What's good with you? Hey man? Salute to the family though. But once again man, walking to the Black Coffee Club live. Man, this is where we talk about self mastery, personal development, community empowered empowerment, and our conversations that are gonna move the culture. Man, It's gonna move us culturally. These are the conversations that matter to us, man, And were here for it. You know what I mean. We're not here for a whole bunch of gossipy man, y'all know the bab We're not here for that. When you come here, this is all about mastering you and what can you do to get better? Me? I come in here because I have a goal to get better. How can I get better? What can I do today to get better. What can I do to get better? So for those of us, you know, you know, I'm not gonna put an age limit, no age, age, race, creed, color, nothing with regard to these conversations. However, you have to come in here and you have to bring your authentic self with you. Man, leave your representative at home. Man. But we are striving to level up man personally and personally means we can't help but to level up professionally and so on and so forth. But you know what I'm saying, you welcome here. That's all I'm gonna say is you are absolutely one hundred percent welcome here. Twenty twenty four taught me a whole lot about myself, man, Like a whole lot about myself MJ's total health and wellness in Richmond in the building. What's good with you, homie, I'm talking about it. Taught me a whole lot about myself, man. And as I reflect on my you know, I reflect over the year and I'm able to apply and adjust like this was probably one of the most impactful years on my journey with regard to forcing me to adapt the new perspectives and also to kind of confirm the stuff that I already knew, you know what I mean, and also to practically apply because it's one thing to know stuff, right, feel me on this. What's up with your trees? Salute to my beautiful, beautiful sister Floyd, the trees in the building. What's up with the treacy, Oh, Memphis, Tennessee. Dian you feel me, my BCU family. But it's one thing to learn stuff, and it's one thing to know stuff. And it's a whole nother thing to confirm the stuff that you already know. But then there's this whole practical application piece, right, you have this whole practical application, like you have to practically apply to said information. Man, And that's rough, you know what I mean. That's rough. But there's a lot of things that I learned about myself. Now I'm gonna give it to you all. Like I said, twelve of them, it's a whole lot more than twelve. It's only appropriate. I feel like it's only appropriate for me to spend to share twelve at least on this platform. If we further the conversation over on a simple truth network, you know, I'm I'm you know, I have no problems sharing over there. But as far as far as here. You know, I'm gonna givet y'all twelve. They're not in any order of importance or any order of anything. You know what I'm saying. I'm just gonna I just want to just give them to you all. And then I also am going to challenge you. I want to challenge you to reflect over what twenty and twenty four did to you? What did twenty and twenty four do to you? And what lessons are you going to be able to practically apply moving forward into twenty and twenty five? You understand what I'm saying. Did you load get heavier or did it get lighter? You understand? Did you take on more responsibility or did you share it? Or did you share some of the bullshit? You know? Do you have more luggage? Do you have more baggage? Do you have more grief? Do you have more stuff wearing you down? Or did you shake loose? You feel me? Did you did you shake some shit loose? And how are you gonna be able to carry your load moving forward? Like? That's where I'm at with it, Like how am I gonna be able to carry? And what am I gonna be able to do moving forward? And I'm not gonna lie to you, Trees. I'm trying to be a minimalist, like I'm as far as as far as emotionally and spiritually like I'm trying to be and even physically like I'm trying to be a minimalist. Man, I'm trying to shed everything I don't need. And I mean that. I mean that literally, figuratively, emotionally, spiritually, I mean it in every way that you could mean it. I'm trying to shed everything that I don't need, trees, like I don't if I man, if I don't need it, I don't want it. I don't want to carry it, I don't want to hoard it. I don't want to hold onto it if I don't need it. Man, I'm good. You understand. So let me see. We're gonna do these, and we're gonna do these and and in no particular order. You know what I mean. But for me, one of the things I learned, and these are twelve, but the first one is, man, authenticity is a superpower. You know that, you know, authenticity is a superpower, like in a in a real way, like your authenticity is a superpower. When I just and y'all a lot of y'all didn't catch it when you came in and I said, bring your authentic self here. Leave your representative at the crib, Like, put your representative up. Y'all know we got the representatives that we have that we present to the world. You feel me. A lot of a lot of us, a lot of a lot of you got a representative that you present to your family. You gotta represent it that you present to the people at the job. You got to representative that you that you uh, that you you, you you man, that you you give people you know in the world that you encounter. Y'all gotta represent it that you give. Baby, you feel me, You gotta represent it that you get at woman. You got to represent it that you get at man, you feel me. But no lead your representative, and I want you to bring your authentic self. Yo. Uh what it was saying on statue of liberty, your tired huddle masses yearning to be free. You understand I'm saying, like, bring you that tired huddle mass of yourself. Bring your ass up in here in your authentic form. You gotta come around me and you gotta strip down. Well, fellas, y'all stay dressed. You understand I'm talking about sisters. You gotta strip down, you feel me and drop down and get your ego on. Now. You gotta bring your authentic self here. And this might be the only place in the world, and for a lot of us, this might be the only place for the week that you can come and be your true authentic self. You feel me, But nah, no, no, no, no, no, no, no no no, you gotta bring your You gotta bring your authentic self. Authenticity is a super is a superpower. And I'm in this world now where I'm always in my thoughts and I'm very reflective, and I watch a lot and I sit back and I look at a lot of stuff, and being real, one hundred percent true to who you are, it attracts the right people and the right opportunities, and it will absolutely, positively, unequivocally repel fake and toxic things and individuals. In twenty twenty four, man I realized that the more I learned I leaned into my authentic self, the more the more things lined up for me, the more blessings start coming in, the more opportunities start presenting themselves, the more things started to line up for me, the more people started to get out of my way and get out from around me. You understand what I'm saying, but your authent And then it also allowed me to sit back and I'm watching and I'm looking, and I'm like, and I can just look in this world and I see that nobody is being their authentic self. And I don't know if it's on purpose or on accident, right, or I don't know if you're hiding something, if you're trying to get over because all of that, for me, it equates to somebody trying to get over. When a person tries to get over, it is a it is a it is a it is an unfair exchange. There is a nothing something for nothing, you know what I mean? That comes behind that. If somebody is trying to get over on you, right, then there's a there's a something for nothing. Right. One of my biggest triggers for me is the is for people to feel like to play on my intelligence or to think that they're getting over on me. That's a big that's a big no no for me, Like that is a big red flag. I don't I don't really you know, I don't give people opportunities to play with my money. I don't really give people opportunities to play with my time too much. You you might get an opportunity to play with my time once. But excuse me, but a person who is trying to get over on me is a yeah, that's a that's a short far away for me to not I will stop fucking with you on some for real, and I don't care who you are, like, I will stop bro the distance between betwixt us will grow exponentially. If I feel like you're trying to get over on me, you understand what I'm saying and so, but that comes from me me, uh, recognizing that people will try to get over not being authentic or a lot of people and this is real. You don't know how to be your authentic self. You don't know how to be your authentic self. Every since you were little, you had to be somebody else, you feel me, every since you were little, you had to be somebody else. Yeah, like you had to present this way, you had to present that way, and you had to be somebody else. And uh. One of the things I really love about my upbringing, I love about my father, and I love about my tribe is I was allowed to be my authentic self. You feel me. I was allowed and even encouraged to be my authentic self. Now I had to do it respectfully, But I was allowed to explore things. I was allowed to do stuff. I was allowed to engage in different activities, you know what I'm saying. So I was able to do certain things. I was able to be a nerd. I was able to be an athlete. I was able to be cool. I was able to be I was able to be a ladies man. I was able to I was able to be a young, little flirtatious, managed little boy. You feel me. I was allowed to explore. I was allowed to do a lot of things, and I was always allowed and encouraged to be my authentic self. Though, and one of the one of the one of the the most thorough ass whoopings I ever got from my father was because I had He told me not to do something, and I did it anyway. But I did it following a group of kids from the neighborhood, my friends. It's like, man, we're gonna go do it. I'm like, bet, you know what I'm saying. And I went with them, and so I got the ass whooping. And when my Daddy told me, was like, Bro, you not even your own man. You feel me, this would be different if you did, if you did something that you decided to do. But you're not even your own man. You're not even your own person. And that was one of the biggest lessons I took from my father. And those of y'all that know me, you know what I mean, Like those of y'all that know me, know me, Salute to the God, my brother. Like God, the guy will tell you, TIFU will tell you. Like those of y'all who know me personally know me. Some of y'all encountered me and shit, but I'm talking about the people that know me. You already know. I'm marched to the beat of a different drum like I do. I do, man, I do my own thing in my own way always, and I am. I've grown up in this space where I've always been allowed to be my authentic self, and I've learned excuse me, twenty twenty four has taught me that it's a superpower. It's a superpower. People will. People aren't amored will being amored when you are your authentic self, when you are unapologetically authentically who the hell you are you feel me? King Vannetty six said, are you a leader or a follower? Basically? Basically? And this is this is this is the truth of King Vanney eighty six. I haven't. I haven't followed a motherfucker since. I haven't blindly followed somebody since never never, anything that I've ever been a part of. I assume, I assume you know what I'm saying. I lead from my position, saluted my brother five O three line in the building. What's up with you? Bro? I love you, Bro? I love you five O three line, Bro. I miss you too, Bro. I need to call y'all. I gotta quit acting like I can't just call y'all. But any I've always led from my position, and if I come and I am become a part of something, right, my job is to figure out how I can make it better. Rather it's the LDBC, Rather it's BCU, Rather it's you know, any any organization that I'm a part of, any volunteer work that I do. My job is to come in and figure out how to employ my abilities to make it better. And if I can't make it better, then I can't be a part of it. You understand what I'm saying, but I've never blindly followed anything or anybody since then, since that lesson. It's wild. But anyway, y'a ain't gonna let me come on, trees. You I ain't gonna let me get through my lesson, she said. Tree says, authenticity is very lonely rolled It requires introspection, self awareness. Everybody can't sit with them salves, trees. Everybody can't sit with themselves. And the thing that came to me today though, when I was, I was, I was, I was. You know, I'm gonna tell you the truth, you know, Trees, I was. I was out to shire Trees, and I was putting on my I was putting on my my, my moisturizer. Trees. I was moisturizing this copper skin. I got you fear me, Trees. And I'm just playing, y'all. I'm just playing. I'm just playing. But anyway, and it came to me, Trees. Nothing great ever came from a loud room. Nothing, nothing great. I can't think of anything great that came from a lowdom be about a foreign salute to my brother in the building, what's up with you, broke? Nothing great came from a loud room, Like, think about these loud rooms that we're in. You feel me suiting my brother Stormy, be me in in a building. What's up? What you broke? Think about the loud rooms that were in? What great is coming from a loudroom? Greatness is cultivated by an idea, and it's usually in somebody's silence and solitude. Nothing a loud room is just full of distractions and conversations and posturing and and a lack of authenticity. Nothing great comes from a loud room. I know, for me, every every great thing I've ever created, every great thing I've ever touched, every great idea I ever had, and never came from a loudroom. It either came from myself in solitude, or it came from an intimate conversation. It came from an intimate conversation that I was having with a with a with a confidant. You feel me with somebody that I trust, an accountability partner of one of my brothers. You feel me a love interest, you know, one of a woman, so that female in it. It came from something none about Nothing great comes from a loud room. Nothing, nothing, Oh, this is the great? What's good with jo? Hommie, I'll see you nothing great. I've never experienced anything great came that came from a loud room. So I beyond that. I beyond that. All right, lesson too, man. Core values are guiding light. Man. And you see an absence of core values, you know what I'm saying. You see an absence of core values. If you go up to the average person. If you go if you go to uh, the average person, and you ask them what are they're give me your core values. They're not gonna have nothing for you. They're not gonna have nothing for you. But core values are guiding light. Like my values are the things that I value are like pillars, and every decision is going to be based off what I value. What my values are all my personal, business, professional, spiritual, all of my decisions are going to be based on what I value. And if you don't know your values, then you'll just drift with whatever way the wind blows. Man. So now watch this. Think about the political landscape in our culture. Think about the political landscape of how people have to be fed and have to be told which way to support. And you can't look at that, and you can't look at us culturally and tell me that there is not an essence of values? What are you valuing? Your values should dictate your political stances. And I'm talking about values. I'm talking about the stuff that you're going to stand on and stuff that if you got to get took up out of here, you're gonna, you're gonna, you're gonna, you're gonna, you're gonna you took up out of here. On that you feel me? What are your values? And the average person in twenty twenty four I learned don't They're not in touch with their values. And you see people just drifting. You just see people drifting. No disrespecting nobody, but you see people drifting. You see people here and then they over there, and then they over there, and then they're over there. And you'll see people consuming this content here and then you'll go over there in a couple of hours and they're there. And then you get a couple of hours, you'll go there and they're there, and then a couple hours you'll go there and they're there. You feel me, and it's like and I'm looking at it, like, bro, how do you just drift through your day like that? How do you just drift through your day? You feel me. How do you just Oh, yeah, that's right, I agree with this. Oh yeah, that's right, I agree with that. Oh yeah, that's right. I agree with that. And it's like, na, man, you have to have there is an absence of values, like you have to have values, man, And if you have and you are in touch and in tune with your core values, there's certain things that you just don't want to hear. There are certain things. There are certain conversations I've learned based on my values that they are beneath me. You understand what I'm saying. There are conversations that are beneath, far beneath where I'm trying to operate. You feel me like I'm literally trying to operate here and I'm trying to a sin to somewhere different that certain conversations, excuse me, are below where I'm trying to. Man, I'm not even entertained. I don't even want to reach down and have that conversation. But that's based on my core values. Bro, you understand what I'm saying, Like, my core values won't allow me to over to over analyze where a man I'm just gonna say it, where a man is sticking his penis. You feel me, I'm not finna overanalyze that. My relationship won't want I mean my relationship, my values won't allow me to saturate, to oversaturate my life with celebrity gossip and celebrity culture and things that are going on in the rim of celebrities. My values won't allow me to do that. You feel me. My values causes me to literally, I'm trying to reach into myself and I'm trying to pour out to others. I am trying to cultivate the dopest set of kids I ever seen, uh ever seen in my life. And I'm trying to allow them to be their authentic selves and experience this world in a in an environment that is cultivated for them to be safe, but then also to continue to carry the mission forward. I'm trying to program them with a mission. You feel me be about a farm said, stocks and growing food. Nothing else in rotation for me, period. Come on, man, you gotta I know you got that crypto in there too, bro Stocks crypto and growing food. Brother Tree said, I'm a thoroughbread you sure are, man, But nah man like I'm literally like and I and I'm gonna tell you, and I'm gonna say this and then I'm lead. I'a y'all alone, because this is a whole different show. This is a whole different show. And y'all don't steal this. I know, y'all be like in a borrow for the content creators. Your algorithm is supposed to look like your values, y'all be cool on me. You feel me. Your algorithm is a direct reflection supposed to be a direct reflection of your values. Either I can look at your algorithm and I can see your values, or I can look at your algorithm and I can see that you're a drifter, just drifting your way through life. You feel me? But I would, I would, I would? Who do I? Who do you trust for your crypto? Uh? Shave girl? What do you mean? Like? Where do I store my crypto? You asking where do I? Where do I store my Where do I store my crypto? My brother five or three line said, not it be about a farm, said? He said. Crypto is just like stocks. Grab that XRP right now. If you know, if you know you know to ripple to ripple, to ripple to ripple, if you know you know a be about it for if you know you know. All right, man, all right, all right, all right, my brother five or three line said, noted bro in a real way, five or three man, Your your algorithm is supposed to look like your values. Okay, Where do I buy it? Where I store it? Okay? Shave girl. Dang. This is a this is a conversation we need to have over on the simple over on the SI truth network. But I tell you I have I have a primarily two brokers exchanges that I use, and then I store my crypto. I keep some crypto in there just to be able to move it around to spend and so on and so forth. But I also have a cold wallet that I use. I have a Ledger nano x that I store, like the majority of my stuff is on my ledger. It's a cold wallet. It's off, nobody has access to it. I keep a little bit of money in exchange so I can move around. But usually I'll go in when I make my when I choose weekly, I'll make my money. You know, I'll do it weekly. I shoot it from one exchange which I use. I use Coinbase still for one of the exchanges I use. Uh, well, i'll talk about that. We got to have this conversation over on the Simple Truth network. You feel me, come over to the Simple Truth Network. We'll had that conversation over there, www dot the Simple truth dot network. But then I move it, and then I move it finally to my cold wallet. But get you a cold wallet. You have to have a cold wallet. You get and get your cold wallet directly from the store. Don't buy it from eBay, don't buy it from Amazon, don't buy it from anybody secondhand. Get it directly from the store. Get it from best buy or and then I'm you know best bias is. You can get it directly from Ledger. You know what I'm saying. You can get it directly from Ledger if you will. But grab you a cold wallet, store it on your cold while at a cold while. It looks like a USB. Uh not a USB. I'm sorry, what's that called flash drive? And you store it there? But those are the places that I store. But I still make I'll make a purchase here, then I'll transfer it there and then I'll transfer it from there to my to my cold while it finally, but I had to do that because everything that was going on with the XRP. But now you can buy XRP everywhere you know right now. So but anyway, yeah, so so that's how I do it, all right, You then took me totally off the shay girl, y'all come over to the Simple Truth Network and then we'll we'll we'll chop it up over there. Pose the question. Come over to the network and put the core us in the network, in the actual in the actual network feed, and then we'll talk about it. Be about a forest too. I need you over the network, bro, I need to give you an area about growing food. Bro. I told you, I want you to have a whole area over there where you you take us through how to grow food. Man, I'm waiting on you. You got your you got your whole area over there. Come on now, Tree said, I even set my intentions for my algorithm. I don't want no bush no bs coming down my timeline. I need to be enlightened ninety five percent of the time you feel me, then that little five percent you be shaking that ass already. I'm already knowing you need that five percent to shake that you feel me, gotta you gottao hoo. That's that other five percent, Trees, Nah, it's like three percent is three percent is food. Three percent is food. So ninety five percent enlightened, three percent food. Then you got that two percent trees already, I'm already knowing. All right, all right, alright, alright, alright, alright, right. My take for this, and I'm challenging you are identify four to We're gonna say four four core values and aligned your daily habits, goals, relationships with them, and watch how your life transforms. Those of you all who are in the Simple Truth Network, I have a surprise for you. I posted it yesterday. I don't know if you got it or Notterce I inboxed you. You specially because it's because of you. You understand what I'm saying. Because of you was the reason why I kind of mashed the gas on getting it done between you and Queen Saven me one. But for those of you all who are currently members of the Simple Truth Network, y'all go over there to the Simple Truth Network. I got a surprise for you. You are absolutely one hundred percent Yeah, it's you, and thank you for your support. Hey, this my sister said. She said, torquing is spiritual. So I heard I can see that right. Number three, the House of cars is falling. The house of cars is falling. If you look at twenty twenty four, it exposed a lot of cracks in systematically. I could say that in our country, in the United States of America, systematically, a lot of cracks have been exposed economically, politically, socially, health health wise, and it's like the house of cars is ready to collapse and waiting on something to save us. You know what I mean. It's very risky business. For me. I have come to the realization that everything I thought is not true. You understand what I'm saying, and so I operate that way. I operate like I hey man, I operate like you can't just tell I take everything at face value, and then I go through my own research and stuff that I feel. I know that I'm not tripping. People call it conspiracy theories and so on and so forth. Nah man, everything everything I got you, I got you. I got you. Soon as I get up out of here, I got you everything everything. I'm looking at it, and I'm like, nah man, nah you feel me. Everything from growing my food, the importance of controlling my food, my intake, medicine, vaccinations, everything, everything, everything, Everything I look at it all the political infrastructure, the financial systems, everything, you know what I mean. And it's simple stuff and it's right under your nose. It's stuff like like the man look at y'all, is like the Federal Reserve. Do y'all know that's not even a federal entity? Is not even a government entity. Did y'all know that the Federal Reserve is not a government entity. It's not a part of the government. Did you know that the house of cars is falling? Man? Invest in yourself, build your community, and rely solely on and don't rely solely on anything outside of what you put your hands on. And you gotta have a backup plan financially and mentally. What's the backup plan if this all goes heywire? What's the backup plan? You understand what I'm saying. I gotta give y'all takeaways. I ain't been giving y' all these takeaways. I've been tripping. The first one was authenticiticity. The takeaway from that is is don't water down your essence. Your authenticity is your magnet. You got to use your authenticity as your magnet. We got to get back to community trets. We got to get back to bartering. We got to get back to working with each other. You got to get back to figuring out who your local farmers are, getting your produce from your local farmers, building those relationships. The takeaway from the House of Cars is falling, is investing yourself, build community. Don't rely on shaky systems. Buy your at list. Tree said, buy you at list, Get your at list. You feel me. You know, I don't know how country you is. You know, I don't know how country is. I don't know if you want to get an Alminac too. You hear me, I don't know how country you is. But yeah, but yeah, and you got to have a backup plan financially and mentally. You understand what I'm saying. Number four lesson four For me, I'm only through four. My lesson four is peace over everything, man like I cannot explain to you, Uh I came my thing that came loose. I cannot appropriately explain to you, or I can't hear myself am my monitor. So y'all gotta bear with me. I cannot appropriately explain to you how important my piece has become. Like it's peace over everything, like any thing that is interfering with my peace. Man, I can't deal with it, man, and I have to exist stage left. Any anything, anything that interferes with my piece. And I'm talking about like my peace. Anything is peace over everything, y'all. Yeah, it's peace over everything. It's peace over everything. Like man, piece is priceless. Once you taste like real peace in your life, you will realize that no amount of drama, money, clout, notoriety, no amount no amount of a kouchie or or pink or penis, no ejaculation, no, none of that is worth sacrificing your peace. Baby, can't be cute enough to offset your peace. You understand what I'm saying that that man can't be fine enough. He can't he can't throw enough demon dick, damn. I was trying not to say that to offset your peace. Man. In twenty twenty four, I learned the importance of peace, like really having peace, and I also understood what was challenging my peace. King Vonnie and I have And it's like every day, even in my labor and even in my work, and even in the creation and me being a creative, even in all of that, my piece is paramount. You feel me like my piece is paramount. And this year has taught me to protect my peace at all costs, cutting off toxic relationships. I set appropriate boundaries. I say no to things that disturb my equilibrium. Trees, if it disturbs my equilibrium, I ain't messing with it at all. Anything that disturbs my tranquility. King Vonnie, I'm not messing with it. Pieces paramount in my life. It has to be in order to meet, for me to produce and do the things that I need to do and protect who I need to protect, and provide where I need to provide, Like, I have to be at peace. And you got to understand, like if you think about it conceptually, right, even when you're at war, right, what is the purpose of war? The purpose of war is to get back to a state of peace. You understand when I'm having when I have these conflicts, And that is why I'm so intentional with conflicts, right, And these are the conflicts that are worth having. Some conflicts just aren't worth having for me, I've learned, goes back to my peace. But even in conflict, like the whole objective of of of entering into a conflict with a business partner or a loved one or a friend or or a baby, or or your children or whatever. The whole concept of entering into conflict is to get back to a state of peace. It is to reach a resolution. It is to reach to resolve the conflict and get back to a state of peace. Peace is paramount in my life. Shaquila Fields, salute to your sister. Or is it shequilla? How do I say it's a Shaequila Fields? I think it's shequila like tequila, but it's shaquila. And I bet you, I bet you get drunk. You do the butterfly too? Still salute to my sister, Shequila Fields. I bet you be drink. I bet you drink that liquor and you get and I bet you drink that liqual and you and you start doing a butterfly. Felix knew there and saying should we all be doomsday prepping? Bro? Straight up, man, we're entering in places where we don't know, Bro, So you should definitely have a plan. You should definitely have a plan. You should have some like minded individuals around you, and y'all should have a collective plan. What are we gonna do when it go? When it go, when it go, when it go? Haywire. You feel me, What are we gonna do when it go haywire? Shaquila says it's the key sound and those laughing the most He's let me know it gets it gets wild with Shequila salute to my system. All right, all right, all right, number five my number five lesson from twenty twenty four that's changed and shape my life is the research everything. We're in the age of information, but misinformation is just as rampant. You feel me, and they are still like they've always have tried to hide the powers that be try to hide the information. Twenty twenty four has taught me to take to us to not take anything at face value, especially headlines, medical, medical advice, and financial tips. Feel me, you say something to me, I'm like, yeah, that's cool, and then I go into a deep dive research and right now it has never been easier to get I'm talking about libraries of information on any set on any said subject, if you know you know. But the takeaway from that is, man, take your curiosity seriously, fact check, cross reference, and always dig deeper, especially before making any decisions. You know what I'm saying. When you get that diagnosis and they tell you that you know, we're gonna treat it this way that way. Man, don't don't, don't, don't man walk away from that and go do your own research something we've not done. Go do your own research, you feel me, Do some research. Stop being lazy, stop being distracted, Stop being so caught up in the in the day to day hustle and bustle, and do some and do your own research. You understand what I'm saying. Do some, do some research. All right, all right, all right, Number six were halfway there. Holistic health is wealth. Holistic health is wealth. And that's coming off of what we just talked about. Holistic health is wealth. Get back into them herbs, get back into them, elixirs, get back into getting back into you know, and and and and if you are able to do it from a spiritual from a spiritual frame of reference, Oh my god, you feel me, Oh my god. King Vonetti six said, let nutrition be thy hospital. Yeah yeah, ab said, you saw the doctor who falsely diagnosed people with cancer. Which one, bro which one? But get back into those, get back into You have to operate with the belief I have a I actually have a herbalist that I that I go and see salute the doc. H he gets me all the way together. Man, you gotta believe you gotta research, research and be and and really really think about I'm talking about. Man. And if you grew up like me, you remember, come on, man, your grandma, big mama nanny is what I called her, pau Paul. They had elixirs, they had herbs, they had uh tonics, they had things that they used and it was something for everything. And I remember Papaul had this jar that he took and the jar had the jar had onions and garlic and vinegar and peppers and and some stuff in it, and he would take it and he would take it every day and it was for pop Paul. It was for Poppaul. Blood pressure, you feel me, you know what I mean. Remember remember y'all getting sick. They you know, they call it toddies and all that kind of stuff, But y'all remember getting sick. And I remember my my, my nanny had a she had a it was a Jack Daniel's bottle, but it was honey and whiskey. You understand what I'm talking about. It was honey and whiskey, and it was stored in a cool place and it was the honey and whiskey that had the honeycomb in it. You feel me. It was honey and whiskey, and there was still the honey comb in it, so I would be able to Sometimes I would get the honeycomb. When I drank someone, I would get sick. You throw that honey and whiskey. Get that honey and whiskey. Put your socks on. Man, go to bed, sweat that stuff out. You get up in the morning and be a new man. You feel me, Tree said, Yo, My big daddy did the same thing and called it his blood pressure medicine too. Yeah. Yeah, it was a jar. It was a clear jar. My papa had a It was a mason jar. You know what I mean. That he kept it in and it had peppers. It had onions, peppers, garlic. I gotta assume that was vinegar, water and something else in it. I'm pretty sure he had some other herbs and stuff in it. And he would he would take it. He would he would drink a little bit of it today, and it was for his blood pressure. We got to get back to that. We got to get back to that. Trees like, that's what we got to get back to. But holistic health is wealth like not my opinion. I'm not gonna say that. I'm gonna stop there, holistic saluting, my brother demanded of the plant based pugilist. There's a herb for everything. You know what I'm saying. King Vonnietty six said, God did it right? You understand, my brother be about a farm's right on cue, He says, ain't nothing like growing your own medicine and food, and the prices for neither are ever going down. Keep playing if you want to. Yeah, holistic health is wealth man, That was That was it? Big Dad says, Get back to the farm and not the pharmacy. You feel me quieling here dropping this, she said, Exodus fifteen less than seven for me was embrace the spiritual things and the ancestors. Embrace the spiritual things and your ancestors. Now listen to me. This is gonna get hectic, you feel me. This is gonna get hectic. Kahi, what's up with you? Called me? Salute to you. This is gonna get hectic because a lot of things in twenty twenty four and in the modern world, I'll say, will take you and pull you away from spiritual things and pull you away from your ancestors, and they replace spiritual things and your ancestors with control substances, control things, and and fictional characters, fictional characters. You already have a spiritual system, like you are born with a spiritual system that is cultivated. You understand what I'm saying that it's cultivated. It's cultivated by the people that raise you. Now watch this, desk, Watch this, desk, watch this. This is so powerful. Kayh. He watched this. So you're born, you have this spiritual system, and you got your you know, your mama and your daddy, but more importantly than that, you got grandma and granddaddy. And if you super blessed, you got your great grandma and your great grandpa. And these people are pouring these things until you got aunties, you got uncles. You got people that are pointing into these things into you, and they are forming in shaping your spiritual system. You understand, regardless of what it's called. Regardless of what it's called, you feel me, they're shaping your spiritual system. Right trees watch and then they transition to go be with the ancestors. You feel me. Then they transition to the other side of the realm. Still having that influence, still having that influence and that gravitational pool on your life, still having the ability to reach out and touch you, still having the ability to intercede with for you, still having the ability to to to to to just come in and man, man, I smelled my grandfather the other day. My grandfather had a distinct smell. I smelled my grandfather. My grandfather used to shave with a razor. Then you use old spice just out of nowhere. You feel me in at night. You know what I'm saying. Popaul Ware, You know, Tidy used to bed and he wore v neck white T shirts and he wore A shirts too, and he wore jeans with suspenders. Pap Paul would get cleaned up because he was a working man. Papar get cleaned up. Shave real good, slap some of that old spice on out of nowhere. I smelled pop Part the other day. Man. They have the ability having poured into you and shape you, and they have the ability to still intercede for you and to become readily and even more available. Man, I appreciate you ca here you already know, bro. Salute to your family. Yeah, man, it's crazy but the world to tell you, like you know, the world will minimize the importance of these things. You know what I'm saying in your life. And I'm saying, nah, man, you gotta lean into that. You got to lean into that. You got to lean into that, lean into that spiritual growth become became a focal point for me. I learned how to honor wisdom for those who came before me. I embraced the presence of the ancestors in my life and the life of my of the life of my tribe. And and I trust in tangible things in life. You understand what I'm saying. Trees, we had that bonfire when I couldn't come to Atlanta, because we did our family. We did our family. We did our family harvest. So we had our fire, you know what I mean. And we did our harvest. We celebrated the harvest, and we did it. We did it a couple of weeks late this year, but anyway, so we did it. And so for me, it opens up these these portals, trees. So it's like I open up these portals and I'm out there, and you know what I mean, I'm out there at the at the at the cramps at the site before everybody get there. I'm building afar, I'm playing music. I'm walking around with my Hollywood, walking around with my sage, getting everything in order, and I'm building a I'm building a fire to to to really to to just honor, you know what I'm saying, to just honor the ancestors. So after that, I had some visits from some ancestors, one of one of which who wasn't mine trees. It wasn't it wasn't my it wasn't my old folk, wasn't my ancestor. It was an ancestor of a very good friend of mine. Came to see me, came to see me, came to see me, and I'm like, man like, and I can't do nothing but embrace it. You feel me? And I sit down and I understand, Like, all right, I understood when I when I really meditated on it and reflect on it, and really I had to take it to the spirit, guys, And I understood why the ancestor came to me. I understand the purpose. I understand the timement, like I understood stand it all now, But I didn't you feel me. But the takeaway from this was whether its prayer, meditation, or just simply simply acknowledging the creator. Leaning into your spiritual element can give you strength and guidance and resilience. You feel me, be intentional man with these spiritual things. Don't ignore it because it'll happen to you out of nowhere. It'll happen to you. You feel me, it'll happen to you. Yeah, nah nah. Supreme Be said, it was an old white lady. Nah man, it was nah man, it was it was a It was a it was a man. It's old. It was a old old man came from a long line of shooters, a long line of stand up, a long land of stand up individuals. From what I understand, All right, lesson eight, let'son a for me, man, it's control screen control screen time is clutch. Control controlled screen time is clutch. You feel me? Man Tree said, if if you were close to them in three D, it's still your ancestor. Huh. Control screen time is clutch. Screens is everywhere. You got your computer screen, you got your you got your you got your your work computer, you got your laptop, you got your you got your iPhone. She heardstat what's up with your baby soalute to you. She heart stat with your fine self on top of the top. I'm so glad to see you. Man, you got to control your screen time. In twenty twenty four, it was powerful me for me to understand the importance of man putting my put that shit down. You understand what I'm saying, like, you ain't got to check everything. You ain't got to You ain't. You ain't got to do everything. You ain't always got to have a screen in your hand. You feel me. You ain't always got to be on the tablet. You ain't always gott to check social media. You ain't always got to do that. And the screens are everywhere, phones, TVs, computers, and they consume They consume your life if you're not careful. This past year forced me to re evaluate how much time I spent on these screens, how much time I spent watching TV? How much time I spent on my phone not being productive, how much time I spent on my computer? How much time was I scrolling? Set boundaries, which are devices. That's the takeaway from this. Set boundaries, which are devices, schedule time for you to not be on your screen, control your your your social media usage and you'll find more clarity, more productivity. You know what I mean, You'll you'll you'll find that has a tremendous impact. Number nine, man less than nine for me is reciprocity is foundational. Every single one of my relationships has to have has to have reciprocity at the foundation. You feel me, Joelah Laney, what's up with your baby? Ab I see you, true will? What's good? What you hot? Me? Salute to you man, I love you family. Reciprocity is foundational. If you are in any relationship and there's not reciprocity, it's a toxic relationship. Any relationship and I don't care who it is. I don't care who it is. Any relationship that you have and reciprocity is not at the core of that relationship, it is not a foundational principle of that relationship, then it is toxic. It is a toxic relationship. Go bicker with somebody else you feel me, Go argue with who raised you. Think about it. From the time that we was kids, right from the time that we from the time we were kids and you had a friend, what did you have you had a reciprocal relationship? You understand what I'm saying, man, you want to ride bikes. Yeah, I want to ride bikes. You got your bike, I got my bike. Let's go ride. You like riding bikes with me. I like riding bikes with you. And that is how I have to carry my life from here on out. Fundamentally, Hey bro, you like me, I like you. Reciprocity is there. You understand what I'm saying. I got a message to give you. You here listening. Reciprocity is there. It's stamped. You understand. Like every relationship that you have in your life, reciprocity has to be a foundational principle of it. If it's not a foundational principle of that relationship, that relationship is toxic. If it's a give give, give, give, give, give, give, it's toxic. If a motherfucker is always calling you and saying, hey, man, I need this, A can I do this? A can I do that? It's toxic. If somebody reaches out to you out of any, out of any just out of nowhere and says, hey, bro, I need to talk to you. I got I'm thinking about and I want to hear y'all want to pick your brother. That shit's toxic, bro. Each and every each and every single uh, each and every relationship that you have, it has to be based on reciprocity. Your children, your spouses, your friends, family, colleagues, anybody that you have a relationship with, it has to be based on reciprocity. Relationships thrive on give and take, whether it's friendships, romantic partnerships, professional alliances. Reciprocity keeps things balanced. You gotta check your circle. You gotta check who around you. Are you giving as much as you receive? You might be on the other end, you might be receiving way more than you give. It's some balance. That's a toxic relationship, and it's only a matter of time before the other party is gonna be burnt out on your ass. You feel me, Noah, It's got to be a balance, man. It's got to be a check your circle. Check your circle. Check the people that have access to you, check, the people that call you, check the people that text you, check that energy. You gotta check. Reciprocity has to I'm talking about this shit changed my life, Kahi. It changed my life. Bro. So yeah, when you call me and it ain't no nigga, ain't no reciprocity in our relationship. Bro, it ain't no reciprocity. If I feel like you're playing with me man, and shit's over and i'm and i'm and I stand on that and a fight come with it. It is what it is. We gotta get to get to these fundamental principles. Reciprocity is everything you feel me, Joe Delaney said, you just made me come out the bushes with this one. Nah, Joe, I don't care if it's your mama. If you're in a relationship with your mama and this give give, give, give, give, and Mama, I ain't got nothing for you. That relationship is toxic. Go argue with your mama, Go argue with her. No, every relationship in your life, every relationship has to be built on reciprocity. That's it. Some of y'all go to jobs where there's no reciprocity. You a goddamn fool. There has to be reciprocity in every relationship or it's toxic. Reciprocity is foundational. I ain't gonna. I don't wanna do it. I don't want to do it no more than that you feel me. I don't want to do it. No, more than that. Reciprocity has to be. It's foundational in every relationship. If I got a relationship and reciprocity ain't there, hey man, If I'm always over on your channel, you ain't never over here, Bruh, Ain't no reciprocity. You understand what I'm saying. If I'm always sharing and supporting your shit, you ain't never shared support my hey man, Reciprocity ain't present. You feel me. If I'm always here trying to help you build what you're building, you feel me. And then I'm over here building and you, hey man, ain't no reciprocity. If you got the asinine audacity to pick up the phone and text and or call me to ask me a question about something that I've taken my time, energy, effort, resources to build, and you're trying to build your own, but you don't support what I'm over here building. You out your goddamn mind. There's no reciprocity present, Bruh. Lose my mother fucking number like you have. Reciprocity has to be. And I'm gonna speak for myself because I'm gonna be selfish for a minute, because I'm I'm bad as barbecue I'm a bad motherfucker trill Will, and I'm bad as barbecue. It's too many ways to support me, to not support me. It's too many ways. There's too many ways to support me, to not support me, you feel me. I think this is a good time to tell y'all that the cash app is money, signed Junior, The Truth. J U n I O R t H g E t r U t h that's the cash app. It's too many ways to support me. It's too many. It's too many black gentleman groom in products. It's too many uh punch junkie magazines. It's too much merchandise, you feel me. It's too many. It's too many books. It's too many simple truth minute man. You know the one hour book that have changed the way you watch the clock, written by yours tru lead Junior The Truth. It's too many, goddamn books. It's too many. It's too many. It's too many planners, you feel me, it's too many. I wrote a book on romance to try to help you manage your time. And romance in the moment is what the books call time management and intimacy, that's what the books call It's too many of those books. It's too many, it's too many ways for it's the punch excuse me, the punch junkie Uh, excuse me, the punch Junkie network, the simple truth network is what I was trying to say. It's too many ways to support to not support, And so you make a conscientious effort to not support what I have going on. But then you pick up the phone and you call me and ask me for something. Are you nuts? There's no reciprocity there. The relationship is toxic. Reciprocity has to be foundational in any relationship that you have. She Harshtat says, facts that should have drained you trying to pour into everyone without them refilling you back up in return, pulling your energy back, pull your energy back respectfully. I want to call y'all motherfuckers, but I ain't go back and watch the beginning of the show. My formula for staying sucker free, Man, I can't be associated with no sucker Ship because I can't be like y'all. Know that. Man, if if you, if you, if you, if you see a bunch of people I don't know, if you see a group of like, if you see people that don't take care of their kids, and I'm with people who don't take care of their kids, what somebody gonna think? You understand what I'm saying. If you around somebody that that that that if you around some women and they sell that kiddie cat and somebody see you with them treats, what they gonna think? You hear me, they gonna think you selling that buckem ride on. No man, no, absolutely, one hundred percent. I stay sucker free, and I'm i'm I'm I'm. I'm not around no drama, I'm not around negativity, I'm not around toxic conversations. I remove myself. You understand what I'm saying. My formula is, I stay true to my values like I have my values that I talked about earlier. My values are my guide in light, and I tap into my values and when i'm and when I'm in places and ency situations, around people or in conversations, my my choctaw senses, get the tingling trees, fuck Spidey, my chocktaw, since it's get the tingling, And I'm like, nah, I think this might be some sucking shit. I gotta get away from here, you feel me? And I am one hundred percent uh well within my rights to say to uh to stay sucker free. And this is I got two. I have two ways that I stay sucker free. She harsh that I am either solo dolo those of y'all who encountered me. She hearshed that trees shawah big dazz my homie whatever man trill will, dang man, I didn't seen so many of y'all. I didn't hug y'all neck my brother Rayley, we grew up together. Let me see who else. If I didn't, I don't say your name. TIF. You was in here, G was in here, Supreme Beast boxing talk. You already know what it is. Kallak Red. Listen to me. When y'all see me, and y'all can vouch for this, I'm by myself. I'm so low. Look look look, look, look, look look look Trell will I'm solo dolo man. When you see me, I'm by my mother, my sister shave girl. How I fucking shade girl, my sister shave girl. When you see me, man, I'm pulling up by my I'm by myself. I'm in my electric car or my van, and I'm by myself. She harshtack, I'm by myself. We go to Walmart to go get the camera stuff to camera supplies that we need for the for the event. When we was on our way to she High Park, she harsh that I'm by myself. Baby, I'm by myself. Shahwah came over there at the event at the LDBC even I was sitting here, I was by myself. Yeah, Supreme Beat said, he said, you not by yourself? Ding you heavy? He said, you heavy with the bag with you already, Trill Will say. Every time I see you, you by yourself. I'm by myself, man, I'm by myself. Bro. I'm either by myself, that's one way, or I'm with my kids, because my kids be more thorough than a lot of these people running around. I'm either by myself or I'm with my trildren. You understand what I'm saying. I'm with my trildren, either by myself or I'm with my kids. That's how I stay sucker free. And I realize the importance of me staying sucker free and how to do it and constantly and consistently stay in it. You understand what I'm saying, and I stay and I'm telling you I stay sucker free because I'm gonna give y'all secret. Y'all ready, Trill watch this beat, Supreme beasts, watch this, bro, Listen to me. Think about this shake girl, y'all. Well, I'm talking specifically to the fellas. Hey, listen, listen, listen, listen, hey, Trill Will. Suckers ain't never with their kids. Sh suckers ain't never with their children. That's it. That's the heck. Suckers ain't never with their kids. When the last time you've seen a sucker with his kids? When the last time you seen a sucker with his kids. Suckers ain't with their kids, man. Suckers to see you with your kids, and they move around, Bro, they'll see you with that woman. They might come up and talk to you, you know, just to be nosey and try to figure it out, Kahi. But they see you with them kids, sucker's gonna bounce. Suckers ain't never with their kids. That's how I stay sucker free. Listen, man, it takeaway is you gotta stay, stay with stay, trust your gup. If something feels off, it is, if it's some sucker shit, you feel like it's some sucker shit, Man it is. You understand what I'm saying it is, and that's it. She harsh, They said no, But you're right though. Suckers ain't ever with their kids, mama at all. All right, less than eleven. I gotta go. We got twelve less than eleven for me that I learned, and I'm taking away from twenty twenty four and I'm applying and we over a hour. It's like an hour seventeen, you know, I gotta go. The market that opened everything all right, she said, She said, they always with their grandma. You feel me a sucker gonna fast somewhere for his kids to go, but they ain't gonna be with him. Energy cannot lie, even when even when people try. The mouth might be lying, the body language might be lying, the tensions might be lied. Like everything can lie. Excuse me. Energy cannot lie. Words will deceive you, actions will deceive you. You feel me like ay man, ay, women fake orgasms, you understand, top, Hey man, listen, they will deceive you. Energy does not lie. Pay attention to that energy. She didn't fake that. Oh uh uhh, daddy, Daddy is yours? Then when you talk to her, what's the connection when you talk to her, when you tell her your innermost thoughts, when you tell her, hey, I need you give her some constructive instruction. You feel me When you give her some instruction, it's meant to construct. What that energy do? Yeah? Yeah, when it's time to be accountable, what that energy you do? And I'm just speaking about that. It's vice versa. And also you can apply that to anything. Energy does not lie. Energy can not lie. It is always authentic. In twenty twenty four, with me operating in my authentic self and being consistent about being my authentic self. In twenty twenty four, I mean I have understood the ability to read energy and energy cannot lie. Pay attention to how people make you feel when you interact with them. Do you feel energized? Do you feel enlightened? Or do you feel drained? Energy don't lie. It's instinctual, man. It is an internal compass that is attached to your values. What do you value the most? Energy do not lie? If a person come and talk to you, what's your energy? When you see a person, is it all man? Do you open your arms to embrace them? Or do you got to take that deep cleansing breath before your first word with them? Energy does not lie. When a person talk to you, and they're talking to you about something that you're doing or something that you're accomplishing, and they use words like, hey man, you still got that little You still got that little magazine? Energy don't lie. Energy can't lie. You feel me? Is the energy consistent? It's the energy consistent? Is the energy consistent when you get around other folks? You feel me? Do people still you still let people? Y'all? Still let people play with you? And act like they cracking jokes, but they really don't fuck with you. Y'all still do that. Yeah, energy, don't lie, and sisters, I'm gonna be real with y'all because I love y'all enough to be real with y'all. I fear the most for y'all because y'all don't have the ability to have a lot of authentic, genuine, cultivating relationships with other women. Y'all don't have that. You don't have that. Everybody's always trying to one up the other. You feel me, y'all are in this silent competition with one another, and y'all in this everybody's trying to one up each other or nobody wants to be authentic out of fear of being judged. Y'all have it real bad, sisters, fellas. We've allowed that energy, We've allowed that energy to infiltrate what we got going on, because it's a whole lot of bit shit going on with men. And it trickles from that, you feel me, It trickles from that. But but a lot of you know, sisters, y'all don't have genuine relationships with sisters that are gonna love you, and they don't love you enough to tell you when you're falling off. They don't love you enough to pour into you. They don't love you enough to come sit down and spend time with you. They don't love you enough to tell you, girl, you always turning up. You need to sit your motherfucker. You need to sit down. You feel me, girl, You need to go home and plug into that man. You need to go plug into them kids. You need to be worried and functioning about taking time for yourself. Sit down. You ain't always got to be seen. Sit down. You ain't gotta be at every event. Sit down, sit down. You need to do some shit for yourself. Site. Y'all don't have people in your life, women that love you enough to tell you that. Y'all don't have authentic relationships. And I say, y'all be lucky if y'all got one. Y'all don't even And it's real unfortunate for y'all because big Mama is in the club, is in the club, twerking and shit and listening to Glowriller. So you don't even sisters, don't even have a don't even have a guide no more. You don't even have nobody to come pinch you in a fat part of your arm and tell you to get your ass up and go make that man plate like it's man. Y'all. Don't have it no more. Sisters, you know, auntie, big Mama. Then they used to get you together. They used to pinch you by your arm and pull your ass in the side and circle you and get your get your ass together. Don't you bring them kids out here looking like that? What's wrong with them babies? Why them babies look like that? Why that man looked like he ain't happy? What's wrong with you? What are you doing? Why you keep your house like this? You feel me? Remember when? Remember when motherfuckers used to clean up and keep a clean house. Remember people's houses to be speaking Spain. Remember when you used to be able to go to a person's house at any given time and their house be clean and immaculate, and it smelled good and you can sit down, Big Mama. Ain't even here to check your temperature, to check your chin no more. And Lord knows, a man can't tell you what's doing, and it ain't supposed to A man ain't supposed to be to tell you how to be a woman. You feel me? And if he is if you do got a man trying to tell you how to be a woman, he'll probably take a dick. Energy don't lie, Energy don't lie. That's a whole other conversation. Y'all pulled me into a deep one. Energy don't lie. Pay attention to how people make you feel. How do you feel? How's your energy level when you're around folks? How's your energy level when you're around folks? I ain't even mean to go there, shah, Well, I just kind of get I just kind of got pulled down. The number twelve. My lesson is number twelve for twenty and twenty four, the very last lesson for me for twenty twenty four, and it's got me, it's got me totally fired up for twenty twenty five is you are controlled. You are one hundred percent controlled through your emotions. And there are a lot of people that make a lot of money with that knowledge. She hard to say. How you going to end the show like this? We need to recycle this convo. Bro. We showed do because I got I got something for brothers too, because big, because because pop Paul gone, Pop Paul gone, and the energy gone too. We ain't got the pop Paul energy. But anyway, you are one hundred percent control through your emotions, advertising, politics, personal relationships. Anybody can manipulate people will manipulate you through your emotions and awareness of how external forces try to tug at your feelings. It's crucial. Like when I'm able to sit back being my authentic self because already know I'm a player, you feel me, So be me being player made, being my authentic self, sitting back scoping the scene, and I'm looking and I'm like, hmm, you know what. You can one hundred percent be controlled by your emotions. You feel me, and a person will say any in, any and everything to get you off your square emotionally because then they know that they got you. Yeah. Yeah. So the goal is not to you know, people say like, nah, you can. You gotta master your emotions. You gotta not be emotional. Nah, that's not the goal. The goal is to identify, understand, and to identify and understand your triggers and then master your respon sponds to your triggers. You feel me, that's the goal. Recognize your triggers right, master your response to triggers. I'm gonna tell y'all trigger for me. I love y'all enough to tell y'all the truth. I'm triggered by stupidity, especially loud stupidity. You feel me because a lot of times you'll be in conversations and a person people's thought process is that the louder you are, the more correct the information is. So loud stupidity is a trigger for me. So I understand that, and so I'm not a person that's going to get loud with you. With my perspective of information, I am a person that will remove myself from loud stupidity. That's a That's one little example. You feel me, But you have to master your response to the triggers. You got a that's practicing and emotional intelligent intelligence so that you don't become a puppet that operates in fear, anger, desire, horniness. You feel me. She liked me, and I like her. I'm gonna give her all my money, please, You feel me. No, you don't respond to loneliness. You don't respond to rejection, neglect. You don't respond to those things in an emotional capacity. You feel me. I'm so I'm so player now Shawah. If I go somewhere and I feel like shawah, listen to me. My presence is a present you welcome. So if I go somewhere and I feel like my present presence is not recognized as a present, I can remove myself because I love being by myself anyway. You feel me. I love being being by myself anyway. Yes, I love being by myself. I'm not controlled by emotions. I'm not controlled by my loneliness. So my loneliness allows me to just accept anything. Or I feel lonely, and so I need to go and just be anywhere. I was just having this conversation with people yesterday. I was talking about my brand now my brand, And when I say my brand, I don't mean to punch Junkie. I don't mean Junior the truth. I don't mean the simple truth. I mean my brand as a person. Calvin Dean Robinson Junior, the father of a Lessa. Jace and Calvin have a brand. You feel me my brand. I was raised a certain way. I have a code by the men who raised me. You feel me and women. I always say men, but the women, people, everybody that raised me, that poured into me. I'm a village baby. My generation is the last generation of the real village babies if you know, you know, so I was a village baby, and so I have this brand, and so the brand I'm protected. I protect the brand, and I protect the brand. You don't just see my brand anywhere. You feel me. My brand is very scarce. You won't just see me at the club or at the shake them up or at this event or at that event, or I'm around you know where the niggas are, or I'm around where the who's who is or a whole bunch of frad shit like or a bunch of sucker shit. Not. My brand is too important. I protect my brand, and my brand has value, you know why, because of the scarcity of it. You feel me. You don't see me everywhere. So if I actually there and I actually if I'm actually there and I actually pull up, you know you somewhere special. You feel me. That's where I'm at with my brand. You will never say never hear nobody say yeah you know, KL gonna be there. Nah. You might hear somebody say Cal said he gonna be there. You feel me, but it's never a yeah, Cal gonna be there. My brand is too special. I don't just go anywhere. I don't just pop up anywhere. I'm not just I will go somewhere and sit by myself before I just go places. My brand is valuable because of the scarcity. That's that's economics. One on one. Me and t FE was having this conversation yesterday. That's economics. That's that's economics. That's financial that's financial advice one on one. The more rare something is, the more valuable it is. You understand what I'm saying, Supply and demand. When there is a lack of supply, the demand is greater. You feel me, The demand is greater. So I get people have events and I get personal invitations. Hey, man, pull up to this event. I got you. You know v what Yeah? I get yeah because my brain. That's that's my brand. My brand is and I'm not And to quote my brother, the late Korwin fields Man, rest in power, korwhin Man, my brother. I'm not saying that I'm a somebody shower, but I'm not a nobody. You feel me. I'm not saying that I'm somebody, but I'm not a nobody. And that is the power, the seriousness, how serious I am with my brand, And a huge part of that, once again is me being intentional with controlling and operating my life in this control way, with complete one hundred percent control of my emotions. Don't be a puppet all of the time when you walk around, especially in these heightened political streets, during these heightened political times, these presidential elections, the quaterrenial shit, you know what I mean, every four years, everybody's talking politics and you see people emotionally going bersark and losing their minds and whatever the case may be. No, man, you gotta pull back, gotta control yourself, gotta control your triggers. You don't be up. I'm not going to be a puppet for anything, you feel me, not even boxing people get you see people so upset and so enraged about the support of boxing, and this is going on in boxing, and that's going on in boxing. Bla blah blah blah blah, and I'm chilling. I might do a boxing podcast. I might not. If you want to hear some box of content, go over to punch Junkie. Should be sure you got your Bill eye concept and go watch it. Go check out that dope ass Muhammad Ali childhood video. I just did you understand what I'm saying? But at the end of the day, control your emotions. You can one hundred percent be controlled through your emotions, and there are a lot of people that pay a lot of money for that.
