If you’ve ever had that moment where you said,
“I’m changing everything starting today”…
this episode is for you.
In this episode of The Black Coffee Club, JuniorTheTruth™ breaks down why overcorrection is one of the biggest traps in personal growth, and how trying to fix everything at once actually creates more stress, resistance, and burnout.
This conversation covers:
• what overcorrection really is (and why it feels productive)
• why extreme fixes usually collapse
• how awareness creates focus instead of urgency
• why fixing one thing beats fixing everything
• how to make aligned adjustments without pressure
• how to build momentum without burnout
Real change isn’t loud.
It’s focused.
When you slow down enough to see clearly, you stop firing in every direction—and start moving forward with intention.
☕️ Pull up. Breathe. Focus.

Honestly, I believe we might have to host that on Rumble because we get really really really really really down in the weeds. Man, we get funky like a monkey. So yeah, man, yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah bus Saluta uh uh, everybody falling through Man, come over to Rumble if you haven't done so, Man, you just find me over there, Junior the truth like you do everywhere else. I have links in the description of this video. This is the that's the January. We're coming up on the end of it. We coming up on the end of it. Man, My sister kids said, I do micro habits to implement changes. I do you do that now like you do that now because you're a little bit more studied and a little bit more calculated. You understand what I'm saying. When we were younger, you know, we was fools with it. Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah yeah yeah, we would we were we was, we was man, yeah, we was food. We was fools with it. We just gonna upend everything. And I haven't tried. I haven't tried. Upscroll ayb the brother Stormy b Man says, encourage your audience to follow here. Talking about the rumble, he said, the more who do, they'll be able to enjoy my content uncensored. You feel me, because we. Gotta be We gotta doll it down over here, you know, I get to I got the dangerous content slap, the dangerous content label slapped on me over on YouTube. So we gotta come on over here and rumble so I can give you that uncut I can give you I can make your funk p funk. I want my funk step th on. You understand what I'm saying. Make my funk the p funk. I want my shit uncut. It's gonna be uncut over a rama. But anyway, so third game Bos says, they say, if you practice something twenty one days in a row, it becomes a habit. They have a lot of they have a lot of they have a lot of There's a lot of different people who have different formulas with regard to uh to establishing a habit. Some people say sixty I've heard, I've heard like thirty, I've heard twenty, you know what I mean. I heard the most popular myth I believe is like twenty one days, you know what I mean. It takes. But then people say also that there's an average of sixty six days to form a new habit, and that's you know, anywhere from eighteen to two hundred and fifty four. All depends, I think, honestly speaking, if I'm being real, it really truly depends on the habit itself and depends on you as a person, you know what I mean. Because there's a lot of things that catch on, and then there's a lot of things that don't catch on, you feel me, So it really truly depends on the habit. I think it depends on you know what what what uh if? The ques, the actions and the and the reward. I think for the habit, I think the more rewarding a habit is, I believe, the shorter it is to implement, you know, honestly speaking, I think the less rewarding the habit is, the longer it takes to implement, because we gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna, we gotta act. We're gonna act like we know you feel me, because we've dissected habits here. You know, we got the cue, the action, and the reward. We've dissected habits. And the stronger the reward of the habit, I think, the easier it is to implement. Does that make sense? Like, the stronger the reward is, I believe the easier, the easier it is to implement. Like if something is ailing you, you understand, Like, if something is ailing you in life and you know something hurts you feel me, and that reward is the reward is instant relief of whatever that is that's hurting you, that's gonna be easier to implement. You feel me, like like for instance, you know, we old so we could talk like like like a motherfucker got the gout. Somebody got the gout. They know if they eat their pork shoulder sandwich, you feel me. Chances are the gout gonna flare up. So a good habit for them is to eat a little bit, to be more conscious with how they eat, because that is the instant reward. You feel me or when people have, you know, issues that are flowing up and they drink some tar cherry juice. You understand what I got tart cherry juice and refrigerator. You swing some chart tar cherry juice and things kind of reset and go back to normal. So then you incorporate sweet tarry tart cherry juice or sweet tart cherry juice tart carry juice into your into your your your your rotation, you feel me, into your medicinal habits until your your vitamin habits. I think that the more powerful the reward is, then the easier it is to implement. You know what I mean? Uh? Whatever said habit is saluting my brother Thomas. You've seen you in a building he said, what's good fam Good morning to the chest. Salute bro. I appreciate you sliding through. Yeah, So we gonna so we're gonna act king Vonnie. We're gonna act like like we know like we don't. We have a deeper understanding of habits than most folks because we've broken it down to the simple acronym of a car. Our habits are taking us from one place to another. So your habits, you look at them as a car and once again, the C, the A, the R, the Q, the action and the reward. We've broken our habits down to the simplest compound. You feel me salute to the messenger to one fab what's up with you, hommy? See we we we really I'm gonna just i'm aa just like I want to talk of this talk, but I gotta, I gotta, I gotta really talk my talk for a second with regard to this self mastery, self development, self improvement, like we really balling like a dog. I don't know if y'all know it or not, but we really balling like a dog, Like we really didn't got to it like a lot of fluid. In January with the month of intentional Awareness as it relates to our self mastery blueprint, shout out to everybody that's got your simple truth. Men in manual, the second edition of the book as well as the Planner. We really bothering like a dog. We are, well, we're well off into it for the month of January, like we really, if I'm telling the truth, we really didn't got busy. We didn't really got busy. Yeah, we didn't really get busy. But at the end of the day, let's get back to it. So we tend to fail when we want to change everything at once because we overcorrect. When I say overcorrect, I know a lot of people was like, man, what is this boy talking about? Like I'm always talking like you just keep talking, junior, what are you talking about? All right? So when I say overcorrect, we're gonna name let's name it. We're gonna name it. Name the trap. It's a trap. When the trap like a mom over correction is when awareness hits and instead of adjusting, you panic. Did y'all hear what I just said? It's a trap. Over correction is when awareness hits and instead of adjusting, you panic. You panic. Instead of adjusting, you panic. How many of y'all visualize the car when I said that? How many of y'all visualized driving when I just said that. Coming back to a car, we keep coming back to the car. How many of y'all visualize the car? When I said you overcorrect? Overcorrection is when awareness hits you and instead of adjusting, you panic. So you notice bad habits, wasted time, misalignment, inconsistency, and of and instead of responding calmly, you try to erase everything. You try to erase everything immediately. You try to erase everything immediately, immediately, instead of responding calmly, try to erase everything immediately. Over correction is not that shit, ain't it ain't discipline, It's it's it's it's anxiety, but it's anxiety, and it's dress stuff is motivation, but it's really your anxiety taken over. You understand what I'm saying. Yeah, So like kid pushing one, she didn't hurt us, she depressed one. You feel me. She got some news she could use. Nah, it's really it's not discipline, you feel me. It's really anxiety. An It is a response of anxiety. It is your anxiety responding, but it's showing up as motivation. So it's wearing motivation's clothes, but it's really anxiety. It's dressed up. The big bad Wolf dressed up like grandmama. That's what it is. That's what overcorrection is. So if you could relate to extreme schedules, you're trying to become more disciplined. Discipline, So you create an extreme schedule. You feel me. You start cutting off different comforts all at one time. You just start cutting off different comforts. You start creating punishing routines for yourself. You feel me. You start saying, man, I'm done with all these distractions. You cut off everybody. I'm done with all the distractions. That shit ain't strategy, man, that's stress. You understand what I'm saying. It ain't strategy, is stressed. Yeah, yeah, Philly's doing there, says So I shouldn't just just scorch earth something at the slightest misstep. Nah, you don't scorch earth, man, that's over correction. You feel me once again. Think about the car, think about driving, You feel me, And y'all ain't have y'all. Ever accidentally been texting and driving. Y'all been accidentally scrolling on social media and you hit them sleep strips. They hit them sleep strips. You adjust. You don't jerk your car back to the center of the road. You're gonna create an accident. You have to adjust. You don't overcorrect. You adjust. It's the same thing with your life. Imagine being in your life and you hit some sleep strips and you overcorrect because you're gonna wreck something. You're gonna wreck something. That's all this is. I really should end the show right there. That's all this is. We really should end this conversation right here. You don't overcorrect when you become aware of something, you become aware that you're you've drifted off the road, you hit the sleep strips, you're now aware. Your answer is not to overcorrect. Your answer is to adjust. But that's we'll get to that. We'll get to the answer. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Overcorrection is not strategy, man, it's stress. And if this has ever been you though, y'all can follow Kia's lead and just put one in the chat. If you've ever taken notice, become aware of something and went to overcorrect, or in Felix doing as his voice when scorched Earth, then y'all put one in the chat. Y'all put one in the chat. Yeah, man, I tried to change everything and burnt out. If you ever tried to change everything and burnt out. Yeah, yeah, man, I. Gotta sit with that for a second for our sniper salute, Hommy Phillies dow that salute. Shit, Man, I'm the main one need to be putting one in the chat Tivy two salute. I'm the main one. I didn't try. I didn't tried to flip the script on everything. I didn't try to flip the script on everything in my life. Like, man, I'm about to be a new person, brand new. I'm about to create myself brand new or make myself over extreme makeover and wrecked everything. I became aware of something and I overcorrected and flipped my damn, my damn vehicle. Yeah yeah, all right, here's the shift that changes everything. Sweet Ted the cheat in the building. What's up with you? Salute? She came through with the one, t if you came through with the one? Like now, we're really serious, man, And while I got y'all attention that y'all pushing one. Can y'all be sure y'all hit the like button for me? Please be sure, y'all just go down there and click that like button or click that star. If you're listening to this via podcast on iHeartRadio or wherever you catching the podcast, y'all hit the heart button for me, please. Yeah. But here's the shift that changes shit, though, here's the shift that changes shit. Your focus don't come from from force. Real spill in the building. What's up with you, homie. It don't come from it don't come from force. It comes from awareness. Focus comes from awareness. And when I say awareness, awareness is not urgency. Awareness is merely observation for everybody. That's that's that's on this, that's on the self Mastery blueprint. The month of January. What is the theme of the month of January? Y'all put it in the chat so we can see who really rocking. What is the theme of the month of January. What is the theme of the month of January? Uh uh, Joe Brittany is black. I think that's thriving glow with Joe. Hey. Hey, Joe, I said black back. Joe Brittany is back. Joe Brittany, Joe, I think you logged into your the wrong account. That's your you gotta you logging in from one of your troll accounts. Yeah, Joe, Joe Brittany, let's put it on black. Yeah, that's that's Joe Hey Joe, you're driving from you coming in from the wrong account. That show. Uh, that show, that's the uh you be solictening. That's where you be sending the uh yeah, you be sending in a uh you be sending them unselected at meat shots from that account. Girl, you gotta log there we go Thriving Glow with Joe's back. Yeah, that show account Joe by mackin it from that account. So when y'all see this, fellas, when y'all see this right here, that's Starving Glow with Joe she macking. You feel me, that's our macing account. Tivy two said, intentional awareness. That's a fact. Real spill self awareness. It's actually intentional tief. You said awareness. We got to put the intention on it. It's we got to be intentional. It's intentional awareness. That's the month of January. The month of January, kid came through with the intentional awareness. That's what this is about. Awareness is not urgency, man, it's observation. It's observation. My brother stormyv Man said, the mere thought of it in acting on impulse is directly related to the over exposure from social media and television access which is now ongoing process with no downtime or discipline to turn it off. That's part of it, bro in my opinion. I think another part of it though, is actually you're responding from a lot of it. You got your childhood traumas in there, you got your whatever, you your your adult traumas. You feel me in there, you know what I mean. It could be a traumatic response you're dealing with the way that you're engaging with the world. But I mean it really, in my opinion, the overcorrection is literally tied to our individual traumas based on our experience. You know what I'm saying, based on our experiences with the world. And that's that's true. Yeah, that's true, Stormy said. Again he over there chopping up a good game. He said, Therefore, over influenced individuals have no time to consider consequences. Mm hm, he said. Joe, that was he said, that was Joe's. That was Joe's her pH account. That was her pH account, Joe, Joe signed in. Joe came in and responded from the pH account. She from that, she from that. That was that that pH Come on, Joe, don't be doing don't do that. Don't do that. Don't do that. Joe y'all sick. But now awareness ain't urgency. It's awareness, is I mean, excuse me. Awareness is not urgency. It's just observation. And that's what we've been encouraging this whole month. Just observe. Look at yourself. You gotta notice patterns, track time, identify energy leaks, you gotta look at the root. Causes of things. Just look. All you're doing is observing. So it's just so funny because I can come here and talk to you all about Man, I observed this about myself, observed that about myself, Like I'm observing. I told you all about me burning the candle at both ends. Well, last night I went to bed in like nine. I was like nine thirty nine, forty five hours in the bed. Got up today. I was up early. You understand what I'm saying, Like, it's just noticing those patterns and just calculating this information, calculating this information and seeing rue cross causes. Yeah, and awareness, let me give it to you this way. Awareness actually tells you where to aim. Awareness tells you where to aim. Over correction fires everywhere. You understand what I'm saying, overcorrection is gonna fire every overcorrection, you're shooting everywhere. You understand what I'm saying. Awareness tells you where to aim. Over corrections just you just shooting up shit. Awareness is how you want it, Jay, I'm surgical how you want it, How you want it, Jay, I'm surgical with this bitch. That's what awareness does. Over correction. You just firing everywhere, just shooting. You're throwing everything up the wall and see if it sticks. Yeah, yeah, in your mind. I ain't gonna have y'all write this down. Those of y'all who have the planner, y'all can go back and write this down in the planet later in your mind though, right now, or you can share in. This chat if you want to. What's one thing that's been draining you the most lately? What's one thing that has been draining you the most lately? I'm talking about draining you. What has been draining you the most lately? Not five, not your whole life, not everything, just one thing. What is one thing that's been draining you the most lately? One thing? Not five things, not three, just one, just one? Think about that. Share if you want to share. If you don't want to share, confirm yes, do you have it in your mind. The one thing that's been draining you the most. I'm awake confirm, Yes, I got mine. It's the one thing that's been draining you the most. What's one thing that's been just draining draining you the most? I got mine, said, yes, Real spill shared is he said, time management kid said working for evis. Oh ain't at a but that's a bar. I gotta get on your line. I gotta get on your line, kid, because I gotta get on your bumper because we you know, we've been having this conversation for years. I gotta get on your bumper. All that greatness you've got I've been I gotta get on your bumper. Man, I got mine. I got mine. Right. That's where the focus begins, just like that, that's where focus begins. Real spill, your time management been draining you the most? That's where focus begins, homie. That's literally where focus begins. Bro. Yeah, she Harshta says. She said making time for people who don't who doesn't make time for me? So basically, you say that reciprocity, a lack of reciprocity is the shit that's draining you the most. That's where the focus begins. She heart stat that's where the focus begins. That's it. That's awareness. That's awareness. The mere fact that you can sit there, you can go to that space, pinpoint it, and then you can share it. You can share it. That is awareness, and that is where focus begins. Yah. Yeah, all right, so let's do this, Jack King Vonnie said, organizing my finances. That's what's been draining you the most. That's where focus begins. The fact that you know that, King Vonnie, that's where the focus begins. And you can go in your mind and you can pinpoint that space. That's where focus begins. Intentional awareness. January is about intentional awareness. I just felt like grabbing his microphone and throwing it against the wall because we're working like we've been working this month, and man, this shit here what we're doing. I'm telling you, oh we ooh, we like the I'm man, let me contain myself. You feel the old folks say they felt like, I feel like shopping. I feel I feel like shouting. I'm feeling get happy in here. It started hitting myself all upside of the head with the microphone. It's getting real. Uh, it's getting real. Uh, it's like I'm catching the Holy ghost. I'm like I'm catching the Holy ghost. Man. That is where your focus begins. So let me, let me, let's let's let's do this right. And I'm I'm y'all can feel me on this. Y'all can feel me, kid, you can feel me on this. Real Spill said juggling third shift with getting things done. That's where focus begins, homie, That's where focus begins. That's where focus begins. Y'all do realize that real change is quiet. Real change is quiet, it's focused. It's unimpressive at first, too. Real change is unimpressive. It's first, it's it's quiet. Real change is quiet. You know people do all that. Those they had those big demonstrations, and you know they be real demonstrative when it comes to change. La lad, what's up with you? Love? She said? Happy Friday? It's Thursday? Baby? Today Thursday? Baby? Is it Friday for you or some baby? You off tomorrow? Something? Baby today? Today? Thursday's Thursday. January twenty ninth, twenty twenty six baby, or maybe you maybe you, uh, maybe you watching this you maybe you commenting from the future. I don't even want to talk no more. Y'all this lady. Bro Oh shit, my bad. I don't even want to talk no more. Man, aymen, I don't want to talk no more. Man ay man say man ay man, man. Let me get myself together. Man, hey man, that's what I'm thinking. She waked them baked Stormy. Stormy said, uh, oh yeah, I think she waked in. Hey man, Hey man. The kid said, I know that's right. Fuck it, Happy Friday. Man, I ain't messing with y' all today. Man, I'm not messing with y'all today. Kid gonna back her sister's play. She say, to hell with it. It's Friday. He if you know, you know, I know that's right. Hey man, Lord, I did came in late. And not only did she not did she not only did she come in late, she came in and took. A whole day off our lives. We ain't this. We we just sung. Uh we just got through singing. It's a new day and it's Thursday. Yeah she yeah a b she she walked, she's waking bake. Did she hit the dispensary last night? Waking baked? Felix says it feels like Friday because because the snow days. Bro hey man, listen to me. Real change is quiet, it's focused, it's unimpressive. You understand what I'm saying. But this is how this is, This is this is this is how change actually works. Right, I'm talking about change that's sustainable. She heartstat were talking about sustainable change. Number one is you notice a pattern. You notice one pattern? I said, a uh, but I want you to get it. You notice one pattern. Number two is we understand why it exists. We understand why it exists. Number three is you make one small adjustment. You don't overcorrect. You make one small. Adjustment number four, then you repeat it consistently. That's it. One aligned adjustment beats ten desperate fixes. It beats one hundred desperate fixes. One aligned adjustment beats one hundred desperate fixes. Or nigger rigs is what I call it. Think about all the spaces in your life where you did nigger rigs some shit up. Like if we're gonna have a real conversation, let's have a real conversation. Think about all those spaces in your life where you did nigger riggs some shit up. You then just rigged it up, you feel me, You then just rigged it up. You ain't really did a small adjustment. You haven't done a sustainable adjustment. You just rig some shit up. You didn't blow you didn't. You didn't block that number knowing good in the hell well that door ain't closed. No good in the hell well that door ain't closed. You just one hey, big head text away you feel me? Yeah? Uh, one aligned adjustment beats a hundred desperate fixes. Give me one boundary instead of a full reset. She harshtat you. The perfect example. You coming in here talking about making time for folks who don't make time for you, and that sound like that was attached to something. That sounded like that was attached to something, to some heart strings. You feel me. Somebody that somebody that hurt that baby feelings. That's what that sounded like. I ain't trying to put you on front street, but I'm trying to put you on front street. Yeah, somebody hurt that baby feelings. That hurt that baby feeling. That baby love hard. And so somebody hurt making time for somebody. And as busy as she is making time for somebody, they don't make time for her. That hurt that baby feelings. You give me one boundary instead of a full reset. You give me one boundary. You ain't gotta do a full reset. You give me one boundary. She said, you speak to me. I'm hurt, but I'll bounce back. You got to. You ain't got no other choice but to bounce back. But you bounce back with a boundary, and not a full reset. You ain't got to. You ain't gotta cut everybody off. You ain't got you ain't gotta do a mass exodus. But what you do have to do is you gotta give me a boundary instead. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, you gotta give me a boundary. You gotta give me a boundary. You give me one habit swap instead of a lifestyle overhaul. Give me one habit swap instead of a lifestyle. Yeah. You give me one awareness pause, one awareness pause instead of extreme discipline. You just take that pause. You feel me? Nah, And and she harsh that. You know. One of the things I do because I'm big on. My time, right, and so when a motherfucker feel when a person do something and I feel like they're not respecting my time. One of the things that I do and I'm really bad about is I'm really bad about you now have moved out of a boundary circle. Right. So if you think about your life and you think about your boundaries, you look at your boundaries as a bulls eye. Y'all know the pictures of the bulls eye with the red and white bull's eye. Each one of those rings around the bulls eye. Let's say you're the intimate of the most intimates. Is the is the circle in the middle of the bulls eye, right, And each one of those rings around the bulls eye, the black and the white ones, is a boundary ring. You feel me the the middle of the middle, there's nothing that penetrates that. That's you and your relationship with God. You feel me, that's you and your relationship with God. Then the boundary outside of that is your most intimate of intimate relationships, you know, outside of spiritual. You understand what I'm saying. Then outside of that you got your close friends, circles, and close family members and each boundary goals, you know, so on and so forth. When a person violates the prerequisites for their particular boundary level in my boundary space in my life, they get pushed out a boundary ring. They get pushed out. You understand what I'm saying, and unfortunately for me, or unfortunately just in general, a lot of peop people don't get to make it back into the boundary rings. They don't get to make it back. Once you get pushed out, you don't really get to make it back. You know what I'm saying, You gotta do a whole lot, you gotta. You gotta work to show yourself approved. You understand what I'm saying. It takes a lot. Now, it's not impossible, it's just improbable. But that's how I treat my boundaries. And so when I tell you that I don't, I don't need you to do a full life reset. I need you to tighten up your boundaries. How are you as as as wonderful of a person as you are? How are you making time for somebody that don't make time for you? Nah, you got to push You gotta that's a bat that sound like a boundary. We gotta put some boundaries in space in order. Yeah, So that's all it is. It's just a little adjustment. That's a life adjustment, you feel me, Just a little little adjustment. No overhaulsing, You don't need to overcorrect because you're gonna wreck. You'll hurt yourself trying to overcorrect. That's all. That's all. So give me and don't forget y'all. Awareness pause. That's where you just take a moment and assess and realize what's going on instead of embarking on extreme discipline. Because once again yesterday we said, discipline without awareness is abuse. You're punishing yourself. We don't do that. We don't do that. And this is how we build momentum without burning ourselves out. Take Tate Brown, what's up? What you love? I see you? All right, So let's lock in with something practical. Then I gotta get out of here. We're gonna lock in with something practical, all right. So I got this thing that is the it's the one thing rule. It's the one thing rule. It's the one thing rule. And we kind of alluded to it, you know what I mean. For the next seven days, and y'all already told on yourselves because I asked out the thing that was burning you out the most, what's draining you the most. So for the next seven days, don't fix everything. Don't try to redesign your life here, don't chase perfection, real spill, don't be trying to chase perfection. Just focus on one intentional adjustment, one intentional adjustment. Yeah, one intentional adjustment. I need y'all help in the chat. Type one thing at a time for me, one thing at a time. Just type it. One thing at a time. Yeah, one thing at a time, one intentional adjustment. We just got to focus on one thing at a time. The big thing for me right now, I'm gonna tell y'all a big thing for me right now is and I've been doing. I got a whole lot that I'm juggling right a b one thing at a time. I appreciate the homye one thing at a time. Type it in the chat, one thing at a time. The thing for me is I need to because I've been focused on trying to get this content out right. And the big thing for me is my studio. Like I have to get my studio done. I have to get my studio done one thing at a time. So now my focus in all of this everything that I got going on, cause I gotta get some money, I gotta do this. I gotta do that. You feel missed it. It's a lot of stuff going on. I got people I'm helping, you know, all that one thing at a time. The fights. This weekend, I want to have a fight party and one thing at a time, Kia one thing at a time, Tiffy two, one thing. At a time. So now I'm like, all right, I'm gonna focus on this one thing like I'm gonna get so next week I can get back the sounding all nice and sexy, you know what I mean, the studio quality, and I can get back in there. And I got the. Ability to you know, we rumbling now we in the terror dom, Stormy be man. So I can sit on Rumble for two three four hours cause I be comfortable and a new setup in the studio. You feel me, one thing at a time the next seven days. Don't fix everything, don't redesign your life, do not chase perfection. Just focus on one intentional adjustment, one intentional adjustment you feel me as far as the platform. Tomorrow is the last day of January is with regard to the show, so we'll be able to come in tomorrow and have a conversation about the last day of the month, the last day of intentional awareness with regard to the self mastered blueprint. And I'm super excited. But focus does not mean slow. It means directed. You feel me it means it means it means directed. La La D said, are you taking ideas for decoration? I am what you want me to put up? You said, you're gonna she said, I'm gonna send you a nice quote to hang on your studio while I might even be one of my favorite proverbs. Send it to me, Send it to me. Send it to me, and I'll see if I'll see if I can use it. Send it to me. Focus don't mean slow, y'all. It don't mean slow. I know we're in a rush, and I know we're in the age of instagratification. Everybody. The microwave age is here. I get it, you know some of us. You know y'all know we used to heat our food up in the oven. It's just what it is. You know what I'm saying. Listen to me. I know we're in the social media age and we're looking at it. You're comparing your real life to everybody else's highlights. Focus doesn't mean slow. It means directed. And when your when your fun, when you are adjusting and realigning things and you're you're you're operating from focus, which means you have clarity, and you have clear because you have awareness. Right, So how do you say, awareness begats clarity, Clarity begats focus. So everything else is already aligned. And so when you're operating from that area of focus, that is when the change becomes sustainable. That's when the change becomes sustainable. That's when we get to the point of really improving ourselves, mastering ourselves. When the mere fact that y'all were able to go in and tell you one thing that is draining you the most, you are mastering yourself. That's why I'm telling y'all, I really was getting happy in here today because I understand what it is that we're doing, and I feel what we're doing. I see what's going on, like I literally can look at it and see the mere fact that I come in here every day and it's the most intentional morning circle on the planet. The same people in here every day, doing the same work, and we're having the same conversations. You feel me. We get off and we get off and talk and act crazy, but at the end of the day we come right back to it. This is incredible. This is incredible work. And the mere fact that you hear in a time where you could be talking about anything. You could be consuming any content. Hell, Tank Davis got arrested yesterday. You could be somewhere listening into a pluthorugh of videos about that. Your ass is in here spending time focusing on mastering yourself. I'm gonna leave you with this. You don't need to fix everything. You need to see clearly. You just need to see clearly. That's it. Stop trying to overcorrect. You're gonna wreck everything. Man, Awareness creates clarity, Clarity creates focus, Focus creates progress, and progress creates change.
