Hopefully everybody had a good rest for weekend. Hopefully. Uh. You know, as we round out the month of February, we are in the on the twenty third day of the second month of the year twenty twenty six. You know, shout out to all my numerology people. You feel me. These numbers is these numbers is speaking. These numbers is speaking, man like a man, the numbers is speaking. I almost had a man, I almost had a meltdown the other day because it was it was two twenty two twenty six. That was yesterday. It was like two twenty two twenty six, and I'm like, oh, man, like the numbers just beating me all upside my head. The numbers are beating me all up side my head this year, you feel me like they man? Ay, man, so, but should salute to all my numerologists. Man shout out to everybody. Man, it's taking the time to slide through. Let's get straight to it, man, Let's get straight to it. We ain't gonna be here long. We're gonna be here strong, and we're gonna get through. Apologies for my my nasally, saund I am still I am. I am healing. You feel me. I am healing. Not back one hundred percent as far as the voice, but you know what I mean, I did set myself back. I'm not gonna lie to you all. I coached my kids this weekend. On Saturday, I coached my kids basketball game. I'm my daughter's coach. My son's under the weather as well, so he didn't play his game, but my daughter played, and so I coached her team. So like I had. My assistant coach was just on the bench with the kids and stuff. And I literally put a chair on the opposite side of the gym, and nobody sits like there's no stands or nothing on the other side of the gym. And so I sat on the other side of the gym and me at court and like literally coached my kids from there. And I set myself back, you know what I mean as far as my healing, because I really should have just chilled out on Saturday and then had another day of chilling out on Sunday. But I actually worked on Sunday too, which I think I would have been cool working on Sunday. But I set myself back like a big dog on Saturday. But I had to do it, man, I had to do it, junior, love of kids. I had to do it. And I and you know, we honor our commitments. That's how I'm raised, honored my commitments by Hooker Crook. So we got it done, though, but I'm almost back. You feel me. I got my tea, you know what I mean. I got my I got my mullein. You know what I'm saying. I got my you fear me, I got my you know, I got my uh uh my uh oregano oil and full effect instant I'm talking about. So, I got my Mullein and I'm gonna drink my Mullein tea. Then I'm gonna jump on my van here in a minute soon as I'm done with you all, and I'm gonna smoke. I'm gonna smoke my Mullein joint and then I'm gonna be I'm gonna be good. Okay, Yeah, I got you, King Vardie. I got some bananas and everything. I'm gonna get it together. I got some citrus, you know what I mean. I got some limes and some and some limons and some oranges. Man, So I'm i'm a i'm aa tul up and power up, you know what I mean. So we'll be back good as ever here shortly. I'm gonna tell y'all story. Right. So, I today I had a customer hit me up. And this is how principled I am. Like I talked this stuff about principal, but this is this is literally how principle I am. So he had a he had the customer had a a freight that needed to be picked up and he needed he needed to be moved, and it was like it was like forty fast some my males or whatever. So he was trying to charge. He was I'm not gonna I'm not gonna put the numbers out there because I ain't gonna talk numbers. But he had a price. The price was one thing, right, what I needed to move it was was basically double what you know what I'm saying, he was the suggested price was for the for the for the low. So he originally he reached back out to me. I put my bid in. He reached out to me said all right, man, well can you do it for this amount? Like nah, I can't do it. And I was like a He's like okay, And then I said, well, my absolute best bid is you know the one I sent. That's the thing. I really don't be messing around with this bid and stuff. I really don't be really all into the whole negotiations and stuff like that when it comes to business. I'm not really I don't really play games, you know what I'm saying. I'm gonna give y'all my number. My number is my number, and that's kind of it. You feel me. I don't like the back and forth. I go high, you go low. Like I don't really like that anymore. You know, I used to engage in it. I really don't like that anymore. Like I'm just me, this is just it. You feel me. I'm the same way like my in my personal life, like my relationships with folks. It's this is me, this is junior, like this is me, and so uh, I set the uh, this is my price. So he said, all right, I understand that, And he said, well what about this? Can you do this? Do you understand that? I had a number, and he sent me he sent me a bit of response, a counter offer that was fifty cents. It was fifty cents, two funky ass quarters less than what I told them I needed for the load. Fifty cents. Fifty cents. My wife said that motherfucker just felt like he needed a win, Like he felt like he just needed. To win on you. You understand what I'm saying, Like, like, that's because you just literally like fifty cent, like fifty cent. Fit boxing the barbecue. Fifty cent. We're talking about fifty cent man, not no, and not not Curtis Jackson either. We're talking about two funky ass quarters, diabolical that you're gonna let that load sit there for fifty cent, you feel me. So anyway, I ended up not taking the load, but the load would be you know, I would have had to not do the show in real time. You understand what I'm saying. I literally had the kid said that fifty cent was gonna set him back. Bro, Yeah, not moving that load was gonna it's gonna set him back further. But I literally would have to postpone this, do this this afternoon, Get out the house, go shoot to the pick up, pick it up, and go take it. You know what I'm saying. Then come back and be out. And the other part of it is where it's getting delivered to. It's getting delivered to this place where in Ohio is called Washington Courthouse, you feel me. Washington Courthouse is like it's like in the middle of nowhere. It is like between all it's in the middle of nowhere and it's off of the middle of nowhere. So like to even get on the route to go to Washington to Washington Courthouses in the middle of nowhere, you feel me. We only used to go out here because they built up they built an outlet mall there and then it's this place called Jeffersonville. So you go to Jeffersonville and then you go past that, and it's like, I don't know, twenty minutes from Jefferson from Jeffersonville, so it's in the middle of nowhere, off the middle of nowhere. So not only that, so if I go out there, now I gotta work. I gotta go in order to get back to civilization, to get more work. I got you talking about the hour you feel me to get back to work, So now I need it my number. But the more of the story is it came down to fifty cents. But and I could have taken it fifty cents less, you know what I mean, or whatever the case may be. But this is when I say that family, you have to have a standard. Like let's get real for a seconds. You have to have a standard. Your standard is your standard, and you have to stand on it. You feel me like you have to stand on it. The price is the price, That's what she Hars says said. The price is the price. You have to stand on your principle. You have to stand on your morals. You have to have set a standard for yourself and there's no negotiation with your standard. And that is my real time lesson for that today. My real time like this is like we be like people be coming up here making up shit, fabricating, trying to keep y'all entertained, and so on and so forth. And I'm talking to you about my real life. You understand what I'm saying. It came down the fifty cents, but it was fifty cents beneath my standard, almost to the standard. It's not good enough. You understand what I'm saying. Ricky Bobby said, you either winning or you losing. That's what Ricky Bobby said. You either winning or you're losing. The standard is the standard. The price is the price. And ultimately what he offered was fifty cents short, and it just wasn't good enough. Family, stick to your standard. Let's get it. One so and I'm hustled harder than the most. I'm a feast on these streets. Got a revolver I took for these niggas trying to take me off the block where I points up daily sit, Bailey's out. The bottle is smoke, Yes, indeed, yes, indeed, so all right, man, let me give y'all at first and foremost. The most intentional, uh, the most intentional group on the plane. Also, I gotta come in here, man, we gotta show love, So everybody is here first and foremost. Shout out to everybody catching the stream live man, Thank you so much. All right, man, So enough is enough? Man, were seventeen minutes in. Man, we're seventeen minutes in and I ain't even got to it. So let me ask you something real. If somebody followed you for seven days straight, I'm talking about seven days straight, watched you. They watch what you eat, they watch you scroll, They watch how you talk to yourself, They watch how you spend your money, you feel me, they watch how you treat people, They watch how you respond to pressure. Who would they say you are. And even more importantly than that, who would they say that you are becoming? Who would they say you're becoming? Yeah, we're gonna have an honest conversation today, Like we gonna really have an honest conversation today. I need y'all to tight mirror in the chat. Salute the Felix new this. Let me start, Let me let me lead by example. I need y'all tighte mirror in the chat. We're gonna have a real conversation. You can copy and paste it off me. Yeah, because today is about one question and one question only, She heartstack. We talk about we talk about our habits, right, we talk about our habits day in and day out. I come in here and I talk about our habits. I talk about our decisions and our habits and our habits. And the facts are like, we've established, your habits are shaping you. But the question is into who, in to who, your habits are shaping you, but into who. So let's get this straight. All right, we're gonna, we're gonna, were gonna, we're gonna take We're gonna take all the cut off the dope. Let's get this straight. Your intentions will lie. Your intentions will lie like a motherfucker. Your intentions will lie. Not saying their liars, but I am saying that they will lie. Yeah, your intentions will lie your habits don't. You can say I want to be healthy, I want to be focused, I want to be disciplined, But your habits tell the truth, and your habits are the receipts. And to be honest with you, if I had to put it blunt and I had to break it down to the simplest compound, I would say that your life is your habit report. That's a bar I should put that on the shirt. Your life is your habit report box and the barbecue saying man, he said, the way people behave on this internet would make me a shame to look in the mirror. Man, who you telling? Bro Who you telling? Bro king? Vonney said, they say, I'm determined and becoming the best version of myself. Yes, Indeed, your life is your habit report. That's another way of me saying, hey man, your life looks like you've lived it. That's a you know, that's a statement. You hear me say, hey man, your life looks like you've lived it. Your life is your habit report? Yeah. What habit in your life is the loudest right now? Sleep, food, spending, attitude, avoidance. You ain't gotta tell me. You need to excuse me. You need to call it out to yourself. What habit in your life is the loudest right now? Which one is the loudest? Which one is the loudest? Yeah? Yeah, I just had a I just had a epiphany. I had an epiphany with myself. Which habit is the loudest? Right now? You gotta call it out, like I said, call it out to yourself. You gotta tell me. You ain't gotta tell us call it out to yourself. Yeah. So the majority of the time, right you know, we live in this world, and people think that idy comes first, right, Like, you know, you establish your identity and then you know, everything evolves around that. But it doesn't, you know what I mean. The truth of the matter is your habits come before your identity. Your identity then follows. If we were to tell the truth. You don't wake up confident. You understand what I'm saying, like a person will identify is confident. You don't wake up as confident. You practice confidence habitually. You feel me. You practice confidence habitually. You don't wake up confident. Oh I'm a confident mother fuck. You don't wake up confident. You practice confidence habitually. You don't wake up discipline. You feel me. You don't wake up discipline. You don't wake up discipline. You don't wake up as a disciplined man. You don't wake up as a disciplined woman. You feel me. You practice discipline habitually. You practice discipline habitually. Your identity does not come first. Your habits do. Yeah. Yeah, So an example, if you keep showing up, shout out to Kia Allen, it's right on time, she says. They say I'm diligent and becoming my best self that I'm not shutting down, and and I'm. A work hard. I'm a work hard in progress. You keep showing up, you're communicating I'm consistent, right, you keep showing up. I'm consistent. You practice. I'm consistent. You practice consistency. You feel me If you keep quitting, then you just say, ah, I'm not that tight. It's easy to write it off. I'm not that kind of person. You feel me. People say stuff like, ah, man, I'm just not a like I hate I hate one of them. I hate right because people ridicule me because when I get up in the mornings, I be on it. I get up in the morning, I be on that mess. You feel me like I be on that mess. Let's get to it, especially Monday mornings. Man, Monday mornings where they at, let's get to it. You feel me, Let's get to it. Like a lot of fluid people say, man, I'm not a morning person, and that's just acceptable. Like now, I'm just not a morning person. I hate that. No, I'm I'm not a morning person either. You know what else I ain't. I ain't a people person. I got a newsflast for y'all. I don't really like people. You feel me like, I don't really like people. I have to practice. I practice being better. I practice. I have to practice being a morning person. Yeah, and then and then in that that becomes a part of my identity. But the identity does not come first. Yeah, you set the Monday boxing the barbecue. Yeah, we set the tone on Mondays, bro, Like, we set the tone on Monday because the week could think about it. Man, let me get an analogy, brother, I always give you gotta think the days of the week. It's five of them motherfuckers the weekday as far as work, Monday through Friday, it's five of the motherfuckers. And they coming to kick yo ass. Y'all have to excuse my language, but they come in to kick your ass. You feel me. They coming, They come in to do something dastardly to you. And we can and week in and week out, what do we do. We let them We get beat up by the week. We let the week just that, the week just come in the dough and just dive on us and we just let it. You feel me? And I say, nah, bro, Monday, you gotta get Monday, and you gotta grab Monday by the throat. You got to grab Monday by the throat, and you gotta make sure Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. See the way that you handle Monday, and you set the tone with Monday. When you get jumped, what do you do? You pick one? You pick We can't fight everybody. You pick one, and you do them dirt ball bad. You feel me, you gotta do them so bad that everybody else just stop and just start looking. You understand what I'm saying. Like I'm talking, I probably shouldn't be talking like this on this platform because they are already be trying to flag me for dangerous content and stuff, so I probably better be cool. But like I'm talking about, like y'all remember rastling like the iron sheet, You put them a fucking the camel clutch like that, like Monday. You put Monday in the camel clutch, sit on they back lock your fingers under the chin and rock all. The way back. You fit rock all the way back now cause it's going down on Monday. Monday fit to go down through there, and everybody else gonna stop, Like hey man, I don't think I don't. Want none of that. So now all of a sudden, it goes from them jumping me to now they trying to pull me off somebody. You feel me like like it go from them. We're gonna jump into not go hey man, get him stop stop quick quit. You feel me. That's how you gotta set your week. So so I'm not a morning person. That don't work for me. You better be a morning person. You understand what I'm saying. You better be a morning person. Yeah, you better be a morning person. Yeah. Yeah. For how Sniper said, it's going straight in the walls of Jericho, Strom Bey Beetman said, I not unless you Bruce Lee. Bruce Lee, fight everybody. Bruce Lee, fight everybody. So at the end of the day, you practice these things and you become what you repeat. I really can just roll the credits because you become what you repeat. That's the really, the end all, be all, end of the conversation. You are currently becoming what you are repeating. You understand what I'm saying. You are becoming what you are repeating. And so here's the scary part. Don't get mad at me. Don't get mad at me. Just this is a mirror. Were having a mirror conversation. I'm holding the mirror to myself, holding the mirror. We're having a real conversation. Kid said, I love humanity, but people be pissing me off. Hey man, I be, I be. I'm in a I'm in a I'm in a toxic relationship with humanity. You feel me, I'm in then on again, off again relationship with humanity. Yeah, here's the scary part. Don't get mad at me, y'all. Most people aren't choosing their own habits. Most people aren't choosing their own habits. Let me stop projecting. We, for the most part, aren't choosing our own habits. We're drifting into him, like we drifting to him. You feel me, we drifting to him. You ever walked in the house at the long day, walk past your walk past your workout shoes and your and your gym clothes. Go sit on the couch that same spot that you sit in. I got a chair, I sit in sit in that spot, and you sit there and have your phone, And next thing you know, you look up and you've been sitting there for a couple of hours. It'd be so bad, Like I get up to keep from peeing on myself. I just sat there so damn long. You drift into the habits A lot of us are drifting into them. Same couch, same phone, same food, you feel me, same old excuses, year after year, year after year, no actual decisions on changing, none of that stuff with just life on default, life on default. And here's the thing. Our comfort or our comforts are creating clones. Because comforts create clones. That's what happens. Once again, we go back to the subject that we talk about all the time, and I push back on auto pilot. We find ourselves on autopilot. We're on auto pilot. Yeah, yeah, So once again we get practical. You don't just you can't just fight bad habits, like you can't just fight your habits. You can't fight them. You can't just fight them. You have to redesign on right, you have to redesign on. Gotta. I'm a I am a disruptor, like I am a I am a real life disruptor. I am a very disruptive force, right, and I've kind of always been that way. But you just and in real time, right, pay attention to the things that you do, like the stuff you do mindlessly, Pay attention to the stuff you do mindlessly mindlessly, and then interrupt it, start disrupting yourself and ask yourself what am I doing? And why. What am I doing? And why what am I doing with this? And why you feel me? So an example for me is I usually park far out, and I usually I park far out and I back into my spots always right. I recently had to disrupt that. I had to disrupt it. You understand what I'm saying because one of the things that I realize and I find myself doing is and. This is the truth. And this is once again kia have I'm in this funny relationship with you humanity, right, because there's this new thing that people do, right, y'all bear with me, but we having a real conversation. So I used to park all the way back in the far back and then I would walk to you know, the building, and walk to the into the store interest or wherever I'm going, you know what I mean. But I prefer to park out away from everybody. But there's this new thing in the world where people drive and they fly through parking lots. And not only are they flying through parking lots, right, but they have the audacity to actually be cutting. Through the aisles of the parking lot. So people will speed cutting through the parking lot diagonally, hour by hour by aisle through cars whipping around all kind of shit. And then they also have the asonine audacity on top of that to be tipping and tapping on their motherfucking phones, salute the school, Winstantine in the building, what's up with you, homie. They have the asonine. Audacity to be distracted driving while they're speeding through a parking lot, all while cutting across the aisles. So it's become a walking hazard walking through parking lots. What used to be normal safe activity has now become hazardous, extremely hazardous. You feel me, So now i have to park closer to the building because. I'm always with my kids. You feel me like I'm always with my kids, Like I'm always with my kids, and so like I walk through the parking lot and man, it's hazardous. I almost had an incident this past week walking into the parking lot. I think it was a practice day. Might have been Thursday, where I'm going into the wide parking lot with my kids and my nephew. So I got three children with me, and somebody pulled into the parking lot on two wheels and cut the corner on two wheels and had to come to like a screech and stop with us crossing the crossing to go into the y. If somebody fly through a parking lot driving crazy and they even in the back wind, brushes against my kids, somebody probably gonna get shot. Please believe that. But it's it's crazy. She harsh that said. It reminds me of BCU Atlanta and the Walmart almost ran me, almost. Ran me, y'all. I'll save y'all. I saved she Harsta life in Atlanta because she was working trying to work her camera, get her camera together, and stepped out in traffic. I had to grab every about the runner. Now people flying through the parking lot. Yeah so now so I had to disrupt my my normal thinking because for years I've been parking, long as I've been driving, I park away back in my spot. I don't like people parking next to me. You feel me, and I just go out and I just go park and walk in. Well, now I got my kids. It's a hazard to walk through the parking lot. So now I had to adjust that. I had to disrupt that habit. You feel me, So now once again you have to take notice of your habits and interrupt your habit habits and figure out why you're doing it. And if it's a negative habit, then once again you have to you have to replace it. Because remember we talked about habits. You can go back and look at the old content. I think it was last month where we broke the habits down into three parts. To see the A in the R. You understand what I'm saying. To see the A the R, the the action and the reward. The cause and the reward are gonna stay the same. You're gonna have things that are gonna trigger habits. People are gonna piss you off. You're gonna need the relief. You're gonna need some relief. You're gonna get anxiety, You're gonna get scared, your feelings are gonna be hurt about things like You're going to have triggers. You understand what I'm saying. You're going to want peace. Peace is always the rewards. You want peace, You want a peace of mind. You want to be able to relax. You want to be able to get over whatever feeling of anxiety or anxiousness or anger that you're feeling at the time of the cause. But you have to change the aid, which is the action that's the actual habit. So instead of smoking that cigarette, go on a brisk walk or whatever the case may be. But you have to really be intentional with your habits and working at twisting and changing your habits your responses to those triggers, and that is that is what we got to press towards in order to establish habits that are in line with the person that we're trying to become. Because who you are is largely shaped on your habits. Your habits are shaping you, but thento who And once again we revisit this, We're gonna go deeper. Every habit sends a message to you. Your habit sends a message to yourself. You feel me, Your habit sends a message to yourself. Right. So it's nothing like for me when I say I'm gonna do something and I do it. My word matters to me. You understand what I'm saying. My word matters to me. When I say something and I'm not able to do it or I don't do it, I feel shitty. My word is too important to me. You understand what I'm saying. Yeah, So what that communicates is if I do what I say. I'm gonna do. That I matter. I matter. You understand what I'm saying. If I don't do what I say i'm gonna do, then I don't matter. That's the feel I'm talking about me. I'm an extremist, but that's how I feel. Yeah. So, literally, habits and positive concrete habits is a communication and a glaring example of self respect. You feel me, it is the self respect and the love that you the self love literally in motion. And to be real with you, your habits and your routines reveal your self worth. They reveal how you feel about yourself. They truly do your routines and your self worth and your habits reveal I mean, excuse me, your routines reveal your self worth. They reveal how you feel about yourself. Yeah, so what does your routine say about how you treat yourself? I'll really be on y'all about this. The content that you consume, because that's that's one of them. Like, that's a routine, that's a habit. What does your content say about how you your self worth? Understand what I'm saying, Like, like, all right, so here go another example. I love Clarissa Shields. Clarissa Shields just signed uh uh SBK Media. What's up with Jommy? She just signed a deal with a company I can't call her name. Damn, I can't call her name. But so her fights are going to be showcased at this at this this this streaming platform. And it's not the Deszone, it's not it's not any other streaming, the other streaming it's not Netflix, it's none of that. She signed this exclusive deal and so they're going to show her fights on They showed the pre Lims yesterday. I can't think of the name of it. But anyway, because I was about to go get to go watch the pre Lims yesterday, and so I went to the streaming platform because I saw that they are now partnering with the streaming platform. So I went to the streaming platform, and the streaming platform it's it's I think it's thirteen dollars a month for the streaming platform, and then you got access to all of their content and stuff that's over there. Well, I happened to look at the content and it was where they housed the show Baddies I think it's called Batties, And so the Batties shit is just it's just a I don't know. It's like Bad Girls Club on steroids or whatever, I guess. And I'm looking at it like Zeus. Zeus Network appreciated k Underscore. It's the Zeus Network. And I looked at him like, Baddy's bad girl Like, Man, they can't get my money, bro. They can't get my money, bro, Like they can't what, man, My money is too important, man, Like I speak out against this, this out of this, this this foolishness. You feel me, so my code says, Nah, I can't do that, man, I can't do that, Like I can't my self worth like my money, like my self worth. I'm too ingrained with my self worth in order to do that. Like I can't just take my money and just spend it, even if I was to only go over there and watch boxing. Nah, man, that is that is That is one hundred levels beneath where I'm trying to operate. I'm not supporting Bad Girls shit. Baddy's nothing. You understand what I'm saying. Nah, Nah, I'm supporting I'm supporting. Uh. Where's the network? That that that shows the positivity and the influence of matriarchs of the culture. What where who, who's supporting the matriarchs, who's supporting the builders, who's supporting the divine femininity? Where are we at with that ship? Let me let me let me know when it's time for that. Let me know where the network when the women are are are are are on there? You feel me acting acting like uh women, You understand what I'm saying. With the with the with big mom and them energy. Let me know, let me know the network for that Outside of that, man, y'all gotta miss me with the y'all gotta go one down yonder with that their foolishness. Y'all got to go one down yonder with that their foolishness. I'm not watching the women kick their shoes off and box like Jerry Springer. It's over with You feel me? Where the Where the sisters that that that know how to get a prayer through to the creator. You understand what I'm saying. Sisters is in there in tune. With the with the house plants and the and the and the and the uh and the palott Santos. You understand what I'm saying. Where where the women at with they with their kids? Where can I see women engaging with their kids in a productive fashion. You understand what I'm saying, Like, Nah, where can I go watch the watch the women sit there and and and grease their daughter's scout and bring their hair and ship like that. You see what I'm talking about? Saluta Uh my brother act reach over there, hold down to kick salute family. So nah, man, it's that serious to me. It's that serious to me. Your routines reveal your worth. Where are you spending your time at during the day, What are you consuming? What content are you consuming? Yeah, y'all come here in the Black Coffee Club live and we start our days off positive. But then when you leave here, where the fuck are you going? Where are you going? What y'all doing? Hey? Man? Be about Farrence said, I'm under two feet of snow out here getting it two hundred beans per house for sidewalk, driveway and driveway aprons money. Ooh we. Get that money, bruh, get that money. I should have came out there, yeah, man, we could have. We could have did all the houses on the block and split the pot. Yes, they don't talk about one hundred of appeace what ooh wee I would have been I would have came out there with the snow blowing bruh and got busy man slot to be about a forest man. I'm glad you say, bruh, And I'm glad you're out there hitting licks. Get that money, man, Get that money. Gotta sound like a buns on belly. Get the money. Count that money. Now we're here and we being positive now, But what happens when you leave here? What do you consume? Me? That says everything about you? It says everything about you. You review yourself work by where you spend your time. Yeah, And the truth is, like, like I said, your intentions a lied to you. You know what else lies. The image that you portray for people because you worried about what people think. The image that you portray for people. It ain't about that image that you're trying to keep up. It's about your habits, like your real habits in real life. What do you really do in real life? Your real habits, not the images that you're trying to portray, Not that facade you're trying to keep up. Nah, Not because. You worried about what people talking about, what people think about you, what people gonna whisper about you? Nah? Not that I'm talking about your real life, like what you're really doing? What do you really do in your real life? You feel me? What really goes on in them closed doors? And that's what this is all about, man speaking, because in those moments, your habits are shaping you. And that's the stuff that you do day in and day out. And the fact of the matter is, if you really think about it, like if you were really sit there to close your eyes and really think, same patterns, same habits, same choices. Are you happy? Are you proud or disappointed? When you look at yourself for five years? You understand what I'm saying. For me, I'm gonna tell y'all the truth. I'm gonna be disappointed with my habits and where I am right now, like my habits and the things that I'm habitually doing, Like I'm doing some good things right, but I'm also I got some bullshit in the game. You feel me like I got some bullshit in the game. And if I continue with those same with the same bullshit in the game habits that I got you're talking about, because five years from now, I'm gonna be disappointed in myself Like Nah, cuz could have did so much more, could have did so much more. You feel me. I'll be balking when I'm supposed to be swinging, understand. I'll be bothering when I should be weaving. I'll be zigging when I should be zagging. I'll be resting when I should be running. Yeah, I be sitting when I should be standing. Like, Nah, things I have to change, I have to tweak. So now when I imagine my new habits, my new standards, my new routines, my new systems, my new identity, Yeah, because I. Need that, and I need it now. I need it now. Because the fact of the matter is the future you is literally watching to present you now what you're gonna do. So listen, family, you don't change your life in one day, like we talk about all the time. You don't change it. Don't change in one day. In fact, I'm gonna stop saying we talk about that all the time. Let's stop saying that. You don't change your life in one day. You change it one habit at a time, one habit at a time, just one, just one, just one. And I am not ever gonna come off of family. You have to really truly look at your habits. You know why, I talk about your habits so much because your habits are everything. Things you do habitually is everything, Like, don't ever get that misconscrewed. It's everything, and you have absolutely no idea. We have absolutely no idea how much our habits drive our lives. Your life is not driven by like people like to blame other shit because it's easier to do that than to look at your habits. You feel me. Now, you can blame Donald Trump because that's easier than looking at your motherfucking habits. Sorry for cussing. You can blame you can blame the Democrats, you can blame the Republicans. You can blame the left, you can blame the right. You blame the immigrants, you can blame the black folk, you can blame the white folks. You can blame. Whoever, because that's easier than looking at your habits. You feel me. Yeah. Yeah. The fact of the matter is you're stuck in a position on your job and you have not advanced your career because you spend more time on social media than you do increasing your skills, which increased skills equals of your bigger, your ability to draw more revenue. You increase your value, You Understand what I'm saying. You spend more time on social media than you spend increasing your skills. For instance, all the time we spend on social media, who's taking that time to become bilingual? Because some of us work in human services and those of us that work in human services. If you become a magic becoming bilingual working in human services in two thousand and in twenty six with an immigration crisis, we spend more time bullshitting than we do become invaluable. You understand what I'm saying, spend more time bullshitting than we do become invaluable. And then we want to point and blame and create redherence and look for people to blame for our lack of growth, development and ultimate lead shit thriving. But we gotta have these real conversations with ourselves. Gotta look at your habits. You feel me, Gott, you look at your habits. I don't have a million I don't have a million sub ribers on YouTube because of my habits. I haven't sold a million copies of the second edition of The Simple Truth Mini Mayal because of my habits. It's my habits, it's me, It's the things that I do habitually or the things that I don't do habitually. Thriving Glow with Joe says, effort. You feel me, So I don't. I haven't put out a million a million copies sold effort for my book, have it? I haven't been on I haven't been on Thriving Glow Joe. Thriving Glow with Joe's platform to talk about my book to her community, I haven't had her. I talked to her last year and told her I needed to bring her up here and talk and have a conversation. I haven't brought Joe on the platform yet. You understand what I'm saying, and it's a whole host of other folks. I haven't done. I haven't done a book tour. I haven't done a book signing. I haven't done an event. I haven't even I don't even have our retreat schedule. Chat Instead. What I'm saying habits, habits. But you know what I do every day? I get on here and listen. I listen to content. I listen to boxing content and I don't even talk boxing. I get on here and I listen to boxing content every day. You feel me. I watch the news, I listen to political content every day. I listen to self mastery conttent every day. Yeah, habits, habits, I watch sports, I put Parlay's in every day. Habits, habits. Your habits are shaping you. But who into who? Yeah? I need y'all to pay attention to your habits. I need y'all to pay attention to your habits. Joe said, She looks she got to think he faced. Oh nah, Joe Son, I'm coming over there to talk. You think we ain't finna go over here and we ain't finna talk about this book and you actually got the nerve to have the book and the planner. You think I ain't coming over on your platform and talking. He's you crazy? And you think I ain't finna bring you up here and talk and talk to folks about your journey and what you're doing. Are you nuts? No? We have we got we have cross we have cross programming to do. We have cross programming to do, but I haven't put it together. You know why because of my habits. And that's the truth. So anyway, family, listen, man, no drama. I don't need y'all pursuing perfection. I don't need y'all quitting I need you all to be quietly. You see, I ain't pulled y'all out here, and I ain't said. I ain't had y'all tell me about the cigarettes y'all be smoking. I ain't had y'all tell me about that liquor y'all be drinking. I ain't had y'all tell me about y'all pocket. Perks. Old school. Winstonly said, I just unsubscribe to many of the boxing channels to focus on my bourbon making course. You're taking a bourbon making course. Bro, Man, that's slick. Man, that's slick. That's slick. Bro. We gotta chop it up. We got you chop it up. You know I'm over here. You know what it is that you're doing, You know what it is you ship you want to do, and you know the things that you're doing that prevent you from getting there. That's it, and it just happens to be me on a Monday. You be in Kentucky for a class in July. Let's link up, bro, because I'm assuming you're gonna be. I'm assuming you're either gonna be somewhere between Kentucky and for sales. If you're gonna be, where's it, we'll talk, bro, because I'll pull up on you. Bro, I'll pull up on you know, I'm in Louisville a lot of time. We'll pull up on you. I'll make it. I'll make a special trip down there. Man, We're gonna do a tour or something. But anyway, Man, I said what I said, y'all get on them habits, man, because your habits are shaping you. But the question is into who salute to you all? Man, Thank you all so much for taking the time to tune in. Man, really truly genuinely appreciate you all. If I had a million tons, I couldn't tell it all. Man. I am once again. I'm gonna tell you all that I am really really working at, really working at trying to diversify the content, you know what I mean here on the channel, because we're gonna be doing some new things with the content. Man, We're gonna be doing some as you see, we've been doing new things, but we're gonna be doing more new things, giving a new vibe to stuff. Man, It's gonna be a lot more long form regular YouTube videos, not just live streams, but regular YouTube videos, a lot of shorts, be doing some premieres. We're gonna be like we're in here every day for the most part right now, we're gonna be kind of scaling back off of the every day but more or less still having content up at the same time or whatever the case may be, a lot of mixing and mingling, you feel me, but we definitely gotta get it in. So salute to you all. Thank you all so much man for taking the time to tune in. I gotta get busy, so thank you.
