emotional control, and personal responsibility — JuniorTheTruth’s 48 Principles of Peace & Productivity is a week-long framework designed to help you build peace, focus, and intentional living.

This special series on The Black Coffee Club™ celebrates another year around the sun for JuniorTheTruth by sharing 48 practical principles rooted in stoicism, discipline, and real-life experience.

These principles are not motivational slogans.

They are mental frameworks designed to help you:
• protect your peace
• strengthen your discipline
• eliminate distractions
• sharpen your focus
• increase productivity
• develop self-mastery

Each day of the week focuses on a different area of personal development:
Day 1 – Foundation of Self-Mastery
Master your mind, discipline your habits, and govern yourself.
Day 2 – Order & Focus
Create structure, eliminate chaos, and respect time.
Day 3 – Emotional Control & Peace
Develop emotional discipline and protect your mental energy.
Day 4 – Power, Growth & Responsibility
Build strength, think independently, and take ownership of your outcomes.
Day 5 – Legacy & Self-Governance

Think generationally and govern your life with principle.

In a world designed to keep people distracted, reactive, and emotionally unstable, self-governance becomes power.

Peace is not given by the world.

Peace is something you build through discipline and intentional living.

I ain't held the jungle, excel, the floats, spending stories that the textbook stills here, the shows godly like a torch from Asian rights, Roma's like prayers to the old reashers at night. New Orleans ain't a torch tailor's black and vine where the jazz horns been, time and spirits a line forget Columbus sweets, dancing the stars, creating tag bloods, drip me, culturing bars, drums, talking cool birs, moving. Cars a little close. The past ain't gone. It's just behind the cars. From Congo Square to train me porches. We built this land on na for and door and some monkey bars. Bees. Ain't just for the call that's soul along, my homie. We was gods before. We've been here through the blood and the drum, through the elder's, the chains and the kids of the sun. Smoke rides from the lead. Yeah we talked to the sky and the Ancessu's rhythm. We ain't never died. We been Oh yeah, we been here, way before they wrote their lives. Were still there, the oid homes out the place we did shut up here singing, Oh yeah. Way before they wrote their lives. We still it's. Mane yes, we've been here. What's up with it? I got all kinds of noise every which way. I got all kinds of noise every which way. What's up with it? Family? Salute to the family, Man, shout out to the. Black Hoffe Club, the most intention of morning circle on the planet. Apologies for being late. Whole lot going on, man, you know what I'm saying. Whole lot going on, man, We're dealing with wind turmoil in Southwest Ohio. Man, My my, my house didn't blue down the street. You feel me. My house didn't blue down the street. House win one way. It's trash day. Some trash cans went the other. All my neighbors trash and shit. All in my yard. I got all kind. Of a cat cat food cans and hopefully ain't no kiddy litter here in my yard. Man. It's ugly out here, but I'm here. Man. Salute to the family. Thank y'all so much, man for taking the time to tune in. Really truly genuinely appreciate it. Man. Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah, So Man, I got it. I'm gonna try not to cuss, man, and I'm gonna try to curb my enthusiasm so that I can get through, like you know, I gotta act studious, you know, and whatnot. But Man, we got a bad man. It's a bad oh Man. Man. Today starts something special. Man here at the Black Coffee Club. Man. This week, I'm going to celebrate another year around the sun. Man, I am celebrating another rotation. Uh, salute to you all. Thank y'all so much, man for all of the love and the and the birthday wishes and and and whatnot. Yesterday, Man, y'all really warn my heart man, all the text messages, all the instant messages, uh dms, all the all the the phone calls, you know what I mean, people coming over to the content, to the postman and wishing me a happy birthday. Man, Thank you all so much. But we're celebrating another another rotation man around the sum But instead of just celebrating my birthday right because I'm finna go hard like usually, you know, I'll be I'll be all chilling, you know what I'm saying. What they say in like a lion out like a lamb, I really be chilling. But then my birthday hit like I really go off all month. I ain't even gonna sit here and hold you, but I'm gonna try to. I'm gonna try to contain myself for the sake of this content. I'm gonna try to consentain myself for this week. You understand what I'm saying. And so we're celebrating. But instead of just celebrating a birthday, I'm celebrating growth man, and discipline and elevation. Birthdays just ain't about cake and candles and ice cream and shit man and birthday songs and you know, twerk offs and such. You feel me. For me, a birthday has become a checkpoint. You understand what I'm saying, Like your earthday has become a checkpoint. You know what I mean. It's a moment where as a man, I can look back on the road that I've traveled and the lessons that I've learned and the wisdom earned through my experience. You feel me. So people be looking at me now, like, man, how you come up with that? Or how you do this? Or how you man? This is the this is the forty eighth one. You feel me. Salute to my brother ab Man with the supersticker. Man, salute to you family. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. I really truly genie, really appreciate you. Bro. Yeah, I got, I got, I got you feel me. I got my fault. Let me get my Let me get my brothers. Let me get my brothers. Just due. Saluted my brother A B with the supersticker. Yes, Lord, thank you all so much. Man, really truly genuinely appreciate you. Man. If I had a million times, I couldn't tell it. Ah, you know what I'm saying. If I had a million of them, couldn't tell it. I hold on, I got in trouble too. So I'm supposed to put my supposed to put my cash app up there like I'm supposed to put my cash app. You feel me. That's the cash app, junior, the truth. Douh. Listen to me though another It's an opportunity for me to to really check in, man and look at the lessons man, the lessons learn wisdom. You understand what I'm saying and the wisdom that I've earned through experience. Y'all see the y'all see the gray. You feel me. I'm a little you know, you see the great. I'm still fairly handsl I'm still fairly handsome, but I am great. I am grand. Still got a little black, I still got a little bit of time, but I'm grand. You understand what I'm saying. Uh, sout and pepple is what they call it, sout and pepple. I got a little bit of that, sout and pepple. Yeah. But if you paying attention, and this is just you know, with life. If you are paying attention with your life, every year is gonna teach you something different every year every year. And I've taken it on as kind of a personal I'm not rushing today. Either. I'm sorry, y'all, I'm not Russian, but I take it as a personal It's like my personal standard. Every year, man, every year brings me something. You understand what I'm saying. Every year teaches me something. Some of my lessons come through success, some of them come through failures and struggles. I won't say struct failures, I say struggles. You know what I mean. And a lot of my lessons come with pain. Man, They come with pain, They come from pain. But the beautiful thing about life is if you're disciplined enough and you're honest enough, you can turn those lessons into principles that will guide your life and guide you through. You feel me, I don't want to. Like I said, I'm not rushing. I ain't in no rush today. And salute to everybody that's here, Salute to everybody that's gonna be rocking, everybody that's coming through. I You go through those pains and those struggle points, man, And if you discipline enough, you know what I mean, And if you're honest enough, if you're willing to really truly be honest with yourself, which is where we struggle a lot of us. You know, a lot of people don't want to be honest with themselves. You know a lot of people still, you know, and you you in your forties, and you still blaming mam andilm Unstan. I'm talking about you still blaming momanim about what they didn't do when you was a child. You feel me now, you gotta be honest and open and honest and oh and if you honest and open enough, you can turn those those lessons into principles that guide your life. So this week on the Black Coffee Club, all week, gonna be here all week. You feel me, I'm mistaken when I say here. Of course I'm gonna be here, but like I'm going to be in this space, I'm going to be on this topic all week, and I'm introducing something new to celebrate and commemorate my next rotation around the Sun. This is number forty eight, and. So it's called, of course, Junior's forty eight laws, or excuse me, forty eight principles of Peace and Productivity. You understand what I'm saying. Every time you hear forty eighth, you say forty eight laws like you think forty eight laws of power. You understand what I'm saying. And it is a it is a it is a. It is heavily inspired by my forty eight years, but also heavily inspired by the popular book forty eight Laws of Power. Now these ain't these ain't laws or principles like in the legal sense. But ain't nobody finna get you, ain't finna get booked and cooked. You understand what I'm saying. You ain't finna. You ain't finna. Go win a war, overthrow the government, or nothing along them lines. You understand what I'm saying. But these are a set of my codes, like my own coades. Like I always talk about my codes. These are a set of my codes that help move through life with clarity, discipline, wisdom, and self mastery. Because let's be honest, Joe said, number forty eight. You feel me. Let's be honest. We live in. A world that thrives, capitalizes, emphasizes, and all of the other eyes on. Distraction. You feel me, Like the whole objective is for you to get beat and remain distracted. You feel me. And we live in a world that you know, distraction is the order of the day. Distraction is the order of the day. We currently live in a world man that just profits from confusion, profits from confusion, a world that that really truly benefits from your emotional, reactive, unfocused, and divided existence on this planet. Peace, our piece is like literally under attack. You feel me? Peace is under attack, focus under attack. Self mastery is become rare, And it's so rare that people don't even talk about it. You understand what I'm saying. People pay themselves little to no attention on a daily basis. Yeah, man, But. The fact of the matter is, like, the truth is really simple for me. The truth is real simple. Peace ain't something the world gives you. You understand when I realized that peace is not something the world gives you. Peace is something that you. Foster and cultivate and govern within yourself. And productivity ain't about being busy, It's about being intentional and self mastery. Man, Self mastery is like the highest level of freedom for a. Man to achieve. Like you didn't really master yourself, Like, if you didn't mastered yourself, bro, what can't you do? You feel me? Like, if you've mastered yourself, then what can't you do? Like self mastery? Man, It's the highest level of freedom that a man can achieve. Because at the end of the day, when you control yourself, nobody else can control you. Yeah, and I've become that person. People just be like like shit, my family just be like he just gonna be him, Just get out the way, let him do him his hard good. He was raised right. I swear you feel me, but nobody can control you. So this week, man, we're gonna break down forty eight principles. Principles rooted in discipline, stoic thinking, and real life experiences. And these are principles that I practically apply to my life. Like I'm just not gonna be up here talking. This ain't theory. This I ain't motivational fluff. But these are ideas that you can apply to your daily life. These these these these just just principles. You understand what I'm saying, and I'm gonna give them to you in segments. I ain't gonna give it all to you just all in one day. You understand what I'm saying, We're gonna come in and we're gonna go through them once when a few you know what I mean, each day until we get to Friday, you understand what I'm saying. So you got ten laws to day you feel me. Ten, then ten more tomorrow, then ten more on Wednesday, ten more on Thursday, then last is but not least, It's gonna be eight of them on Friday, and that gives you forty eight and by the time this week is over, you will have a framework that, honestly, that will carry you for the rest of your life. You understand what I'm saying, and I ain't. I'm not. I'm I said I was gonna come in here and I was gonna go crazy on the forty eight Laws of Power because I know how. I know how y'all are you know what I'm saying. In the culture, Like you know the culture, we get a hold of stuff and we just we just do it to death. Like, man, I read the forty eight Laws of power. You need to read the forty eight Laws of power. And I'm like, yeah, I didn't read them. Bro, I don't you feel me? But I hey, man, hey, look at you, look at all in our own little forty eight laws of power. But it ain't power like we not, no man, man, peace peace. We want peace. We want principles of peace and productivity. You feel me? But yeah, we got our own little situational idea. You know how we do. Yeah, And you know me, I got to I always got to be the antagonists and I always got to be the one to say, yeah, man, that's cool. But you gotta kind of you fear me. You gotta kind of do something to be a little bit more productive, you know what I mean? Because when you read one I read through them Laws of Power, I'm kind of like, man, that's setting you up to be a bullshit motherfucker respectfully, respectfully, but at the end of the day, man, my goal is not to be My goal here is definitely not perfection self governance. Kids said, I read it. It doesn't resonate with me. Kiya I man, I'm trying to tell you it's kid, you know. And I'm glad we ain't go to high school together because we would have we probably would have overthrow the world because. We be on some bullshit. Like we be on some bullshit like mofucks be talking to me about that book like it's the Bible, and I'm like, nah, bro, like this stuff is this is this is this ain't this ain't productive? Bro, This saint good. This ain't even solid, you feel me? All attention is good. Attention like what that ain't even solid? Are you crazy? That's the stuff that you look at and you be like, Oh, that's a ass motherfucker right there. Salute to two two five boxing man in the super chat Man, thank you so much, bro, really truly genuinely appreciate it. Man, thank you, says happy late birthday, Junior. Now it ain't late, bro, it's right on time. It's right on time. I've been incognito man, getting blown to os. You feel me the wind? Just you know, we got a hundred out of our wins out here, so we cool. But anyway, man, this is about tough governess man. So grab your coffee, clear your mind, man, y'all, y'all pull up a chair, man and stay a wow. You feel me, y'all, pull up a chair and stay a wow man, because we're gonna get to it like we always do it. Man. Let's go one. So I'm hustled harder than the moment. I'm a feast on these streets. Got a revolver I told for these niggas trying to take me off the block where I'm posted up daily. Sit Bailey's out. The bottle is. Smoke, yes indeed, ah yes, indeed, man, but you know it wouldn't be right if we didn't do what we do. Man. Salute to the most intention of it. More than circle on the planet, Man, King Voney eighty six in the building, what's up with you? Brother? For out? Sniper in the building. What's happening with you? Thriving glove with Joe? Salute to you two to five boxing talk Man and supertet again. Man salute saluted my. Sister La Ladie. She say, Christy, what's up with you? L lad La La say, I've been a victim of not listening to the law about outshining your boss. I got laid off shortly thereafter. The reason why that shit don't resonate with me, it is because I don't have a boss. I worked for Junior. You feel me. I worked for Junior. Even when I had a job, I didn't have a boss. I worked for Junior. They just signed the checks. They just signed the checks. This shut new Ay, Ay yay. New Day, New Day, It shut New Man. That show feel good, don't it? New Day, New Day, It shut New Man? Another another year around the sun, y'all. Man, I'm about to y'all gonna have me up here hugging myself and crying. I'm trying not to man. Hey, New Day, New Day, it's aw ay, Man say Man, salute to the most intentional Morning Circle on the planet. Lad said, you never ever had a boss. Cat. I ain't gonna argue and play with you. I'm gonna start calling you La Mahari because you be trying to you be trying to bring something out of me. Lad, I think you like when I I think you like when I cuss, when I swear at you. I think that just tickles your fancy. See and let me help you when you relinquish. How can I say this? You have to. Give somebody the authority over you to be considered a I don't have a boss. Ain't have a boss. I worked for me, like my career. I worked for me. My institution just signed the check. I had colleagues, I had a supervisors, I had people that I reported to. You understand what I'm saying. Definitely I follow the chain of command in my professional capacities. But to give the term boss is that there's something about the term boss that never ever ever resonated with me. It never resonnated with me. And I've watched people have jobs that they take to the crib and have jobs where they're always on, and people have now, especially in twenty twenty six, people have merged their professional lives with their personal lives. You understand what I'm saying. So you got your personal time, I mean you're taking your personal time and spending it in the same proximity with people that you work with, and you motherfuckers are in and out of your of your boss, your in and out of their homes, in and out of their lives. You know what I mean. They can call you on your personal time and you drop whatever you're doing and you go to whatever. Man that's crazy than the motherfucker to me. And I've never I've never been there. You understand what I'm saying. Never, never, Lila d I had a job and this is late, this is late in my career when they got into the whole rem of you know, cell phones, and now they call you on your personal sell You mean to tell me, y'all take work calls on your personal cell phone and your job, don't reimburse you for your cell phone or don't pay your cell phone bill? Are you nuts? Are you nuts? See? When you give the term, when you give the. Word boss, it's it's there is something for me that it doesn't resonate with me. So there's just words in the in the English language that I don't use, boss being one of them. You feel me why I use it. But when I use the bo, when I use the term boss, it's in reference to my children. You feel me in reference to my wife. It's in reference to the motherfuckers that that I'm responsible for. Providing for. They the boss. You feel me? Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah. So that's what I when I say, now a boss that don't resonate with me. It's why Kia said it. She said, say that I ain't got a boss. Motherfucker's on my colleagues period. I'm even a I'm even a following the chain of command. Like I said, I report, I follow the reporting structure, so and so forth. But when you give up, see, words are too powerful. It's one of the things I've learned in my forty years. And it ain't even uh, words are too powerful? You feel me? Do you understand that you speak things into existence and you and you become okay? But it starts with breathing life into things. And it's what comes out of your mouth, which is why you gotta be careful what comes out of your mouth. You feel me, You gotta be careful. Kids said Suldo, my brother k underscore. Kids said I don't. I ain't checking emails from my shit or nothing. You understand, she said, My my mother was my boss and she's deceased. Everyone else can go to hell respectfully. You feel me? No, no man, call. It work calls. I had, I had a position. I didn't give them my personal cell number, and I worked at this I worked at this institution for well, how long was out there? It's about four years. It's about three or four years. They ain't even have myself. Now, if you want to reach me, you can reach me at my office phone. You understand when I'm saying. Outside of that, man, you can catch me in office hours, you feel me, or business hours on some. Big red shit nine to five period. Kate Underscore says it's too powerful. Boss is uh is what he messed. The eye is what I don't call another motherfucker, nothing nothing. Never. Words are too powerful. Words are too powerful. Yeah, So that's what I mean when I say that, Boston Nah nah never never never never. Words are too powerful. Now okay, Jon, y'all can hear Lila now? Okay, Junior, Okay, Juni ru now okay Jone Yay. I ain't all right, Lolada. I'm putting you in the in over there with Mahari. I ain't going back and forth with you today. We got shit to do. Let's get to it. Forty eight principles Number one, Master yourself first. Master y'all love you, Master yourself first. If you can't govern your mind, then nothing in your life will stay in order. Y'all think about that for a second. Think about how you have not been able to govern your mind. Big there says I'm the boss. You feel me, I'm the boss of me. Govern your mind, because if you can't govern your mind, nothing else will stay in order. Think about that. Like people want to want to run businesses, lead families, build wealth, but cannot control their impulses. You feel me, I'm talking to junior. You understand what I'm saying. I'm talking to me, but cannot control their impulses. Yeah. Yeah, People can't control their emotions. People can't control their routines, and leadership begins with self leadership. Think about that. Think about that boss that you got La la d that you look at them and you realize they can't even control themselves. They can't control their emotions, they can't control their routines, they can't control their impulses. You understand what I'm saying, y'all call people boss and it ain't even made up their bed this morning. Motherfuckers got up and it ain't even make their bed. Probably even they ain't even brush their mouth, like Pappa say, they ain't even brush their mouth this morning. You feel me have an inability to lead themselves and then go up and push to lead other folks. Before you govern anything else, Before you govern anything else, you must learn to govern yourself. Master yourself first. That's principal number one. Y'all ain't gotta they gonna be up here. Y'all ain't gotta try to write them down or whatever you might want to. I don't know, you feel me. That's that's between you and you, Like that's betwixt you and you. Yeah, that's betwixt you and you. Saluting my little brother Mahara Nation Sports podcast Man in the Super chap Man salute. He said, hey, leave the idea alone, you crazy look, saluting my brother Mahara Nation Sports podcast Man in the Super chat Man. I appreciate it, bro Kid said, I'm writing, all right, yo, you a you just a you, just a student of life. You understand what I'm saying. A woman after my own heart like a student. We just students of life, all right, law too, la, Let me stop saying law I wrote it down. It's law, but these are principles principal too. And I was writing law because I like that forty eight laws of power pissed me off. Man, I ain't gonna I ain't gonna hold you. And when I was putting this together, coming up with my principles, like, I'm reading them like, man. That's bullshit. That's some bullshit, that's goofy, that's you feel me, It might be like maybe five of them. And I was like, okay, might have some use for that number two. Control what you can, kid, write that down. Control what you can. You feel me, man, The Stoics, through their philosophy, they teach us something that is extremely powerful, something that is extremely powerful. It's really truly life changing. It's life altering. Focus only on what is in within your control. You know. We like to fixate on shit, you feel me. We like to fixate on things. Fixate your ass only on what is within your control. You cannot control traffic, So why are you fixating on traffic? Why do you. Allow traffic to ruin your whole day? You cannot control traffic. You cannot control other people, you feel me. You cannot control the economy. My brother Underscore says, control what you can. Don't be fixated on what you can't. You can't control these things. But watch this though, Guess what you can control? Okay, Underscore. You can control your preparation. If you got a problem with traffic, get your ass out the house an hour and a half, have early, get there early, you feel me. You can control your preparation. You can control your attitude. You can control your discipline, your discipline or lack thereof. You can control your response to the bullshit. Yeah, peace begins the moment you stop trying to control what belongs to others. Like that stuff belong to others. When I encounter people and they got you know, people be having these man, I'm just gonna talk. Man, it's my birthday. The hell with it? You feel me? You got a fucked up attitude because of the day that you haven't you understand what I'm saying. I can't control that. You understand what I'm saying. But I'm not gonna lie that to control me. Nah, man, I don't that belongs to you. I'm not finna carry that load that belongs to you. You understand what I'm saying. We have a relationship and you know. It's then when Sideway or whatever the case may be. I own my part and it is what it is. I'm not finna own your part too. You understand what I'm saying. I'mna own my part, and you got to own your part. And then we got to decide if we're gonna continue being friends or whatever. You understand what I'm saying, if we're gonna continue this journey with one another. But you gotta own y'all. I can't own what belongs to you. No, you gotta control what you can. Peace begins the moment you stop trying to control what belongs to others. You understand what I'm saying. That's that's two. That's principal number two, mash to yourself versus number one. Control what you can is number two. Y'all ready for number three? Or y'all want me to sl y'all want me to slow down? You feel me? Kid? You're still writing? Yeah, Yeah, let's get it. Let's get we're gonna get to Let's let's take some time and get to the super chats in between. Salute to my brother. Felix Dune is Junior AKA Artists in the super Chat. He says, happy birthday, man. Motivation is emotional. Uh uh uh uh. This was number four. You said number three, This number four. Oh, I'm tripping. My fault, my fault, my fault, my fault. I was at number two. I'm tripping number three. I'm sorry. Protect your piece like property. That's number three. Protect your piece like property, like look at your piece like it's property. Like I'm over here on my exotic island, like this is peaceful. I'm over here on my exotic island. You understand what I'm talking about. I got to God damn palm trees. I got the coca knots. You feel me. I'm over here drinking coca nuts. Give me a banana cognac. Betch like, I'm over here chilling. You feel me? And it's property. This is a This is a beach front property. The waters, the sand's white, and the water is blue and clear. The often swim up and I can feed them holes. You understand I'm talking about. And I can fish, and I pull the fish out and it's already batter than fried. You hear me, nah, man, My piece is like property. Your mind is valuable real estate. Your mind is valuable real estate. Y'a, don't hear me though, Your mind is valuable real estate. But so many many of us you nah, I ain't finna speak in generalities. I'm finna speak to you, your ass. You allow negativity to walk right through the front door, day in and day out. You allow negativity to walk right through the front door. Arguments, drama, gossip, social media chaos. You feel me, all types of bullshit. You allow that shit to walk right through your the front door of your valuable of ocean side property. Y'all imagine leaving your front door unlocked all night. You understand what I'm saying. Like we gonna have a real conversation. You motherfuckers won't even leave your front door unlocked, but you leave your mind unlocked. You lead a front door to your mind open. Y'all ain't talking. I must be. I must just stepped on. Somebody told good because I got on my steal toe boots. You feel me. You won't even leave your goddamn front door unlocked, but you leave your mind unlocked and the front door to your mind open and flapping like a motherfucker. And I was trying not to do all this cussing, but I just pissed some damn self off. Imagine leaving your front door unlocked to the most valuable piece of real estate that you have. And that is how the majority of us treat our mental space. Like that's how we treat our mental space. You gotta protect your peace, protect you your mind. Nah, you gotta protect your mind like you protect your money, like you protect your house. You won't let nobody play with your money, but people can play with your mind. So number three is protect your peace like property. Salute to my brother Kay underscored man. In the super chat, he says, happy be they big bro, Salute family, Thank you so much, bro, got nothing beloved in my heart for you, Bro, nothing beloved in my heart. Yeah. Now number four, Discipline beats motivation. So I gave that one away already, or I told you all that one already. Discipline beats motivation every day, all day, every day, twice on Tuesday. Motivation is once again its emotional. It comes and goes. Discipline is structural. Discipline has structured tied tied to it. Discipline works when you don't feel like it. Motivation says, I'll do it when I feel ready. I gotta get myself ready. I gotta get myself up. When I feel ready, That's when I'm gonna do it. That's when I'm gonna get to it. Discipline says, nah, man, the work gets done regardless. That's what discipline says, y'all think I want to come up here every day. No discipline says, now, how the work get done? Regardless? We're going because we said we was going. The work gets done regardless. The people who succeed are not always the most motivated. They're not always the most talented. They are in most cases the most disciplined. Discipline beats motivation. You feel me, my brother, Felix Newnd says, leaving the door unlocked is asking to get harm done to you. You feel me. Shout out to everybody taking the time to tune in life to the most intentional born in cycle on the planet. Salute to everybody man that's catching the replay replay Game full of Fact. Think we are number five. We on number five, shout out one more time for the most intentional more than something only plant. Number five. Move with intention, Move with intention. Random action produces random results, you feel me. Random action produces random results. Yeah yeah, purpose produces productivity. You can work twelve hours a day and still accomplish nothing. Lot of I D especially when you work work, when you're working for your boss. You can work twelve hours for your boss lo id and still accomplish nothing because movement without intention is just busy work. Let's pause there. Remember in school how we used to get busy working. We used to hate we used to hate busy work. Or at your job, your boss give you busy work, and you just hate busy work? Like, what the fuck is this? What is this? Movement without intentions just busy work? Intentional action is directed action. It's directed action, and direction is what produces results. Saluted my sister Tayte, the real queen of MMA. In the building. What's up? What you love? One? Saluted my brother for our sniper. He said, happy birthday, Junior. Been listening but can't get to the phone. It's cold as shit in the aghe today, Salute to you in the chest, saluting my brother for our sniper. What's good with your homie? Move with intention? That's number five. I had to take a deep breath on this one because I'm gonna try to keep my lid on this one. Salute the old school instantly, Thank you, Bro, appreciate it. We're gonna be here all week. You feel me. Number six, Silence is strategic. Silence is strategic. Not every thought deserves to be spoken. Not every battle deserves your voice. I got I just got moved to just stop there because somebody needed to hear that. Not every botty, not every battle deserves your voice. I don't know who that's for. I feel like this, this man, this get real spiritual in here. You feel me every not every battle deserves your voice. Not everyone, Not every battle deserves your voice, because you know, some of y'all fight like a mom. Not every battle deserves that. Soothing My sister shager eighty fast. She said, good morning, Junior, Happy birthday, Thank you, thank you, thank you. Old school winstantly said, we'll drink. She said, we'll drink to that later. We'll drink to that later. Yeah, nanny said, only a hit dog collar. Well, it's never looking great, She said, Yeah, that's me. It's for me. Kate underscore. So, yeah, it took me twenty years to understand that, Ben, Not every battle deserves your voice. Yeah, in today's world, everyone feels the need to comment on everything. You feel me, that's why social media is such a funny place. Like everybody feels the need to comment on everything. But the fact is is that wisdom often keeps quiet. Understand what I'm saying. Like, a lot of stuff be going on and people come to me and ask me stuff like, man, what you think about this? My wisdom has taught me to keep quiet, understand what I'm saying. It's a very intentional about what I say and what I don't say, because not every battle deserves my voice. Kids said, I need to shut the fuck up sometimes, Kay underscore say, it took me twenty years to understand that. Joe said that silence cuts deep. Nah, Man, don't need to comment on everything. Wisdom often moves quietly, Lila. Silence protects your peace, Silence protects your strategy. Silence prevents unnecessary conflict. Yeah, yeah, silence prevents unnecessary conflict. Sometimes the strongest, sometimes the absolute strongest move is simply not speaking. That's what I'm mastered. Sometimes I just don't say nothing. Understand what I'm saying. Sometimes I just don't say nothing. The strongest move for me is to just not speak. Silence is strategic. That's number six, all right, Number seven, Start the day in command. Start the day in command. The first hour of your day should belong to you. Nobody else, but you start your day in command. Many of us wake up and we immediately we grab our phones, we take off. You understand what I'm saying. We checking email, we scroll in, We're doing whatever, and now the world is controlling your attention, notifications, news messages, drama. And when the day starts in chaos, it usually stays in chaos. You feel me. When the day starts in chaos, it usually stays in chaos. You feel me. Start your day with intentional control, and k Underscore said it's right on, Q. Start the day intentionally. Start your day with intentional control, thriving glow with Joe says, don't respond and they'll realize you didn't give a fuck. Right But sometimes, though, Joe, even the stuff that I give a fuck about, a lot of stuff I give a fuck about, and I stay silent because a lot of stuff, a lot of battles, even though I give a fuck, like I care about what my loved ones go through. I care about a lot of stuff, but it ain't my battle. You understand what I'm saying. It's not my war. You feel me now how people will make decisions that keep them in pecurious situations and you always gotta go to back. You feel me, you know, like you might be like like Nola the Great, like kid, Kid is a person that motherfucker's call when they want to fight. They will call her when they need her because they getting ready to go fight. She wanted them you feel me coming from where we come. She wanted them like, oh you know, you know, Kid fight hard than the motherfucker let me get her. She wanted them like, I'm one of them ones. People gonna call me my loved one. They call me when it's time to fight because they know I'm gonna go to Haull Yard. But also I got loved ones who don't call me because if I'm coming, we go in the hall yard and then we ain't finna go that for don't. Call him, don't don't call him. Yeah, salute to my sister Tayte showing love over on over on the rumble as well man pulling double duty solutions. I appreciate you, and she got the punch Junkie shirt on too. Yes love yeah. Yeah, so yeah. Not everything because people that you, even when you care, you get pulled into some stuff and every battle is not yours, every fight is not yours. All right, all right, all right, all right. So that was number seven. Number eight. Let's get on out of here, man, Let's get on out of here. Number eight. Your attention it's currency. Your attention is currency. Your attention is currency. Saluted my brother. I am Trill will Man in the superchap Man Blessing the Truth, superchap Man. Thank you so much, Bro. I appreciate it, man, And thank you man. You sent me a cash have too, Bro. Appreciate it man, Thank you, Bro. I love you, I love you. I appreciate it. Bro. Yeah, my brother Trill will y'all be sure to go subscribe to my brother. I am Trill will Man. Your attention is currency. Attention is one of the most valuable resource is that you possess. Especially in twenty twenty six, Attention is one of the most valuable resources you possess. Where you spend it determines the quality of your life. I'm gonna just pause that there. Where you spend your attention determines the quality of your life. It has a lot to do with the quality of your life. Yeah, Attention on distractions produces chaos and hinders your productivity. Attention on purpose produces results. If you constantly all right, y'all, y'all gonna get mad at me. Y'all gonna get mad at me, and it's cool. We can just be mad at each other. Man. But listen, this is a and this is good. This is gonna be a breaking point. But whatever. If you constantly consume, you will rarely produce. If you constantly consume, you will rarely produce. If you constantly consume, you will rarely produce. We we just be in this space of just talking. Protect your attention like its currency, because it is Kay underscore said. You will never produce, not rarely. Never. Sometimes you gotta shut it all off and produce. Protect your attention like currency. All right, number nine, we gotta get out of here. Y'all gonna get mad at me again. But it's cool. This is why I did it. Forty eight laws Juniors. Forty eight Law of Peace and Productivity. Number nine is avoid emotional slavery. Avoid emotional slavery. If someone can easily provoke your anger, then they control you. If someone easily. Provokes your anger, then they control you, Joe said, and then if you constantly consume in trash shaking my head forty eight principles of peace, Kay underscore. You don't hear me though, and this is why I like for me, I'm talking about me personally, like, this is why I have to slide. I had to slide out, and I still man. I'm still I'm still rocking the brand. I'm still loyal to the soil, I am still a boxing content creator, still write article, still had a website, still got the magazine. But I cannot talk day in and day out because if someone can easily trigger your anger, easily provoke your anger, they control you. And I am provoked by bullshit, so I have to control that. My brother Trip we Will said, that's a hard one for me to learn. I'm still learning that. Though we're talking about forty eight principles, Bro, these are more forty eight principles of peace and Productivity. Bro. Heavy on the peace sad. You feel me heavy on the peace sad. Man. Emotional slavery is a motherfucker. Bro. If someone can easily trigger your frustration, they control you. Bro. Emotional discipline is freedom. You understand what I'm saying. Like emotional emotional a discipline is freedom. I think about like a I think about like a rock Wilder sitting there. You feel me, big ass rock whiler sitting there, and y'all had like the little kiddy cats to be playing with them, you know what I mean, climbing on them, chewing on their ears and all that shit, and the rock whiler just sitting there, Like you understand what I'm saying, AB said, and they cynically enjoy it too. A lot of people will a lot of people enjoy pulling you out your box. That's what I call it. They enjoy getting you out your box. Nah, I'm like just sitting there, man, everything just game. Man. I'm cool, Bro, I'm cool. Yeah, I'm cool. Trill will say, not every announcement requires a response. Some people are emotional parasites and thrive off bs and mess man. Not every reaction, not every response, not every video, not every statement, not every argument, Like stuff. Just don't be deserving my response. You feel me? Yeah, man, you think you think I'm a you think I'm a whole and I'm just on the internet talking cool. You think I'm a fan of this person and just because I covered this person, you think they paid me or what cool? Like? What is cool? Man? Oh? Y'all just chumps about the cool bro. Everything. Don't deserve a response. That's emotional slavery. And you can't get that from me. You feel me? What that boy say? You can't. You ain't gonna get it. Flash. You ain't gonna get it because you ain't got it. Flash. Yeah, man, you can't get that out of me. Man, you can't get that out of me. Avoid emotional slavery, y'all. Avoid emotional slavery. Emotional discipline is freedom. When you control your reactions, you can control your direction. And never surrender your emotional state to people who mean you no good. Ah, Never surrender your emotional state to people that mean you no good. You feel me so me And when you sitting there with that woman and she's yelling out stuff at you that you shared with her intimately from an intimate space, you understand from a vulnerable space, and she's yelling at you and she's telling you fuck, that's why your mama and shit, and she used to have to fuck to pay the lights because you didn't share that with her. She don't mean you no good. And never surrender your emotional state to people who mean you no good. You understand what I'm saying. Women, When you're dealing with that man and he like she a girl you ugly, ain't nobody gonna want you to look at your ass, ain't know nobody want you. He means you no good. You never surrender your emotional state to people who mean you no good. When you go into them offices and them people coming there and ain't know that you actually care and you love what it is that you do, and they are hell being on making your job difficult because they want to see you break. I'm talking to me, I ain't talking to nobody else, So I've been there where motherfuckers just want to make it increasingly difficult for me to do my job. You don't get to get an emotional response from me. Nah yeah, saluting my brother Trill. He said this channel grew because he stopped getting clowns. That energy added non case subscribers in one year. You found your you found your niche, and you locked in and you bit down. Yeah yeah, yuh. Yeah. Ab said, I did that in the past with my brother, a lot of anchor, uh from before it came from that he enjoyed me. That's with me ruining my day, provoking me. You can't give it up like that, bro, can't give it up like that. All right, all right, all right, all right, right, come on, man, come on, come on, come on, so avoid emotional slavery. That was number nine. Number ten is last one for the day. Build before you broadcast, Build before you broadcast. In today's culture, everyone wants to announce the plan. They want to announce the project, announce the business, they want to announce the goal. But talking about work is not the same as doing work. Man, We've launched the first ever black box publication. You can go buy it. Here's the link. You feel me, like, build before you broadcast. Now I got this planner. Two three people knew. Show up. Here's the planner. Yeah. Yeah, quiet effort produces the loudest results. Build first, and then you let the results speak for you. All right, man, So that's the first team. Let me give it to you again. Let me give it to you again. So number one was master yourself first. Number two control what you can. Number three protect your peace like proper number four, discipline, beasts, motivation, number five, Move with intention number six, Silence is strategic number seven, Start the day in command. Number eight, Your attention is currency. Number nine, avoid emotional slavery. And number ten is built before you broadcast. So that's the first ten laws Man of Juniors forty eight Principles keep Saying Laws Principles Juniors forty eight Principles of Peace and Productivity. Yeah. The foundation is self mastery, Master yourself first, control what you can, protect your peace, practice discipline, move, with intention, move strategically because the world is gonna always try to distract you. But a disciplined mind is difficult to control. Man. A difficult mind is I mean, excuse me, a A disciplined mind is difficult difficult to control. It's a it's a motherfucking steeple chase, like Bro, it's a cross country like life is that, you see what I'm saying.
