This special series on The Black Coffee Club™ celebrates another year around the sun for JuniorTheTruth by sharing 48 practical principles rooted in stoicism, discipline, and real-life experience.
These principles are not motivational slogans.
They are mental frameworks designed to help you:
• protect your peace
• strengthen your discipline
• eliminate distractions
• sharpen your focus
• increase productivity
• develop self-mastery
Each day of the week focuses on a different area of personal development:
Day 1 – Foundation of Self-Mastery
Master your mind, discipline your habits, and govern yourself.
Day 2 – Order & Focus
Create structure, eliminate chaos, and respect time.
Day 3 – Emotional Control & Peace
Develop emotional discipline and protect your mental energy.
Day 4 – Power, Growth & Responsibility
Build strength, think independently, and take ownership of your outcomes.
Day 5 – Legacy & Self-Governance
Think generationally and govern your life with principle.
In a world designed to keep people distracted, reactive, and emotionally unstable, self-governance becomes power.
Peace is not given by the world.
Peace is something you build through discipline and intentional living.

Thank you all so much, though, Man, no matter how you catching this content, I really truly genuinely appreciate you all. Man. So we started the thing yesterday. Man, you understand what I'm saying. We we we kicked off something special yesterday and we embarked on these forty eight laws of peace and productivity, heavy on the piece. And yesterday we started, you know, often we ran through our first team, you know, because the fact is you can govern. Before you can govern anything in your life. Man, you have to govern yourself. You have to govern yourself. Now, today we move into the second section. So yesterday was the foundation, and today we're moving into the second section. Second section is order and focus. As you see, it's called order and focus because here's something most people don't realize. Right, most of us are not struggling because we lack talent. Like, we don't struggle because we lack talent, Like, that's not the problem. We struggle because we lack structure. You feel me. Most people struggle because their life has no structure. Attention is scattered, priorities are unclear, responsibilities overlap, and chaos replaces focus. And if you're not careful, I probably need to bring my face on the screen when I say this, right, because this is a this is a real thing. So if we're not careful, you're gonna welcome chaos into your life. Like you're gonna openly welcome chaos into your life, and you're going to normalize chaos, and you're gonna normalize the bs. I'm trying to I'm trying to refrain from doing all the cussing, but if we're not careful, will normalize the BS in our lives. You feel me, Chaos replaces focus. Yeah, but the fact of the matter is, once again, productivity, it does not come from working harder, right, It doesn't come from working harder, because a lot of us work hard day in and day out, but we're not as productive as we need to be day in and day out. So it doesn't come from working harder. Productivity. This is a bar, and this is a standalone bar, and I can lead this by itself. And don't be surprised for those of you all who are following me on social media that you see this in one of the daily quotes. Productivity comes from order. Productivity comes from order the most times in your life, if you really want to have a real conversation, the times in your life when you were most productive is when things are most orderly. Productivity comes from order. So today we're breaking down the next set of principles in the forty eight Principles of Peace and Productivity, we're breaking down the next set of principles. I'm trying not to curse. These are the ones that are going to help us create structure. Focus and discipline in our daily lives so that we can focus on these and we can present these, and we can carry these out day after day after day after day, and we can continue building brick by brick by brick by brick by motherfucking brick. Let's get it. One. So I'm hustled harder than the moment. I'm a feast on these streets. Got a revolver I took for these niggas trying to take me off the block where I pointed up daily sit Dailey's out the bottle of smoke. Man, I'm trying to tell you, man, well, let'sten. If you need to hear the first team lost from yesterday, Yeah, you gotta gone head on and uh you gotta go head on it and go back and listen to yesterday show. Just listen to day one. Neela the Great, my sister said. She said, I'm ready. I'm so glad you started this week. Since I'm on spring break, I'm writing everything down. You got me excited, excited as fuck. To be honest, I'm excited as hell too. Like I'm I'm excited, Sloop the player's ball, man, what's up with you? Like, I'm really excited. Man. So we're gonna pick up man. Like I said, if you need to get the first team, you gotta you gotta. You can't cheat the system. You gotta go get it yesterday. You gotta go get it like Mike Tyson, like everybody else did yesterday. Everybody had to sit up here. Listen to my foolishness, Listen to my bs, Listen to me grip and complain. I don't know what I complained about yesterday, but you feel me. Gotta go get that, gotta go get it that. You gotta go get it like Tyson, let's let's pick it up. Though, let's pick it up. Number eleven, principal number eleven. You gotta define your roles clearly, define your roles clearly. I'm not coming off of that. Salute to everybody that has the simple Truth min and Man your planner. Also the book, shout out to everybody that has the m AT tool. You understand what I'm saying them AT tool is still over there, the matrix is it's it's still over there over on you can go to juniortruth dot com. It'll get you there. But it's still free. It's still up over on the site. You can go download it for free and you can take yourself through it so that you can define your roles clearly. But anyway, that's a shameless plug. It ain't even a plug. The shit free. I ain't plugging nothing. I'm plugging trying to help, trying to help, I'm just trying to help it define your roles. Clearly, one of the biggest sources of stress in life is your role confusion. You understand what I'm saying. It's your role confusion, you know, like that confusion, Like when you leave work and you at home and then they call you from work. You feel me and they're talking to you about workshit while you're at home when it should be family time. You understand what I'm saying. Or when you at work and your cousin caller call you with some family drama and then you're spending work hours dealing with family drama, and so on and so forth. Role confusion is one of the biggest sources of stress in our lives. You're trying to be everything at the same dawn time. You're trying to be a parent, You're trying to be a partner, trying to be an entrepreneur, trying to be a friend, trying to be a leader. You're trying to be everything all at the same down time. But when roles are not clearly defined, your responsibilities are going to collide. You feel me, responsibilities are going to collide, so you're gonna end up being a motherfucker. At work with your kids at work. You see what I'm saying, You at work and your kids is in the back room sleep, so on and so forth. Roles have to be clearly defined to avoid the responsibilities colliding. And once those responsibilities collide, man, shit, here comes more chaos. Chaos is sure to follow. You have to define your roles clearly. Like if I was to ask you are like players ball. If I was literally to sit here and ask you how many roles do you have in your life? I bet you dollars to donut you would not be able to accurately tell me off the top of the dome how many roles you have in your life? How many roles do you occupy in your life? And I mean roles, I mean serious rolls down to the tea. That average person cannot successfully accurately tell me how many roles you occupy in your life. I'm talking about down to the down to the church member, board member, mother, father, uncle, cousin, sister, niece, nephew, you feel me an hoa member, yeah, gang member like you cannot tell me accurately how many roles you have in your life. You have to clearly define your roles. Everything, and I'm talking about everything, and my Kevin Williams voice, everything, everything, all of them. Define your roles clearly, and. You have to know who you are in each and every space of your life. Know who you are in each and every space of your life. Clarity reduces stress. Clarity reduces stress. Confusion multiplies it. A principal Number eleven is define your roles clearly. I got a feeling y'all looking at me crazy. You define your roles clearly. Number twelve, y'all about to get. Mad with me? One mission at a time, La lahde. One mission at a time, y'all get about to get pissed because we done got sold on some bullshit. Multitasking is one of the biggest lies in history. Multitasking is one of the biggest lies in history. You cannot multitask effectively. People saying you'll be talking to people, and people be like, huh, I can multitask, No, you cannot. You can, but you but multitasking means you're not doing anything well. You cannot multitask. Multitasking is one of the biggest lies ever in the history of lies. It's one of the biggest lies in productivity. It's one of the biggest lies in professional history. It's one of the biggest lies in workforce history. It is one of the biggest lies ever. Multitasking is a lie. People think doing multiple things at once means efficiency, but it doesn't. In reality, it destroys focus. If you're multitasking, what are you able to focus on? Because you cannot tell me. In my forty eight years of lifting, you can't tell me that you are able to split your focus. You understand what I'm saying. Prime example. Have you ever been talking to somebody about something and you're really sharing and trying to exchange information, and they are text messaging on their telephone, and then you say something and they say, I'm good. I an multitask. I'm trying not to cuss, but you can imagine what I'm saying. No, you can't multitask. I am trying to communicate some information to you. So you can't read an email and respond to an email. You can't text message when I'm talking to you. You can't pick up a telephone and answer the call while I'm talking to you. You can't be yelling and talking to somebody and then come back to me talking about y'all, I hear you gotta that you can't do that. Multitasking is bullshit, said, I wasn't gonna cuss. It destroys your focus, and that's the reality. Meanwhile, focus multiplies productivity. Think about how productive you are when you are able to sit down and singularly focus on a task and give a task all of your focus. Think about how quickly it moves about. Think about how efficient you are when you are dealing with a task and you are able to focus and give it your entire attention. It ain't the same, Like it's not the same. When you concentrate on one mission at a time, your energy becomes more powerful. You feel me your energy becomes more powerful, and trying to do everything at once usually means nothing gets done well. And I'm gonna tell you the other reason why it's not really efficient is because once you try to do everything, when you try to do everything at one time, you miss stuff, and what happens you end up having to go back and do it again anyway, making it even less efficient. My sister know that. De Grace says, it's been scientifically proven that the human brain cannot multitask. It cannot multitask effectively, it cannot. So Principal number twelve, One task at a time, that's it. One mission was the word I used. One mission at a time. All right, Principal thirteen. Let me check my levels on this one. Protect your mornings. Protect your mornings. Yeah, morning hours often contain the clearest mental energy. Like your mental energy is the purest in the morning hours, you feel me. Your mind is fresh, your focus is stronger, your energy levels are up. Discipline is easier, you understand. But many people waste their morning hours on social media, on distractions, reacting to the world. You understand what I'm saying. Meanwhile, the most productive people on the planet protect their mornings. They plan, they think, they build, And this is a this is this is a bar. I'm gonna give you this one. And this is something I kind of use and I use to govern my life. The fact is is, if you win the morning, you usually gonna win today. If you can win the morning, you're usually go win today. If you can conquer your mornings, you are usually going to conquer your day. It's that simple. It's that simple. Yeah, Saluta, saluta shee hertstat in the building. What's up? What you love. So did my brother be about a Farnes aka Cookie Man? Cookie Man? Yeah, that's him. He said a book called a book called. The One Thing Proves multitasking and balance is bullshit. I'm gonna have to check that out. I have to check that out. Protect your mornings, Protect your mornings. That's thirteen. We're gonna get on through this list because we can't. I can't be playing around here all day. Fourteen, Number fourteen. Principal fourteen is you gotta eliminate energy thieves. Been talking about this, man, I'm telling you, we compile the list, you have to eliminate energy thieves. Some activities drain your focus and contribute nothing to progress, nothing to progress. They drain your focus and they contribute nothing to progress and voting. What's up with you, Hommy slu tomorrow, next sports podcast in the building? What's up with you? Bro? They contribute nothing to progress, and we call them energy thieves. Those are called energy thieves. So examples of energy thieves is you got your end list, you got your endless scrolling, got your endless scrolling or doom scrolling as they call it. Unnecessary arguments, unnecessary arguments. Yeah, gossip gossip is another one that gossip. Constant notifications is another one. Constant notifications. None of the Grace said, all y'all, I'm winning for number thirteen. My first hour is sacred. Yes, Lord, Yeah, that's dope. That's dope. AB said, like being on the phone m physics neon that says snacking for no reason. These things quietly steal your attention, and your attention is one of the most valuable currencies that you possess. You understand what I'm saying, and I know for me, I have a lot of energy thieves. Bro, Like it's a lot of energy thieves like this, like toxic environments are energy thieves. I'm around, you know, being around people, that's always it's always something. You know people that it's always something like everybody's up in arms about something like no matter what you feel me like, it's a beautiful day and I'm chilling and I'm glad to be here. And man, I just turned forty eight, and my birds are chirping and it's loud. And I then went outside and I done walked around and I didn't grounded, and I didnet hugged the tree in my front yard and I'm so thankful for the ancestors, for the creator, and for my ancestors, and for my spirit GUIDs. You understand what I'm saying. And I'm having these thoughts on my grandmama. Man, I'm about to start crying. Man, I'm having thoughts about my grandmama. Man, and how that lady sometimes, Man, she just sit there and she's just hum. Man. And I can't tell you what I would do to be able to sit at my grandmama feet and listen to my baby hum you feel me and just rock or how we used to pick. We used to shell purple hole peas, and I just sit there at my baby feet. I got my I got my bowl with my peas in it, and I got my I got my brown paper bag for the for the for the empty hugs, and I just sit there and just shell peas and watch prices right and the news you feel me, and and and then a young and the rest of us come on and as the world turns come on, and the bowl and the beautiful come on, and guiding light come on. And I'm just sitting there with my baby shelling purple hull peas and talking to her and listening to her. And my fingers start hurting. My thumbs and thumbs when. You're shelling them purplehole peas and thumbs start hurting. And I'm thinking about that, man, and I'm I'm I'm just thinking the Creator that I actually had that experience and. I had a praying had a praying, praying grandmama. And I know, like, I didn't got through this ship without a without a without a blemish. You feel me, I didn't got through this ship without a blemish because I had a praying grandmama, and she knew how to get a she knew how to get a prayer through to for me, and she used to pray over my life. You understand what I'm saying. You used to pray for me. And even and when she sometimes I'd be hurting so bad because you know, my life wasn't easy, so I'd be hurting so bad. Sometimes my grandmama would just grab me and hug me and hold me in rock. And she wouldn't have she wouldn't have the words, but she was just hum man, that old lady man. And so I get to thinking about that, you understand what I'm saying, And then I'll get a notification that will break me from my thoughts. And it's me and talking about an internet beef, middle aged men talking about internet beef. I just got broken from our thoughts about this wonderful woman and what she did in my life and how she showed me how to love like I learned. Like y'all know why I love so hard. You know why you encounter me and you feel loved. It's because of La d Ella Doloris Robinson, La d because I'm l a d grand baby and. She taught me how to love. That why your ass feel love if. You never if I never hugged you, you feel me and you feel that. You know that come from Ella Dolores. Whole lot of shock tall indim shit, And then I get broken up from that. Some niggas talking about some internet beef. Niggas got man, nah, So we call them energy things. You gotta eliminate energy things, man, because your attention is one of your most valuable currencies that you have. You gotta eliminate what drains you because that's the type of shit that drains me. You feel me, that zaps me, and you gotta protect what builds you. You understand why the Black Coffee Club is so protected because this builds me. You understand what I'm saying, like, this is a part of my purpose. So get I get invigorated with this. You understand what I'm saying. I get invigorated with this. Do you? You don't understand. I get waking up in the middle of the night and I say, oh, I can't wait to tell. These motherfuckings this here. Or I experience something or I feel something or I'm going through something, and I say, oh, I can't wait to share this. I can't wait to share this, man, I can't wait to help eliminate energy thieves. That's fourteen number fifteen, principal number fifteen. You have to slow down to move faster. You have to slow down to move faster. She harshtat. You have to slow down, baby, in order to move faster. I know that sounds like a contradiction. If it sounds like a contradiction, I get it. Let me drop this game on the ground for the hungry hounds, because I know it sounds crazy, but it's not. When you rush decisions, you create mistakes. Mistakes cost time. Correcting those mistakes costs even more time. But thoughtful planning reduces the error. Sometimes slowing down in the beginning allows you to move faster later. You understand. You slow down in the. Beginning, you plan appropriately, You put your processes in place so that at the later on you got it rolling and you moving and grooving. You got it rolling. While if you don't slow down in the beginning and you just pick the shit up and start running, you're going to make a gang of mistakes that are gonna cost you in the end later on. So you slow down in the beginning, minimize the mistakes. People be like I used to when I would write my when I would do my papers, even in the graduate school, people thought I was crazy, even in grad school, because motherfuckers get on the computer and they just start typing. Nella, you should appreciate this, Nella, Listen to me. I would be I'm talking about a twenty page research paper. I would handwrite my research papers. Everything is handwritten. Even to this day, handwritten things are handwritten. I hand write professional documents, school educational documents. I slow down and I handwrite it, and then I take it from being handwritten to typing it. And people think I'm crazy because they're like, man, you just need to be You just need to handwrite, Like, what are you doing? Just type this shit? Where are you handwright? I know I have notebooks, five subject notebooks full of papers that I wrote for graduate school. Handwrite things first, Slow down to move faster, So when I'm typing it, I'm working out the kinks. And all I'm doing is literally. Taking the taking the document and moving it from the written format to the actual typing. People think I'm crazy slewing my brother Stormy be men in the building. What's up with you? Bro? Slow down in order to move faster. La La d said, kind of like intelligent boxes do. One thing Lla gonna do is she gonna always try to make to make this a boxing conversation. Always, she always gonna bring in boxing slooping my sister La La Di and I am purposely avoiding it. I am purposely avoiding it. Yeah, slow down to move faster. Number sixteen, Prepare for resistance, Prepare for resistance? Did everybody hold on? Is everybody clear on? Fifteen? Slow down to move faster. Clarity is always faster than confusion. You understand what I'm saying. Slow down a first? All right? Sixteen I'm moving on. I ain't gonna be labor the point. Prepare for resistance. Yeah, prepare for the resistance. Anything meaningful in your life will meet resistance. Anything that you're trying to build that's meaningful is going to meet resistance. Prepare for the resistance. You gonna meet it. Yep. Growth meets resistance. Discipline meets resistance, entrepreneurship meets resistance. Fitness meets resistance. Yeah. People expect the road to be smooth. You understand what I'm saying. Expect the road to be smooth. You know what The road is smooth for. The road is paved, and it's smooth for the bullshit. Yeah, it's smooth as hell for the bullshit it is. It is smooth. You feel me. I'm a person that if I get on the road and the road is so smooth, I start looking around. Can we have a real conversation. It's trouble man, Tuesday. We family, so we can have a real conversation. If I get on the road and it's smooth as hell, thriving glow with Joe and everything is cool and it's all lined up and I'm looking and shit, I put my hand on my booty. I put my hand on my booty. Somebody. I put my hands on my goodies. I protect my goodies. M something this don't seem right. I think somebody trying to tie me up, fuck me and rob me. I'm just finna tell you the truth. If we can have. Real conversation on the Trump, then Tuesday, let's have it. If the road is too smooth, somebody finna tie you up, fuck you and rob you. I ain't going my spidy sisters start tingling my heart. I ain't bullshitting what that was too easy? No, they're trying to catch me with my hands in the cookies. Y'all trying to catch me with my pants down. I ain't going. Hell no, saluting my sister Tay Tay showing love over on the rumble, Thank you love m M. They're trying to get you too. It's too smooth, shit hard stat They trying to get you. They trying to get some of that sugar. They trying to get your sugar. Can't underscore what's up with your hummy. It's too smooth. It's too smooth, Joe. They're trying to get some. Of that sugar. Mm hmmm. Prepare for resistance. If it's too smooth. The smooth road is easy and paved. It's gonna lead you straight to the bullshit. You're gonna end up somewhere buttonneked, sticky and shivering. M M, I ain't going. And the odd thing about life, though, is when people start trying to do things, they. Expect the road to be smooth. Like, nah, the road to improvement is always up. It's always I'm talking about always, it's always uphill. It's always uphill. Nah man, mm hmm, yeah, k underscore sticky baby you ay man, bro, you wake up with no shirt on like dudd lee on different strokes, sticky. Like, man, what the hell didn't happen? You went to the bicycle shopping your ass got sticky, Shayrdstad said, asked out, you. Feel me sticky? Like? What the not again? Type shit? Hell? No, if it's too smooth, I'm my man, My spidy sisters is tingling. Somebody trying to get something from me? Said pause no pause, nah, no pause, all gas, no breaks? You feel me? Man? If it's too smooth, man, somebody trying to get somebody trying to get your sugar. I'm trying to. Tell you, mm hmm, I ain't going, man. Hell naw, I'm gonna get it. If it's too smoo, I'm gonna get off that motherfucker. Hell Nah, what y'all mean, bro? We gotta man state. They trying to get us down here, man, We got to meet the devil at the crossroad. They're trying to sell like we're trying to get our souls. You crazy. Give me the steps, please, stairs, break by brick please. The road to improvement is always uphill when you expect resists. Since you're not surprised by it, you feel me. A lot of people are turned away because they're expecting things to be smooth and to be easy, and then when they hit that resistance, they stop and they say nah, man nah. Tayate Brown said, hell, hounds on your trail. What you know about cross rolls? Girl? What you know about the crossroads? What you know about the cross rolls? My daddy and my uncle called each other Jack Butler because they cutting heads. What you man? Let me along? Ta ta you about to make me? You about to make me throw this whole equipment. We about to make me tear my studio up. What you know about it? Jack Butler? You feel me? What you know about it? Hell? Hounds on your. Trail, Hey man, ain't no way Cuz she said, if blind Dog, fullling, smoke House Brown, girl, what you know about what? You better talk that talk girl? What you know about that? Y'all don't know what we're talking about. It said, this shit ain't for you take. Tell you what you know about it. They call me Willy black Dog, fullting, smoke House Brown, the one and only Willie Brown. It ain't no way, m M. If the road is too easy, we fil to go sell our souls? Are you crazy? When you expect resistance, you're not surprised by it. And what you expect you can prepare for because what you're gonna do when you meet that resistance, what you're gonna do when you meet that resistance, because the resistance is gonna cause you to go to the next level. But you prepare for it so you know, because you already know it's coming. So that is why Principal number sixteen is prepared for resistance, because it's coming. When you start changing your life, Nella, the great people are gonna resist. You understand. When you start growing, people gonna resist. Neela. You go over there and you share it every day. Hey man, self mastery. We over here on this self mastery shit, we ain't bullshitting. And you know who over there on that me and you. You post it, I come over there and say thank you, sins, I appreciate you, and that's it. Me and you every now and again will move to the needle when somebody like it or come along. But for the most part, it's me and you. You stay what I'm saying. Now, if you go over to your page and you post some bullshit, you're gonna get a hundred likes, You're gonna get. A hundred comments. You understand what I'm saying. You post some bullshit gossip that's going on in the city, You're gonna get a hundred likes, You're gonna get a hundred of responses. Same thing with me. I post this shit every day. Crickets. You feel me, Let me go in there and post some bullshit about something going on in the city or some piece of celebrity bullshit gossip that is going to take away energy from me mastering myself. You're going to get resistance when you're growing. You expect it, though, so you can prepare for it, so you ain't shocked. You ain't startled. You understand what I'm saying. People gravitate every day in this platform. We got twenty some of our people will end up with a hundred on here on this platform, on a YouTube platform by the time we've done salute to everybody catching the live string. By the time we've done today, we'll get up around a hundred. You feel me. Now you go over to some celebrity gossip, messy internet beef bullshit, and you have ten thousand people over there. You feel me. Growth means resistance. People are going to be resistant when you building, but you can prepare for it. You feel me, You can prepare for it. Principal seventeen is a rough one, but I'm just gonna I'm just gonna jump into it like we just gonna we ain't gonna play with it. We just gonna go ahead on the get to it. Man. Respect time, ruthlessly. Heavy on the ruthlessly. Respect time ruthlessly. Time is one of the only resources that you can't recover southing my brother boxing and barbecue in a building. What's up with you, brot Respect your time ruthlessly. You can rebuild money, you can repair relationships or replace them. You can regain knowledge, but lost time is gone forever. You feel me, it's gone forever. Every day we surrender hours of our time to distractions, and those hours turn into days, which turns into weeks, which turn into months, which turn into years. So ultimately, those moments that we surrender to distraction, those little idybity moments that we think are significant, they turn into years. Years. Now at my tender age of forty eight years old, and I know I'm fine, I'm handsome. Oh man, I understand, but I'm forty eight down there, fitty almost half of almost half a hundred, almost half a hundred. You understand what I'm saying. Man, I've surrendered years of my life to distraction. I've surrendered years of my life to distractions. Back of the South, what's so with you? Hummy? Yeah, yeah, Tay said, Shorter days when we get older. Thriving glow with Joe said, time is precious. Yeah yeah, Ab said yeah, leisure time adds up. And I'm not even talking about leisure time. I'm not even talking purposely leasure time. I'm talking about full fledged, unadaterated distractions turns into years. Respect your time like it's life itself. Because it is because it is you respect your time like it's life itself, because it is Respect your time ruthlessly. Like, man, I'm telling you like and I didn't get bad because I didn't get older, and my patience is gone. So like I be on some wrap this shit up when people talk to me, like, now, you gotta wrap this. You gotta wrap this shit up. Like if you talking to me and we're starting to get you, you redundant, and you repetitive and so on and so forth, or this shit is insignificant and it can't help me. I'm wrapping you up. You feel me when you come and you just start talking to me. Yeah, I'm gonna make you feel like you're you are impeding all my time. Like when I'm walking through Sam's Club and I'm on the mission and people want to talk to me and try to sell me something. I'm going to. Make you feel uncomfortable because you're impeding on my time. I got somewhere to be, I got something I'm trying to do. Respect your time ruthlessly. Stop allowing people to play with your time. Respect your time ruthlessly. All Right, we almost there, We almost stare. We're gonna finish on time today, Principal eighteen, y'all gonna get mad at me because I'm about to be all in your wheelhouse. I'm on your front porch. It's like monopoly, nigga, I'm on your property. Y'all Quit making promises, make fewer promises. I ain't gonna say stop making promises, Make fewer promises. She harshtat your good promise making ass. My brother Thomas Feu said, growth is a lonely place, but it's for show. Peace. Yeah, take, they said, time is not on our side. I have missed all this. Take. They said, cook, so I'm gonna cook. Quit making fewer promises, Quit making fewer, fewer promises. Over Commitment destroys your peace. Over commitment destroys your peace. Your piece is destroyed by over commitment. People want to say yes to everything. We want to say yes to everything. And we talked about why that is, but we say yes. We want to say yes to everything, projects, events, uh requests, responsibilities. But every yes cost you something, Like every yes, there's a price attached to that. You feel me, there's a price to every yes cost you something. And sometimes the absolute most discipline word in your vocabulary is no, just to clean, no, just a complete sentenced no, just no, you feel me. Fewer promises, and you know what comes with those fewer promises. Stronger commitments come with those fewer promises, Fewer promises, Stronger commitments so you can be bonded to your word. I'm putting to my veins, so you can be bonded to your word, you feel me. Stronger commitments, which go with those stronger relationships that you have. I told t Fu that I was gonna come help him move because I ain't got a whole bunch of promises that I'm beholding to't. I ain't stretched thin. I told my brother I was coming to help him move, so I can show up and I can be there because I hold my brother, I was coming. Stronger commitments, stronger relationships. Ain't got a whole bunch of bullshit around. I ain't got to go be over here in bad groceries for this photo opportunity with the frat. I ain't gotta go over here and play games and bullshit here. I ain't got to go over there and do this little silly shit over here. Nah. Nah. Stronger commitments, stronger commitments, less promises, fewer promises, stronger commitments, stronger relationship, and at the end of the day, greater peace. It's greater peace. Y'all make fewer promises. It's principal eighteen, principal nineteen. Y'all about to be mad at me again. Finish what you start. Let let's just get straight to it. We roll right into it. Finish what you start, Finish what you start, Finish what you start. Starting shit is easy, like starting things is easy, Finishing them is rare. Think about all the things in your life that you started. How much of that shit have you actually finished? How much have you actually finished? Finishing is rare. But completion builds something powerful. It builds something powerful, It builds something extremely powerful. It builds confidence. It builds confidence. When you complete projects, you train your mind to trust your discipline. You feel me those of us think about it. Those of us that went that went to college right, and you finished college. You graduated. Not no disrespect to people that started and didn't finish, but people that finished college right. You built confidence, and you trained your mind to trust your discipline. You trained your mind to say, hey man, I'm gonna I'm gonna start this ship, and I'm gonna finish it no matter what, and whatever comes with it, fuck it. But were gonna finish you feel me. You train your mind to trust your discipline to get it done. And when you graduated with that first degree, what did you want to do? You wanted to roll right into the next one and get the next one done because you had built up this trust in yourself to realize that you was you was, you couldn't be conquered. I think whatever gods may be for my unconquerable soul. I think whatever gods may be for my unconquerable soul. Because you built confidence. You are speaking from a place a confidence when you are when you have developed an unconquerable soul. How do you develop an unconquerable soul? You finish what you start. And that's what happens when you when you when you finish what you when you really finish what you start, you trust your discipline. However, when you constantly abandon things, you train your mind to expect failure. You train your mind to expect failure when you don't finish what you start, Finish what you start. Man Completion builds credibility with yourself. You understand what I'm saying, and how can you be solid and credible to other people and you haven't built credibility with yourself. Completion builds credibility. Finish what you start. That's principal nineteen. All right, Principal twenty and I'm out the doe. Principal twenty and I'm out the doe. Structure creates freedom. People think structure is rest restrictive. Structure actually creates freedom. Financial structure creates financial stability, which creates financial freedom. Daily structure creates productivity. Mental structure creates peace. Chaos might feel like excitement, but chaos creates stress. Even if it's not immediately, eventually chaos creates stress. Structure creates space for your growth. Structure creates space for your growth. That was it, man, That was the ten you feel me. That was the ten for the day. That was the ten for today. Oh Man, that was our order focus. That was the second installment man, of the forty eight Principles of Peace and Productivity. Man, to commemorate my forty eighth birthday, You feel me, and that section was called order and Focus. Define your roles. Number was number eleven twelve was focused on one mission. What was that eleven, twelve, thirteen was protect your mornings. Fourteen was eliminate energy these fifteen was respect your time. Sixteen was finished what you start. Seventeen was build structure into your life. Or excuse me, finish what you start. That was it. I lost myself. Finish what you start, Finish what you start. King Fanny said, got to rewatch episode one for the first ten. It's there, bro, it's still be up all right. But anyway, man, build structure into your life. Y'all gotta build structure into your life, because discipline isn't just about effort, man, it's about order. We move into the next section tomorrow, and man, y'all show up tomorrow. Man, I give y'all a peek, a sneak peek. It's emotional control and peace. You feel me, it's emotional control and peace.
