Your Time Isn’t Protected — That’s Why You Can’t Focus

Struggling to focus, dealing with constant distractions, and feeling mentally scattered often comes from unprotected time—not lack of discipline. Focus improves when your time has clear boundaries and intentional structure.
Most people believe they have a focus problem, but the real issue is access. When your time is open to everything—notifications, interruptions, and constant task-switching—your attention gets pulled in every direction.
In this episode of The Black Coffee Club™, we break down why boundaries are essential, how unprotected time leads to distraction, and why time blocking is less about productivity and more about protection.
Because here’s the truth:
You don’t find focus.
You protect it.
We’ll talk about how to control access to your time, align your energy with structured blocks, and create intentional scheduling that allows you to actually finish what you start.
If you feel distracted, overwhelmed, or constantly pulled off track…
This conversation will help you take control of your time—and your focus.

I like the Hub though, you feel me, But the Hub is starting to get borred. I'm starting to see other folks use the Hub. I'm like, damn, Junior, can't have nothing? Can I have anything anymore? You feel me? So people won't take the Hub now, So maybe we'll call it the marketplace. You feel me? But anyway, y'all come on over to the Hub www Dot Junior Truth dot com and it's all things Junior the Truth Man, thank you all, really truly genuinely appreciate it. Hey, man, let's goll get this shit started early. You need a system. You wonder why you're not getting the most out of your experience this side of the realm, it's because you need a system. You do not have a system in place. It's time for us to just start being real. You don't have a system. You don't have a system in place. You need a system. The Simple Truth Minute Manual system is there for you, man. That includes the second edition of the Simple Truth Minute Manual book, the one hour Book that will change the way you watch the clock, written by yours truly, Junior the Truth, as well as the Simple Truth Minute Manual Planner for the year twenty twenty six. I know people are like, man, it's twenty twenty six. We already then started. Man, Nah, this is You're going to need this system equipped with the self Master Street Blueprint as well. But it's available www. Dot The Minutemanual dot com. You can also Junior Truth dot Com will get you there. But you need a system. I ain't like we ain't even finna. We ain't even finna play with you, La La d said, we don't like, we don't like Lola. We gotta start like at some point, like I love y'all, and I love you enough to tell you. You don't have a system. You come here every day and you sit here and you look at me, and that's cool. You don't have a system. And as a result, we are not getting what we need out of this experience, this side of the realm. My brother be about at farms, who has the system says systems can save your life. Laugh out loud and that's real spiel. Feel Yeah, you need a system. Y'all can sit here and just look at me all you want to. You need a system. Systems can and will save your life. And you've got this far without a system, imagine where you can go with one. But anyway, you know, I'm just in my grig Hacket voice, I'm just a spirit. You feel me. I'm just a spirit too. Now let me stop, because I know what it's life for people to take your stuff. Let me let me stop. Salute to the family, though man, really truly genuinely appreciate y'all. Once again, like I said, we're gonna keep that. That's gonna stay in your face you need a system. And every time I say you need a system, it's like pee wee herman scream real loud, like the fucking you know that. I'm talking about the simple truth, minute manual system. Salute to you all, though, man, I really truly genuinely appreciate y'all. If I had a million tons, man, I wouldn't be able to tell it all. Man, So I want you all to grab your coffee. It's nine o'clock am. Y'all know how we do about this time. Grab your coffee, your favorite morning beverage might be a slootie, might be a tea. Get your hisits biscuits. You feel me and sit on back, man, because we're gonna have a conversation as always, yeah, before your time gets claimed by everything around you, if it has not already. We're gonna talk about focus. I did a lot of talk yesterday about focus. If you can't tell the focus for this week's focus, you feel me focus. And we're talking about focus and why so many people feel like they don't have it. People say I can't focus, I get distracted too easily. I just need more discipline. But the truth is your time is not protected and that's why you can't focus. Your time isn't protected. What I'm I'm gonna let me stop. Let me stop, because I'm about to start asking questions and going berserk. I'm trying to sit up. I'm trying to be cool. Your time isn't protected. That's why you can't focus. You just let that sit because focus is not something that you find. Focus is something that you cultivate and then you protect. And if your time is exposed, like if your time is exposed, if your time is exposed, then you're going to always be under attack. Your focus will always be under attack. If your time is exposed, your focus will always be under attack. Let's get it one. So I've hustled harder than the moment. I'm a feast on these streets. Got a revolver I told for these niggas trying to take me off the block where I pointed up daily set, Bailey's out the bottle of smoke. Yes, yes, So we're right back, right back, like we left our keys. Man, right back, like we left our keys. So let's talk about accessibility. Let's talk about accessibility, because this is the real issue, accessibility. Most people's time is wide open because you don't have a system. You need a system. You need a system. But most people's time is wide open. Why open? Unprotected? Available to everything? Yeah? Can we do we just? Can we stop? There? Can we? Can? We stop? There? Growing? What's all? What's up with your homie? Solute to your family? Rob Single just said a true story be about a for instance, I didn't know it at the time, but I was developing a system about three years ago and didn't even realize it. Who knew ship? I didn't? I did. I knew you was developing the system from from what I was talking about, from what I saw, I knew it. My brother, for all, said, man, let that sink in slewed to my brother boxing and barbecue. What's up with you? Bro? Accessibility? That that's the real issue. People's time is wide open, unprotected. I said, I was gonna stop saying it. Let me rewind it, go back. Let's talk about accessibility, because this is the real issue. Your time is wide open, it's unprotected. Your time is available to everything. And when I say everything, y'all gonna sit there and say, Man, my time ain't available to everything. What you're talking about, Man, you don't know what you're talking about my time ain't available to everything, Okay. Your time is available to notifications, your time is available to messages, your time is available to requests, your time is available to interruptions, your time is available to random tasks. And that's why you can sit at that desk all day, every day, five days a week, ten hours in your office and not get shit done because your time is always available. It's wide open. Your time is unprotected. And when I say stuff like, man, you got to keep a calendar, you got to block out time. You gotta have non negotiables on your calendar, y'all look at me like I'm fucking stupid. It's troubleman Tuesday. So y'all got have to excuse This is gonna be a pointed conversation, so y'all have to excuse it or not. But you look at me like I'm crazy. And I say stuff like you need a system. You look at me like I'm crazy. Www dot dominiemenuo dot com, go get your system. Yeah, yeah, you need a system. You need a system. You need a system. Messages, request, interruptions, random tasks. Everything has access to you. Everything has access to your attention. Everything has access to your time and when everything has access to you, right, when everything has access to you gets your full attention. Nothing gets your full attention. Think about your day. Think about your day, literally, think about your day. All the stuff we've already talked about with regard to your day and how we can end up not being as productive as we need to be. But think about your day. How often are you interrupted? How often are you interrupted? How often are you doing something and you stop what you're doing throughout your day? How often do you stop what you're doing? How often do you switch tasks? Me at task, you're doing something, then you switch tasks and you start doing something else. And then the world has driven us to a point where we glorify what's known as multitasking. And we've already talked on the platform multitasking is some bullshit, you feel me. Multitasking is some bullshit. My sister kid says, I have a system for self care, working out, yoga, I need one for writing. No, since you need one system and all of that is a part of us, is part of the system. You understand what I'm saying. So within your one system, you feel me. You have self care, you have working out, you have yoga, like you have all of that, but it's all a part of one system. You need one system, and those are components of your system that are protected, like those are your non negotiables within your system. But you just need one system, you feel me, just one? Yeah, for our sniper said all the time, he says, shit, I just did it like two minutes ago. Facts. Facts. Yeah. When everything has access to you, nothing gets your full attention and you end up switching task. So that's not a focus problem, you feel me like, that's not a focused problem. So if we say we can't focus, we gotta get in and we gotta dissect it. So it's not you're not dealing with a focus problem. You're dealing with an access problem. And so here's the truth for you. If your time is always available, your focus will always be broken. If your time is always available, your focus will always be broken. I was just talking and I was just talking to my wife, and I was talking about going to the library. I gotta go to the library. The library is I've said this to you guys. I've talked to you guys about going to the library. Like my life. The library for me is like my it's like my my, my mecca for focus. That's like my headquarter for focus. You feel me like, I literally go there and I man. I can leave my phones in the car. I go. I have my you know what I'm saying. I have my laptop, I have my iPad. I got my notebooks, pencils, my highlighters. You feel me any books that I'm using. And I go in there and I get busy. You feel me and I can sit there in one seat for ten hours and work, take a break to use the restaurant. There's a coffee shop in there. I take a break, go get a cup of coffee. I usually show up with my sandwich or my Chipotle bowl. You feel me, and I sit there and I get busy. You don't have a focus problem. You have an access problem. And the truth is, if your time is always available, your focus will always be broken. Kid said bars. If your time is always available, your focus will always be broken. Yeah. Yeah, So now this is where it's gonna get sticky. And it's just where y'all, y'all gonna tend to get upset with me. You know it happens though. It's trouble man Tuesday, So I'm ready for it. Plus the wick the Knicks one last night. You hear me like we took we took the sixers in the back box them up, you vearl me. So I'm on a I'm really feeling good, you know what I mean. And I literally I'm kissing cause I was. You know, I'm late, so I'm I'm my family leaving and I you know, I'm rushing to get downstairs to my kids so I can give them their spiel. You know, take care of yourself, take care of each other. Put your last name first trib over everything. You know. I give my kids the same spill every morning. So I go down there, I'm grabbing my kids and kissing them. And you know, the guy gotta go to the car. So I go to the car and kiss them, and hey, have a good day, you know, YadA, YadA, YadA. And they put your last name first trib over everything. And my brother usually say something like my my little brother. My son usually say man Indian gang of don't bang, or they say something like that, you feel me. My son looked at me and said, did the Knicks win like Nick did? The next win? You feel me that? The hell with what you talking about? Pop did the next win? Said, son, I love you man. Have a good day, man, you have a powerful day. Man. Yeah, that's cool. Did the Knicks win, Bro, that's what my son did? The Knicks win? Yeah? Yeah, Rob Singler said, my Pistons got something for you in the Eastern Conference Finals. Now, Bro, we ain't even talking about that. We were dealing with the Semis right now. Bro, you feel me. We'll cross that bridge when we get to it. Bro, you feel me, we're dealing with. We just gonna focus and lock in on the Semis because we seen, we just seen Philly go down what they was down one three, came back and won the series. We just break by break man. We need to come back out and on Wednesday and win Game two at home. And that's all we that's all we focused on. Bro. Go New York, Go, New York. Go. Okay, back to the back to the tough mastery, back to the self master. Let's talk about boundaries. So y'all get pised off'm'na psch y'all off. Better to be pissed off than pissed off. And ain't that what the old folks say? Because boundaries are what protect your time, and time is what protects your focus. Did you see what I just did there? Boundaries, Yes, professional boundaries, and if you're gonna work in a professional environment, that is especially a place where you need boundaries. You need boundaries. Boundaries will always protect your time, and time protects your focus. Most people think of boundaries. Excuse me, you think of boundaries. You think boundaries are about people. That's what you think. The minute I said boundaries, you started thinking about people. If that's the truth, put a cup of coffee in the chat please, and even in the salute to the replay game, replay game. I'm talking to you too. If when I say boundaries you automatically start thinking about people, put a cup of coffee in the in the comments section, replay game and full effect, salute to you, salute to the podcast family me lie for me, Lia, my first love, hashtag junior Mafia. Same thing. If when I say boundaries you instantly start thinking about people, I need you to put a cup of coffee in the chat because boundaries aren't just about people, but you think it. You think boundaries is about people. It's not. Boundaries are about access control, you feel me. They're about access control. They're about access control, the control of the access. Who gets your time? What gets your attention? You feel me when when things are allowed to happen. And here's the powerful realization. Focus is the result of controlled access. Focus is the result of controlled access. A man, same man. I just did it to myself. A focus is the result of controlled access, not effort, not motivation. Control. You don't get fired up and get excited and get motivated and then get focused. That's not how that works. You understand what I'm saying. You don't. I'm putting out all this effort is effort is effort is effort, and then I'm focused because of my effort. It's not that, nah. Focus is the result of controlled access, not effort, not motivation, control or should I say, excuse me? Control? Should I say it that way? It's not effort not motivation, it's control. Control. When you block time, noll of the Great. When you block time, you're not organizing your day. When you block time, noll of the Great, you're protecting your attention. So when you you feel me, when you're out there doing the yoga on Sundays and you're going upside down and you're putting that to the sky and doing the doing the thing you was doing the thing you do with your legs. You are protecting your attention because you're taking the time and attention and you're you're you're putting that towards your self care and it is protected. You feel me. You're not organizing your day, You're protecting your attention, and attention is your most valuable resource. Attention is your most valuable commodity. It's your most valuable resource. So let me ask who and what has access to your time right now? Who and what has access to your time right now? This is a reflection. So I don't expect you to answer that you feel me, but this is a reflection who and what has access to your time right now? And more importantly, should they? Should they? Should they? Yeah? Who and what has access to your time right now? And most importantly should they? We really should stop right there, But this seems like a good time for me to remind you that you need a system. You need a system. Like all these tools and these jewels and this news. You can use. These tools, jews and the news you can use. It's available in the system. You got to go get it though www dot The minutemanual dot com. Written by yours truly Junior, the truth, the planners curated by yours truly Junior, the truth, which includes the self mastery blueprint. May go get your ship, stop playing near mind. You do it or you don't, but you're not getting the most out of this experience because you don't have a system. And that's the truth of Ruth. That is the truth of ruth. All right, man, So now back to what we're saying. Back to what we were saying, Let's go deeper. Y'all wanna go deeper? Well, let me let me ask because some of y'all, because we y'all might be ready to stop right now, y'all, give me a coffee cup. If I get like three coffee cups, we'll go deeper, y'all give me, give me, let me get three coffee cups, and then let me know y'all want to go deeper. If you don't want to go deeper, we can stop because I got I got, I got some other stuff to do. You feel me, I got bills and shit to pay. You feel me because y'all, I feel like y'all just in here looking at me. You know what I'm saying. So I can go on and go do me something else because I got bills and shit to pay. A big she had said, three and one, fuck it, give me the come on man. Okay, okay, okay, okay, let's go deeper. Then all right, let's go deeper. Let's go everybody want okay, let's go. The family has spoken. Even La La I d put a cup in there. She's still rocking for the entire the entirety of this podcast. Lola was here early. I'm honored, La Lah, I'm honored. I'm I'm crazy about you. Lilon. I care for you like rass care for cheese, and you know rass care for that cheese. Let's go deeper. This isn't about time. This is not just about time. You feel me. Now, I just did this whole song of dance and I did the Wang Dang doodle about your time. And now I'm coming in here and telling you this ain't just about time. Big Day's Kunki Doll said, rain down on me, you feel me. This just ain't about time. It's about energy. It's about energy. Yeah, it's about energy. And you know why it's about energy because unstructured time drains your energy. Unstructured time drains your energy. Protected time preserves your energy. Unstructured time drains your energy. Protected time preserves your energy. And when your day is scattered, your energy gets pulled in different directions. You start one thing, switch to another, respond to something, jump to something urgent. That constant switching and resetting drains you. It zaps your body. It literally zaps your body. You feel me, ezaps you? Now here we go? My sister said, go deeper, so freaky though I like it. Come on, sis, what are we? What? Come on? Man? What is we doing? Being kid talking about I mean kid thriving glow with y'all talking about balls like God, man, I don't even know what to say. I'm not Usually this is usually where I would take this truck and I would run it off road and I would go one hundred miles an hour down hell no seat belts, like take all the fucket. But I'm not gonna do that today. You understand. It's trouble man, Tuesday. And normally I would you feel me? I would God would go you feel me? And I say, man, sisters are coming in here running around with penis on their brain. But I, hey, man, I'm not finna do it. This is a self mastery conversation. We ain't talking about hey man, say you feel me? But I you know, I would expect Kid to feel that way because, like I told you her Sunday Funday, I got dude is follow on social media and you see she upsad down doing yoga and just putting her to the sky. But I'm not going off. I'm gonna stay on the road today. We staying on the road. Big Das put in a coffee cup, said, let's stay on the road. I got you for a sniper said, I read that twice like Kid wild Man Nella is y'all don't understand. She is literally PG in here like the real her. She does a real good job of containing herself for the sake of the self mastery work in here because she is she She is unhinged. She is unhinged. The constant switching it drains you, literally it drains you. But when your time is structured, something changes, like your mind settles, you feel me, your attention locks in, your energy stabilizes. And the truth is energy follows structure. Energy follows structure. It's not the other way around. You don't wait to feel focused. You build a structure that allows you to focus, You literally build a structure that allows your focus to happen. You need a system. It's good time to put that up there. Energy follows structure. It's not the other way around. You don't wait to feel your focused. You build a structure that allows your focus to happen. Yeah. Yeah, that's how the game go. That's the that's how the game go. He did say it. What's her act? Hey? Man, you know I'm stupid enough to give it to you. I'm crazy. Let me go in here. I think it's Nella the Great? What's your add on Instagram? I'm dumb enough to give it to you, Bro, I'm dumb enough to inbox it to you. I think it's Nulla the Great. Let me see, let me see, let me see, let me see that. Let me send that yoga some attention. Yeah, it's Nulla the Great any l A the Great? But I can take it. We can take a break in the show to go to her instagram because I'm just you feel me, shit, we just I'm I'm I'm plumb retarded enough to do it. So let's just take a break and let's go to Atnella's instagram. Because y'all think I'm just playing so we can interrupt the show. Sorry that everybody that's that's that's uh driving and can't see or or whatever the case may be. But we just I'm plumb retarded enough. How do I I'm actually sharing this? Let's stop sharing? Oh man, I messed up. I didn't mean to stop sharing. Whereas okay, I'll be I'll be the desktop. Yeah, here we go by the boom by the bean. You feel me by the boom by the bean. Let me see, let's share. I'm stupid, he said. Brothers. We must stay focused. Doctor Umar Nah, we ain't gonna stay focused. We get the people what they want. Y'all say, y'all want to go what's Nella's Let's go to Nalla and link because I'll be talking about this jogang park in the parks. Let me get y'all appointed for reference. You feel me? This is boom were here, Let me take me, let me take me down boom we here, okay, exhibit a Neella in the park. Go now look, go now look, go go now, look go now look, go go now, look, go now look, go go now look, go now look, go go now lok go now look go now look go go now look, go now, look go. Energy follows structure, not the other way around. You don't wait to feel focused. You build a structure that allows focus to happen. Now, let's talk about time blocking, because most people misunderstand. They misunderstand it. They think time blocking is about productivity. It's not. When I tell you the time block and I tell you a man being intentional, we're blocking your time. We gotta block our time. It's heavy. It's heavy. Block your time is heavy. In the game over in the simple truth many manual system we talk about time blocking. You have to block your time. It's not about production, it's not about productivity. It's about protection. Time blocking is you, and it's your way of saying, this time belongs to this task, not if and when I get to it, you feel me, not if nothing comes up. No, it is already decided. And one of the greatest things that you can do with your life is you decide, you feel me, you make decisions, it's already decided. Time blocking removes negotiation and negotiat kills your focus. When you don't block time, like when you don't block time, every moment becomes a decision. And when we make decisions once again, Every decision is taxing, is a tax on your energy. It drains your energy. So instead of asking what should I do next, you already know because you decided earlier. That's control, that's clarity, that's focused. Using time blocking as protection. I'm pretty sure you never heard it like that before. But does that make sense? Hopefully that's making sense. Y'all can give me a coffee cup when it makes sense. Hopefully it makes sense. Use time blocking as protection. It's not just about productivity, it's about protection. It's about protection. Now, now, let's make this shit practical so I can get out of here. Now. I said I was gonna start getting y'all all the way up to this point and then get to the point of being practical. And I'm gonna take the practical practicality and put it over on the network, make you go get it and come back with it. We might get there today. We're gonna I'm gonna give you these I'm gonna give you just a little bit of game, na give you just a little bit gotta build out your brand boundaries. So let's make it practical, because this is where shit starts to change. Number one, got a block one protected window daily, every day. One one protected window every day, not your whole day, but just start with just one, you feel me, Start with one. A focused block, no interruptions, no destruction, no other distractions. I get pissed off at y'all. This is where I get pissed off at y'all. Right, and all I'm gonna say is you put a you put a you put the put it. Say I in the chat. Say I in the chat. I'm talking to y'all too, podcast family, I'm talking to y'all. So put an eye in the comments section live stream, y'all, put an eye in the chat. If you struggle to consistently find time to eat throughout your work day, put i ab said never. He said it with attitude too. Never. I always do that. Seven o'f fok. Joe said, I none of the great the school teacher, one of the greats, one of the greatest educators on the planet, says I thrive and glow with Joe, who is all about a self improvement and taking care of herself and moving herself forward and an absolute health nut. Struggles to find time to eat during the day. She says, I you feel me for our sniper said, all now I'm gonna eat what I'm hungry. Dammit. Tiffy too says, I you feel me, can't underscore salute homie, Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah. Desmond Kungandal said, what's lunch? Fam? I just work until I'm ready to roll. He don't take a lunch either, He just working and he just eat, Just do his own schedule thing. So I say start with that. It's an easy one. You feel me. Eight hour workday, man, take you shit at least thirty minutes and block out where you gotta. You can reset, you can eat, you cannot be bothered. Block out that time. That's an easy one so that you can get used to it. It gets your be wet. I get pissed off at y'all when y'all sit at work all day and don't eat. You feel me, then y'all walk in the house eating whatever because you're hungry. No no, no, no, no no. You should be able to block out time to eat. Yeah, So step one is block out a protective window daily. Like I said, it ain't gotta be a whole day. You can just throw with one a focused block, no interruptions, no distractions, you feel me. Step two you gotta remove access during that time so you can silence your notifications. You can ignore non essential communications. Fuck that, non emergency communications, ignore those. You close out unnecessary tabs on your computer, and you protect that block. You spind your energy to protect that block. You will remove access them, emails will be all right for that hour. I'm talking specifically about lunch now. I used to block out four hour blocks on my day, especially with projects. I will block out four hour blocks. In my days I had a special I would have like two hours throughout the week, and on Fridays I would have four hour blocks. But anyway, that's the whole other we ain't talking about me. Step three is you got to assign one clear task to that block, not multiple One one clear task and you finish that task because completion is going to build your focus. You understand what I'm saying, Like, when you start seeing things complete, you're gonna lock in when that when your focus is protected, but completion it builds focus, and not just build focused, it also feeds. It feeds your your system. You're feeding the system. Say damn, this shit work, man, this shit really works. Kay, Underscore said, I just learned how to use do not Disturb on my phone. Good use it, use it. Step four is you got to repeat this daily. Repeat it daily, same time, same st ructure, repeat it because consistency is gonna create control. Consistency creates control. All Right, we gotta close this out because I gotta get to this money. I said I was gonna start coming in here for twenty five minutes, and we already at forty one. Because y'all plan, We on here plan. Let's close it out. Be sure once again, you need a system. Be sure you go get the Simple Truth Minute Manual system. You need a system. Salute to the message of one nine one, what's up with your homie? And also be sure y'all make your way man, come over to the Simple Truth network. Also, the Facebook group is up. Go join the Facebook group. We have all these ways for you all to access this information and ultimately have some level of access to me. Right now, you feel me temperate, I say, temporarily, But www dot the minutemanuo dot com man go get your go, get your system. All right, this is simple, but I ain't gonna say most people you ignore it like this is simple, but you ignore it. You don't struggle with focus because because you're undisciplined. You struggle with focus because your time is unprotected. Too many interruptions, too much access, too many open doors. But once you protect your time, then your focus becomes easier. And it's not really because you changed, it's because your environment did. So my question for you is what part of your day are you going to protect? Starting today? What part of your day are you gonna start protecting? Starting today? What are you gonna protect? What part of your day? Not tomorrow today? So think about that. Y'all can come back to the chat and give me an answer. What day are you going to start protecting today? What part of your day are you gonna protect? Start today, not tomorrow today. Because if you don't protect your time, everything else is gonna take it. Everything is gonna take it. If you don't protect your time, everything else will take it. Let me say it like the shit is on you, like it's on you. You do understand that, you do understand the more available you are, the more people are gonna take your shit. You understand. The more available you are, the more your time is gonna get taken and you're not gonna have time to do the shit that you need to do. You feel me. So you wonder why you're on You wonder why ab said the whole damn day. Brother, You're doing it wrong. You can't. It can't be the whole day, bro. It can't pick one part of the day. Pick one part, just one part, bro, Pick one part and then do it. Then protect that one part. And like I said, start with an hour or two. And I'm telling you this as a I'm telling you this as a as a a man. I'm telling you any facet of your life, you gotta protect your time. If you don't protect your time, everything else will take it. Like you gotta protect your time. You gotta have some non negotiables. This is something I'm really working on because if you don't protect your time, everything is gonna take your time. You ain't gonna have time to do this. You ain't gonna have time to do that. This is gonna need your attention. That's gonna need your attention. Gotta go do this gotta do that, do that. Everything is gonna take your time. Man, this is the Black Coffee Club man around here. We don't chase focus. We don't chase focus. We cultivated. Once it's cultivated, we protected.
