I have to offer my insight in a simple way as to why these things take place or why we view time the way that we do. Man. So I'm gonna offer my reasons why I feel like time seems to fly, especially in twenty twenty five, and how we can combat the rush, the feeling of being rushed and the feeling of time being in short supply and the time flying by. Today's topic is about something that we all experience, man. In today, We're gonna just talk about the fact that time is just slipping through our fingers. Man, Like, time literally is just it. Man, It's just it's slipping through our fingershave girl, like the time is just it's just whizzing by. Think about it. January twenty five. January twenty twenty five then came and went in like the blink of an eye, and it just got me wondering, like like I literally woke up today like, man, why the hell do I feel this way? You know what I'm saying, Like why do I Well, it wasn't today, it was it was actually Saturday, and I got up and I'm like, man, why why do I feel this way? Like why? Yeah? Like why man, I'm trying to tell you, like, man, I ain't I ain't saluted my brother be about the farms in the building. Let me let me mind my manager, y'all. I'm just about to jump all into it. Salute to the family, be about the farms in the building. What's up with you Shade girl? Salute to you all. Man. Let me let me give y'all you're just doing thriving glow with Joe in the building. We're talk We're gonna talk about that later though. You know what I'm saying. I'm gonna come back and do a double up today. Man, I'm gonna push it to the limit. Man, I'm done playing with y'all. Will be back. I'll do my boxing talk this afternoon. Man, So we'll be back for that. Salute to my brother, Dad's big Dad's punkin Dob my BCU family in the building. What's up with your Homy? Salute to you d Man Junior in the building. What's good with you, Homy? Salute to you? The dirt game boss man set it off this morning. What's up with your dirt game? Salute to you Boss? Yes, indeed, Man, I don't know what's going on with my boy is doing all kind of craziness. All right? Did I get everybody? My brother be about a farm, talking about these pre market streets? Hey, man, let's get rich, you feel Let's get hey, hey, hey, let's get rich. Man. Then let's get wealthy, be about a Farorence, let's get let's get rich. Baby, you feel me, let's get rich. So all right, so think about it once again. January twenty twenty five. It came and went in a blink, and it got me wondering where, man, why does it feel this way? Is it just me getting older? You understand what I'm saying? Or is there more? Is it more to it? I've even gone as far as and you know, depending on who you know, I'm the constant supremacy excuse me, supremacy. I'm the constant conspiracy theorist. And I'm a supremacy theorist too, and I'm I'm looking at it. I'm like, man, I think that hadn't done something to the clocks like you feel me, they might have speeded them up a two nanoseconds or something like, they've done something to the clocks, man, to make these clocks go by, Because like look, man, I just it was four o'clock not too long ago, and now I look up, now it's nine o'clock. And when you look up again, it's gonna be twelve o'clock, you vel me. And then when you look up after that, it's gonna be eight thirty nine o'clock. Like these days, man, are just whipping by, and today's Monday, January to twenty seventh, and the next thing you know, you're gonna look up and it's gonna be February the first you feel me. And we were just singing Happy New Year, cross ten k. We just did all of that. Man, you know what I'm saying, like it's it's and so I'm like, you know, I'm a conspiracy theorist with it. I'm not gonna sit here and play with y'all. I'm a conspiracy theorist with it. So I'm looking at it like, man, something going on with this time? You feel me like it's it's it's something, yeah, something something going on. But anyway, man, I also think that, but I think that there's more play. And I just did some digging for myself because I'm weird. I go in these spaces and I go in these rabbit holes because I feel like a b what's up with Yohammy? I feel like. I feel like my experience is heavily shaped. Now I'm speaking of me. My experience is heavily shaped by the information that I attained, you see what I'm saying. And so, in lieu of being in these social media streets arguing and bickering and going back and forth with people about a whole bunch of nothing, Man, I just research. Man, I read, and I dig into stuff, and I just go down these rabbit holes, you know what I mean. And so. And so I did some dick and looked at research my personal experience and real conversations that I have with folks, and I figured out I figure five key factors that make time feel like it's it's it's on fast forward. You know what I'm saying. Remember how you used to fast forward the tapes? You know what I mean, especially us when we was little and we used to you know, remember used to watch the button neckd tapes and used to fast forward. I'm just speaking about my little, my little managed experience as a youngin But my goal is not just to list these factors, but I want to figure out how we can we can work against them to reclaim our sense of time. Y'all know I'm serious about my time. I'm very serious about my time because I'm looking at it like like you realize when you really understand how precious times and you really recognize what time actually is, it's like nah man, like like like like nah bro, Like that's a day that I'm never gonna get back in my life, you feel me. And when you get to be my age, I'm forty six finn to be forty seven. So when you get to being my age, you start looking at these days like hold on, man, And so I have to look at my days like all right, did I make a dent? Or did I waste it? You feel me like, And my goal now is to be intentional with being more productive and having way more productive days than days that I'm not productive. And even the days that I'm not productive, I try to structure them in a way so that they're at least productive, like meaning I can at least get some rest. Did I rest? Did I relax? You know what I'm saying? Did I recharge? You know? So on and so forth. But I want us to be able to reclaim our sense of time because we got to be real man, like we are. We're trying to live intentionally and we're trying to make each day count, Joe. We're trying to make each day count, Joe. So we're gonna jump in and explore these five concepts after that, like, I really want to hear your thoughts or as we go, as we go through them, I want to hear your thoughts because you know, when when I be over with, I'll be getting up out of here because the market be starting and all that kind of stuff. So uh, as we go through it, I definitely want to hear your thoughts. Man, let me know what resonates with you, what steps you're taking to slow down and appreciate the moments because we have to do that. You understand what I'm saying, so step so so my my explanation, reason number one is is aging and the neural processing like our agent. Remember how if you was fortunate enough to grow up you know what I'm saying with you around your grandparents right and you know you you time was like different for them. You understand what I'm saying, And it was it was and it was almost like they were on a different clock and a different calendar, and you know they say stuff to was like, man, just keep on living, you'll see that. And I remember, I'm just gonna dang myself. I remember Muppets Take Manhattan. This is one of my favorite shows, movies, Muppets Take Manhattan. So remember that. And remember when they were getting married. Somebody's getting married, you feel me. Somebody's getting mad. Now. And so they had this when they were doing a build up to that. They were having up they were doing the performance at the when Ms. Piggy and Kermit de Frog were about to get married. And remember they were talking about the the the days go marching by by like years, and that was the babies were crawling and the babies were saying. The babies were saying, they said, days go marching by by years. And then they moved it over to the old puppets, and the old puppets said, years go marching bye by like days. You feel me. So you went from. A year of days marching by like years to years going by like days, you feel me, and be by far said man, that was my shit. Man, man a Muppets take men act. It's my shit, bro, somebody's giddy mad, and so that's something that's always stuck with me, like over my entire life. And so as I'm mature and i get older, and I'm looking at it and I'm like, man, these years go marching by like days, like for real, And it dawned on me today. I was looking and then they were talking about Kat Williams and they talked about the Shannon Sharp interview with Kat Williams, and I'm like, damn, that seems like that was just a couple months ago. Like it seemed like like literally, it seemed like that interview with Shannon Sharp and Kat Williams was like like maybe two and a half three months ago, Like, nah, that was a year ago, you feel me. And so I'm like, dang, man, where did that time go? Years ago? Marching by like days? You feel me? Like it's just crazy. I don't want to go all off into it because I start talking about boxing and everything and fighters we ain't seen fighting two or three years, and you know how that's all shaping up. But yeah, like time is like really truly different, Like time is on a different thing. And so the aging and neuro process and research shows that as we age, our brains process new information more slowly. Younger folks process process experiences rapidly, creating more distinct memories, which makes time feel longer because they're taking it all in. They're experiencing this, experiencing that, doing this, doing that, doing this, and it makes the time seem longer. Meanwhile, as older adults, we have fewer mental images we get in, We have fewer mental images getting formed, and it compresses our sense of time. You feel me like it compresses our sense of time because we I mean like literally when you're younger, think about it. The world as when we're younger and we're babies. Everything's so exciting, you know what I mean. And that's one of the things I love about my children. Like people say, you know, people say to me that they don't think you know, like they look at me and you feel me they're like, dang, you know what I'm saying. Like I had to tell somebody I was born. I was at court, had to tell them I was born in nineteen seventy eight, and they all stopped and looked at me, like nineteen seventy eight, And then the judge was just like, damn, you look good for nineteen You know to be born in nineteen seventy eight, and I'm like, well, shit. Thank you, you feel me. But at the end of the day, like I, my kids have this exuberance for life, even my oldest baby, like all of my babies, all three of my babies, and I have a gap. My oldest baby is twelve years younger than my middle baby, fifteen years I mean twelve years older than her sister. And then she's fifteen years older than her brother. So she's twelve and then fifteen. Right, my little babies, this is three years apart. So I had this gap. So I got a fifteen year gap, if you will, a children, and so excuse me, but even my oldest, like everybody, has this exuberance for life. And my young gins they really man, they like to do stuff. They like to you feel me. They want to experience stuff, they want to go to places, they want to do things. They want to try this, they want to try that. And so I'm here keeping up with them, like, yeah, let's do this, and then I'm going to get stuff and bring it to them. Try this, Hey, try this, Hey try that. And at the end of the day, I'm living vicariously through them. On top of the fact, this is how dope life is. Be about a forest DEAs, this is how dope life is. I get to go back into the archives and get stuff that I got as a child, and I get to bring it to them and give it to them. You see what I'm saying. So I'm playing Monopoly with my babies and they think it's the dopest shit ever. I got a Nintendo and they get to play Mario Brothers and they think it's dope. We get to we play card games, we play I play I Declare War with my kids. They think it's dope, like it's the greatest thing ever. We go, we go, just do just simple stuff. We got Rubik's cubes. We got man, I can't even tell you. We got all the old board games. You feel me. I'm about to introduce them the backgamming like we got. Like man, I'm telling you, like my kids they have just this this real live exuberance for life and experiences, and I look at them and they just packing it all in. So they really have no concept of time. And it kind of helps me slow my stuff down a little bit. But at the end of the day, though, eight number one is aging and neuro processing, saluted to the Jaz Jemberrie. I've seen in the build at Homie what's up with you? Man? I've definitely noticed for myself. You know what I'm saying that that you know, as I got older, time moves faster. K Underscore G underscore. What's up with you? Brother? Was just thinking about you K underscore G Underscore. I mean, damn kay, I just said it twice. I've been thinking about you so much. I need to get you on the phone. But I've noticed as I got older. You know what I'm saying, time just everything and moves faster. Birthdays come and I'm like, dang, we just did this. You feel me and I'm on my print shit now. Prince said he stop celebrating birthdays. If you stop celebrating birthdays, you stop aging. I'm like that, I'm on that, Prince, you feel me. But so my tip to counteract agent and oral processing, because that's. What we're dealing with. So my tip to help counteract that, to help slow your time down is try engaging in activities that challenge your brain. You feel me, learn a new skill, learn the language, keep those neurological pathways firing. So that you so you form more distinct memories, like you have new stuff like pick up. Like they have apps now where you can go through daily lessons and learn the language, like they have one for Spanish, Like go through the app and do those daily lessons so that you can learn, so you can learn Spanish. You feel me like literally, no, no, no K underscore G underscore bro, he said kg he trying to simplify his life. Nah, bro, k underscore G underscore. I like that. That's way better. Mm hmmm, it's more distinct, bro. That's like calling me Calvin Robinson without saying junior. No, please say the junior. I actually introduce myself. Is that when I do speaking engagements and I'm in front of the crowd, I say, yes, I'm Calvin D. Robinson Junior. Please say the junior. You feel me, Calvin D. Robinson Junior, Please say the junior. That's how I literally introduced myself that way. If anybody's ever been in the it'll people be in stealth mode in here. But the people who know me or who have done a training with me, or have met me in a professional in a professional setting, some of them might be tuning in via Facebook, I introduced myself as Calvin D. Robinson Junior. Please say the junior and if you notice I'm different and KG excuse me, k underscore G Underscore Junior. I'm the only person in the world where you see Junior spelled out j U n io R. Everybody else just does JR. I spelled it out Junior. Man, I'm so proud to be Calvin Dean Robinson Jr. Don't make no sense, please say to Junior, so now I will not abbreviate your name. You ain't simplified. Salute to my brother Kate Underscore G Underscore, Salute to the jazz Jebberie, and salute to the usual suspects my family, me Lai familia, I got a bone to pick with y'all though Number two routine and lack of novel experiences. You feel me the number two reason why your time is flying is routine and lack of novel experiences explanations. When your days look the same. Same job, same route, same routine, your brain lumps all that shit together. Salute to happy hour conversations with to meek in the building, what's up with you? Says? I got a bone to pick with you too. Ooh wee, Now you know it, don't make no sense. I ain't talk to you or seeing you, or you ain't text me or nothing. We about to fall the fuck out. I love you and I'm so glad you here. But number reason number two is the lack of routine and lack of novel experiences. When all your days look the same, you got the same job, same route, same routine. Your brain lumps all those experiences together. Y'all having sex the same way? You feel me? Mission it? Ay man, hey man, say man, your brain lumps it all together. And when and then those weeks they blend in the months and everything just flies by. You feel me? Everything flies by like nah, man, Go go bend baby over in the kitchen. You feel me about. That's a whole nother conversation. Go pick her up and throw on top of something. That's a whole other conversation. Slow to the guy in the building, what's up with you, bro? Yeah? You got to go do it in a car. Go to the park and do it in a car. What's gonna happen? Maybe the putt to pull y'all over, and maybe you have a ticket. You know what, I'm saying you gotta go to court and explain that you and baby was getting y'all got really it was mister nasty time. And you can stand in front of the judge and say, Judge, it was mister nasty time. Like it's I can't control it. Hey man, you understand what I'm talking about. I'm forty seven. It gets high light rock wilder. You feel me, I can't control it. You know what I mean? When we gotta go, we gotta go, Baby say she was ready. We gotta go, Nah man, Break the routine. Break the routine. So I remember a stretch of my life that my daily routine, my daily routine. I was so locked in. I blink and realized that whole quarters of my year went by. You feel me, whole quarters of my year went by. Y'all all remember because some of y'all were here, remember the on the Move segment. Every day, when I would come in, I would fire up the video and I would drive to my to my I would drive an hour to my office. Y'all, Remember that it was routine. Every day. It was the same same thing. Every day. I dressed the same, I looked the same. It was just it was just very very routine, and so I'd have whole and I go back and I look at my pictures. When I look at the pictures, I'm like, man, it's the same person, you feel me. It's the same person here and here and here, Like it's the same person. Like it was just the same. Everything was the same, you know what I mean. And and so it all grouped together and then it I was just so locked in. I didn't realize so much of my time passed. I also was in grad school too at the time, so like everything was just so My tip, my tip to that to counteract the routine and lack of novel experiences that you're having in your life is to shake things up. Man, add variety. Variety is a spice of life. You feel me, playing a weekend trip. Try your new hobby. Like, why are y'all Why do y'all not have new hobbies? Why are you not picking up stuff? You feel me? Ab said XRP the Pluto. Man, you already know how we coming. Why are you not? Like? Why are you not doing stuff? Man? Shake things up? Take a a take a different route home. You know what I'm saying. Don't drive the same way home. You know what I mean. Novelty creates vivid memories that slow down your perception of time, you know what I'm saying. Like this weekend, Clarissa fights in Flint, So I'm thinking, I'm thinking I might shoot up there. You know what I'm saying, I might shoot the Flint on Saturday and just be up there and watch, you know that, watch the Battle of King David up there. Then go to Clarissa's fight on Sunday. You feel me, then come back, you know what I mean. Like, I don't know what I'm gonna do, but like you gotta spice this stuff up. You gotta do stuff differently. That's one of the things I love about what it is that I do because it's it's not routine, you know what I mean. And as far as my logistics part, I love when when I when I take routes or I take loads and I'm going to a place I've never been before, Like I love that. Man. My My my state is so beautiful, and my state, like you get you got so much stuff to explore my state, you feel me. But I love going all over the country, Like man, I love watching all the driving all across this Indian land and I love it. But any one time for that one time for the ancestors, man, one time for the indigenous people is laying all right. Reason number three while your time is flying. Oh, let me see be about a farm, said a new A new hobby. The average person doesn't really have one productive hobby. They need to get one, you feel me. They need to get one. They need to get one. K K Underscore G Underscore says I've been throwing grenades lately and seeing what happens, but expectedly keeps the world on its heels. Man, y'all, said XRP on the move, I'm about to shut this show down. I'm about to I'm about to shut this show down. You. I'm about to shut this show down and go get on my crypt on my crypto, all right, y'all. So Number three technology and digital overload. Okay, technology and digital overload. Now I should I should? I should unplug my computer because right now I should come over there and slap everybody phone out there out there here, Lucini. Yeah, XRP bro XRP. He said, I mean, I said, if it is scrolling all those play videos, constant notifications can eat up hours without us even noticing we get caught in these digital rabbi holes that warp our sense of time. You feel me, some of us. Get in and plugging every like y'all get in here and plug in the YouTube, and y'all will be in here literally to the night time, and you will spend your have spent your a whole day on YouTube. Yeah, so on a personal know. Let me be honest, man, I'm falling into that one because I'm a content creator. You feel me, I'm literally, I'm literally, I literally a part of my company. Kills three one four? What's up with you? Baby? Oh Kills? Is you a cop? J Red? She said, the way TikTok turn turned me every way but loose, I'm ashamed, she says. She's shamed. TikTok be turning her every which way but loose, and she's ashamed of me. Shame home me. TikTok be on her ass. Hey, man, man, I ain't I can't even I ain't even gonna lie to you, man. Social media man be punching me upside my head. It be punching me upside my head. Man, I ain't gonna hold you. I'm ashamed of myself too. Actually, chaquella feels good morning, beautiful. What's up with you, Tay Tay, my sister, what's up with you? Beautiful? Hey man, it's a little to the sisters. Y'all came in together with y'all. Y'all gotta y'allmost got a group. Y'allmost got a group. Y'all said, y'all gonna come in here all at the same time and pull y'all shirts up. Don't come in here trying to disrupt me. You know, I love sisters, Ab says igb zombie find me, man, oh man, all right, so I falling into this one. That technology, man, it's it's something fierce, you know what I mean? Just another video, one more video. I stopped my I stopped my productivity and be looking at them digital rabbit holes. Man, the man, they got a hold of me, you know what I mean. And it's more times that I care to admit. I ain't gonna hold you. But and you look at the clock and then boom, you just spent two hours on ig sweet tea to cheat in the building. What's up with you, sweet tea? Ooh wi, all my favorites is coming in here too. Y'all all my favorites. Well, let me see Joe. Somebody missing, who missing, Queen missing, Queen the only one missing? I think, I think Queen the only Queen, the only one missing. Queen and Ashley's corner. Ashley ain't been over here in forever though. That's that's it. And Quick, Queen and Quick, we ain't been over here in forever either. But man, all right, so the technology overload? All right? So how do we counteract that? How do I love you too, tay t thank you? How do we counteract that? Man? Set screen time limits with yourself, like you a little kid, set. Set screen time limits. Use apps that remind you to. Take breaks, or set the brakes, set the brakes in your in your in your actual life kills. I just ordered, I just ordered. I'm gonna open it up. I'm gonna send you a picture of the shell kells. I just ordered. A a Padora clock with a timer that I can set. I'm gonna set it for twenty five minutes, so I'm gonna work, do my work for twenty five minutes, or really, I'm gonna work for thirty five and then I'm gonna take like a fifteen minute social media break and I literally have a timer that I'm gonna set and sit there on my desk when I scroll through social media and check respond so on and so forth. Yeah, Poma door, I'm sorry. I have a Poma door timer. Literally, I'm gonna send you a picture of it. I literally just ordered it, haven't opened it yet because I'm cleaning up my office space so I can order it. But at the end of the day, that's my plan to combat this. But you have to set you have to set a screen. You have to set limitations for yourself. Shake girl said, I have started crocheing again. Kate, I need you to crowchet me? Is I need you to crowcheve me? A? I need a scarf? Can you give me? Can I need a scarf? Yeah? I need to place my order for a scarf since you just croche shit? All right, man, set screen times, schedule yourself like literally take off offline times. Literally take offline times. And then I'm gonna challenge you all to pick up a book. I'm gonna I'm gona teallenge you how to pick up a book. Like, maybe we need to start a what a reading segment? What you're reading segment? Literally, pick up a book like a physical book and read it, you know what I mean, to help come back that time. But whether it's an hour in the evening or a full day or the weekend, you know what I mean. Be intentional with scheduling offline time, and be intentional with not being on social media during those times. I've done it. I've been intentional too. Another thing that I've been doing is I've been intentional with not taking pictures. As I travel. Y'all know I travel and I'll be moving around and the first thing you do is, you know, you pick up your phone and just you feel me. I've been getting away from that, and I've really been trying to enjoy myself in the moment, like really enjoy the moment, you know what I mean, not really having to try to capture everything, all right. Number four, we gotta roll, We Gotta roll. Number four is city life and stress. You feel me, City life and stress. City living can be hectic. Sweet tea, cheetah, sweet tea to cheat city living hectic. It could be hectic. You got traffic, you got multitasking, rushing from one thing to the next. The constant hustling, bustle will make you feel like you never have enough time. Like when you go somewhere anywhere in Atlanta, you feel me uh uh, anytime you you you you go out in Atlanta, man, you're gonna spend an hour in traffic. No matter where you're going, you're gonna spend an hour at least. Yeah. Yeah, be about a farm says you have to ignore the algorithm and not click on the things that aren't beneficial. Keep your online time of educational, which can be entertaining also when done correctly. Them's facts, Sweet tea. The Cheeta said, don't start with me. I'm just telling you. It's busy city city man, It's busy. It's busy. So I grew up I'm from Dalton, Ohio, so we didn't really have the busy city hustling bustle. But I had culture shock when I went to school because I went from that to I went to school at the University of Pittsburgh. So like my first experiences in Pittsburgh and the big city and you know, the whole hustling bustle and that night are and you know, so on and so forth, Like it just had had an impact on me, you know what I mean. And then as I got to be an adult. I started moving around and I started understanding more about you know, the traffic and the hustling bustle and city living and so on and so forth. And it's not it's really not even now. It's really not until I start spending more time and more natural spaces that I understand. So one of the things that I do now is a hike. Like I go hiking. I spend a lot of time in parks. I like to go move around a whole lot, you know what I mean. And it's when I get out there, it's like, Wow. I like to ride my bike too, you know what I'm saying. I love bike trails, and so when I'm out there, I'm just like wow, Like it just really makes so much sense, man, so much sense. You feel me, Like, it really makes so much sense that you can look and then you can see. And one of the goals that I have is I want acreage. I've shared this with you all. I want acres and acres of land, and I want to put my home on acres of land, and I want to live off of the land. It's one of my goals. But at the end of the day, it's a huge difference when when when I'm dealing with the city life versus being out and moving around in nature. So a tip to counteract the city life and the stress is spend more time in nature, local parks, hiking trails, or even in your backyard. Like I go outside, I ground, I walk around my walk around my land with no shoes on. You know what I'm saying. I hug trees. I'm not gonna hold you. I hug trees. I go and hug. I have a big old tree in my front yard. I go hug my tree. You know what I mean. And I sit there under the tree from time to time. But go spend time in nature. Studies show that it helps recalibrate your sense of time. Also, learning to say no can't reduce your schedule overload. That's something we've talked about. We can revisit it if we need to. But at the end of the day, spending more time in nature and learning to say no, we'll help with the city life in the stress. Number five and these are in no relatively, These are in no order of importance. You know what I'm saying. This is just my five elements that contribute to the sensation of time flying and number five is the relative time perception as we as we age, each year is a smaller fraction of our life. One year is ten percent of a ten year old's life, but just two percent of a fifty year old's life. Does that make sense? So one year is ten percent of a ten year old's life, but it's only two percent of a fifty year old's life. So this change in proportion makes it seem to speed the time up as we get older. That on a personal note, like it once again, It hits me every single year because I feel like I always have to go back and look at my life as a kid. You know what I'm saying. When I was young, and like a year took forever, Like remember how long it used to take Christmas to get here? Man, I'm trying not to y'all be getting it, man, y'all be bothering me. Man. Every time I started reflecting and I start thinking about my life, I start thinking about me as a child. I start thinking about my loved ones. I start thinking about it be my nanny that do it? Man. I start thinking about my nanny and my papa, my daddy. You feel me, my aunties and uncles, y'all be trying to get me choked up, you feel, but I just think about how long a year used to take. Remember Remember how long like a year used to take when you was a kid. Remember how long it used to take for Christmas. Remember how magical Christmas was when it came around. Remember the family reunions. Remember how magical that was to be around all your friends and all your cousins. And then when you got old enough to write letters, Like I would write letters to my cousins in Texas, my cousins in Codeine, Alabama, you know what I mean, My cousins in Carolina, my cousins in Chicago, cousins in Detroit. Like I had my cousins that became my pen pals, and we would write each other letters. You know what I'm saying. Yeah, Like. Time moved at are different rate, you know what I mean. Now, it's just like time is just zooming. It's zooming, ab like it's zooming. So my tip to counteract that, how to counteract the time perception and as we get older time moves faster, is you gotta mark milestones on your calendar, celebrate your minor achievements. This helped break the years in the memorable chunks, like we like, we made it through January, So what have we done in January? You know what I'm saying, Man, What do you have on the on the docket? You know what I'm saying, Like, what do you have coming up? Have you looked at your year? Have you got the Simple Truth minute manual? You know what I'm saying. But you have a calendar. Let's start there. Do y'all ask have a calendar? You feel me like like yeah? Man? Like like what? Man? Mark milestones on your calendar, Celebrate your minor achievements, set goals for yourself. This helps break your year in the memorable chunks instead of just letting it pass by unnoticed. Man, I forgot y'all quit looking at me. So so, all right, family, I just want to first of all's nine thirty, so I got to get ready to get out of here because the market is now open. But I want you to really think about what strategies that you can use and employ to actually slow down your time. You have to be able to slow down your time and get control of your time. Cameron Fields, Hey, loove, she's the top of the morning junior piece to all of the kings and queens. What's going on? Blunt rap entertainment. My brother in the building, he said, we definitely have to use this man and man, you know, because time is flying. Man, it's time is flying. Saluting my sister shawah, what's up with your shawa? Man? It's you just have to really truly get a hold of your time. But just realize why you have the sensation of your time flying. So let me recap. Number one is the agent and neural processing you feel me. Number two is the routine, routine and lack of novel experiences having routine driving, eating breakfast, eating the same breakfast, working the same job, driving the same same route, y'all having y'all still having missionary sex. Like man, you. Gotta spice it up, you feel you gotta spice it up, switch it up. You hear me, Go throw baby up in the kitchen and go you hear me, go get it go, get a room, Go yeah, go go go take her at lunch. You know what I'm saying. Go pull up at lunch and go to the car wash and get nasty in the car. Do something different. You gotta spice it up. Art, city life and stress is. Number three is number four, and number five is the relative time perception. As we get older, time shifts and it becomes faster. It moves faster. But January is over, and man, why is January twenty twenty five over already? And those are five of my reasons why I feel like we've breathed through. But anyway, man, salute to you all, and I want you to really just the only thing that I can say about my time is like I am so hell being so serious about time and managing my time and being a really being mindful of my time because it is the most precious asset that I have. Not my cryptocurrency portfolio, not my stock portfolio, ve hic, none of this stuff. Nothing. The most precious, precious asset that I have is my time. You understand what I'm saying. That's it. Let me see happy hour conversations with Tamika said, when I turned eighteen, my granny said, this took for this took forever, right, Well, no, the next set of eighteen will come and go fast. At that time, I thought she was talking old people talk laugh out loud. I overstand. Now you feel me like, man, it's crazy, Cameron says. She says facts. Routine is something else. It limits and reduces our ability to remain present. You feel me like you have to. You gotta break from the routines. You have to break from your routines, break from your routines. Like break from it. Getting up. Every man, y'all gonna pull me right back down into a conversation. Man, I gotta go, I gotta go. Salute to everybody, man, Thank y'all so much.
