“I’m too busy.”
The truth is simple: being busy is not the problem. Using busy as an excuse is the problem.
Everybody is busy. Everybody has responsibilities, pressure, obligations, and demands. But busyness exposes priorities. It reveals what you protect, what you sacrifice, what you tolerate, and what standards you have allowed to slip.
This episode challenges listeners to examine whether their full calendar is actually hiding low standards, weak boundaries, poor structure, and unprotected priorities.
Key themes include:
• Why everybody is busy • How busyness exposes your real priorities • Why low standards hide behind full calendars • The difference between adjustment and abandonment • How structure protects standards when life gets crowded • Why you need to stop calling chaos normal • The daily challenge to raise the standard
This conversation is for anyone committed to discipline, self-mastery, accountability, self-respect, structure, clarity, and intentional living.

Man, We're going straight at the most common excuses that people use to explain. Why their life is out of order. You understand what I'm saying. I don't know if you have these I don't know if you if you have these people in your life, or if you're these people in somebody else's life. But people have a chuck full of excuses as to why their life is the way that it is. The I know, the conversation this morning is you're not too busy, you're just comfortable with low standards. Now, I already know somebody's gonna hear that, and they're gonna get defensive. You feel me, somebody's gonna hear that. One of yous are gonna hear that, and you're gonna get defensive. Rather you're tuning in live, Shout out to the live stream family. Salute to you all. Whether you're catching this on the replay Shout out to the replay Gang Man, replay Gang or Don't Bang, Salute to the replay game, or it might be my podcast family. Shout out to the podcast family. Junior me Live for Meili and my first love. Salute to you all. Y'all got the numbers going bananas, But somebody's gonna hear that, and they're gonna get defensive. You feel me, you know. And then somebody say, somebody said, nah, Junior, I really am busy though, like I really am busy. It's not an excuse. I'm really busy. And to that, I'm gonna say, man, listen, I believe you. I believe you. You feel me. I believe you. I believe you have responsibilities. I believe your schedule is full. I believe your family needs you. I believe your job is demanding. I believe. The business is pulling on you. I believe them goddamn bills are real. And I believe life is crowded. You understand what I'm saying. I believe that life is crowded. But I know I'm judgmental in the motherfucking I'm working on it, and I ain't working on it. That's a lie. Because bottom line, being busy is not the problem. Using busy as an excuse is the problem. Because everybody's busy. Everybody's busy, you feel me. Everybody's busy, and the ess is not whether you have a lot going on, the question is what has busyness been allowed. To excuse in your life? Yeah, if we want to have like some for real conversations and we want to get for real, what has your busyness allowed or excuse me, been allowed to excuse in your life? Some of us have strange relationships with our with our children. We have a strange relationships with our spouses. We have some of us. You so busy, You having a strange relationship with yourself? You feel me, you got an strange relationship with yourself because you're so busy. Yeah, what is in a strange relationship with yourself? Mean? That means as you you no longer know who you are. You don't know what you like, you don't know what you dislike, you don't know what makes you tick. Nah, you lost, You've lost, You've lost you in your busyness. Man, that's a whole, that is that's too deep. I gotta we gotta, we'll go down that rabbit hole over on the network. Man. We we in the black Coffee Club right now, So we gotta we gotta get to it. Like lighter fluid, what has busyness been allowed to excuse? In your life. Jered Lord, Lord eleven Green, what's up with your homie? D low fall four? What's up with your homie? Saluted my brother d Lo fall four. Man, it's good to see you, bro. Salute to you. Is you a cop? Jay Red? It's you a cop? Salute to my brother d Lo Fall four? Boxing man, Man, you gotta come back, uh when I come back over to the punch junkie man and subscribe to YouTube channel. Man, I got some I got some firebox. I'm I'm you fear me. We're getting back on the box and content over there. Man, Let me get back to this. Let me get back to this. What is busyness been allowed to excuse in your life? And that's what we're dealing with this morning. Because some of us, some of us, are not too busy. When I say some, I mean all mohuck. But some of us are not too busy. We are too comfortable letting low standards hide behind full calendars. Did I hear what I just said? Because I really think I just dropped the bar. We are too comfortable letting low standards hide behind full calendars. The calendar is full, but the standards are low. Pour your coffee, lock in and let's tell the truth. Let's get it. So. I'm hustled harder than the moment. I'm a feast on these streets. Got a revolver. I talked for these niggas trying to take me off the block where I pointed up daily sit Bailey's out. The bottle of smoke. Oh whiskey, I did so. I touched something I shouldn't have touched. Let me make sure the audio is still good. Is the audio still good? Look like the audio is still good. Y'all can still hear me? Everything is still good. Let's get to it. Ah, man, Let's get let's let's gone head on here and get to it. Man, Let's tell the truth. Let's start here. Man. Everybody's busy. Everybody's busy. Man. Everybody has something pulling on them. Everybody has obligations, everybody has stress, everybody has responsibilities, everybody has interruptions. You feel me. So when you say I'm busy, you are not saying anything unique. Man. I hate to put that on you like that, man, but she we got to do that. You got to you got to you got to miss shut that soft ship up. Everybody busy. You feel me. Everybody, everybody busy. You're not saying nothing unique. You ain't said nothing slick to a can of oil. Everybody's busy. That does not mean your life is not demanding. Just because everybody's busy and you ain't saying nothing to slick to a can of all. I'm not dismissing the fact that your life is demanding, you feel me. It means busyness cannot be the final explanation. You can't just stop with busyness, you feel me. Because some people are busy but still disciplined. Did you like you feel there are people that are busy but still disciplined. Some people are busy but still present, you feel me. Some people are busy and still organized. People are busy and still healthy. People are busy and still accountable, you feel me. So the problem cannot simply be busyness. And this is this is man. I'm I said, it's busy and still present. Man. That's a big one for me, because I know people who are just movers and shakers, and you know. They are they're they're career people, you feel me. They might be you know, politicians, they might be uh A, government officials, they might be uh well renowned in their field, you under their field of practice and practitioners and history. Man, I know some people who just really got some real big shit going on, and they lack presence with the most important people in their life, the children, their spouses, their family. Yeah, busyness is a busyness is a is a cold peace, man. Busyness is a cold piece. People are busy and still present, So the problem cannot simply be busyness. The real question is what does busyness keep interrupting? You feel me? Does your business interrupt your health? Does your business does it interrupt your discipline? Does your business interrupt your family? Does your business busy this interrupt you keeping track of your finances appropriately? Does your business interrupt your peace? That's a big one. Does it interrupt your peace? Does it interrupt your purpose? You feel me? Is your busyness keeping you from your purpose? Is your busyness interrupting your word that you break to yourself? You feel me? Does it interrupt your word to yourself? Does your busyness interrupt your word to yourself? Because the thing you keep allowing business to interrupt is probably not a real standard. Yet you feel me? If your health disappears every time your life gets crowded, then health is not your standard yet, you feel me. If your discipline disappears every time life gets crowded, then discipline is not a standard yet. If your family only gets your leftovers when you get busy or life gets crowded, then your presence with your family is not a standard. Yeah. Now this ain't I'm not condemning you. This ain't condemnation. I'm not coming down on you. This is awareness. Awareness is power. You feel me, because once again, when you operate from awareness, now you're empowered because you can choose. This is awareness, and awareness gives you something to correct. So stop saying I'm busy like it's the end of the conversation you feel me. It actually should start the conversation busy doing what, busy for whom you feel me, Busy toward what, Busy at the expense of what, And that's where the truth starts showing up. If you're willing to have that real conversation, feel it's what's up with you, hommy? Yeah? Yeah, So here's the second truth. Busyness exposes priorities. When life gets crowded, your real priority show up, not the ones you talk about motherfuckers will talk about their kids, and there are super parent and this and there that and so on and so forth. And then when life gets crowded out, your kids don't even see. Your kids are on a back burner. You feel me. Your kids are less and less and less of a priority. When life gets crowded, your family goes down by the wayside, your marriage goes down by the way side. When life gets crowded, busyness exposes your priority. So you can say whatever you want to say. You can say whatever you want to say. But when your life gets crowded, that's when your real priority show up. And it's not the ones you talk about, you feel me. It's the ones you protect. It's the ones you protect. Because a priority is not what you mentioned. A priority is what you protect. When your life gets busy, you feel me. And everybody says certain things matter, right. Everybody says health matters, family matters, peace matters, purpose matters, discipline matters, My future matters. But when the schedule gets full, the calendar gets loaded, what gets protected and what gets sacrificed? What gets protected and what gets sacrificed? Man, y'all too quiet today, it's a trouble man Tuesday, and you motherfucker's got the as nine aut thatsy to be in here not talking. Y'all scaring me. Man, y'all scaring me what they say, what my cousin lady, they top cast said all the time. I'm gonna leave y'all back out here with this trouble content A LEI y'all back out here with these Diddy videos and grown men talking about other men tweeting. I'mna lead y'all. I'mna lead y'all out here to it. I swear to God, you feel me. I swear on a stack of Bibles. I'll leave you motherfuckers out here to gossip about Diddi and Charleston White and and and. What Tank Davis is tweeting, and what leg tats he got and and. Listen up, my brother Bill Hainey argue with everybody. I swear to God, I'll leave you out here to it. Salute Salute to a B in the building, Salute the Mini camp post twenty two O six. What's up with you, homie? Salute the la I D in the building. What's up with you D? Salute to you love Hey, Keith Fannie said, please don't, man, please don't. I'll leave y'all out here to the tweet conversations. Man as on my soul, y'all better talk to me. We building, salute Jared eleven Green. We building, y'all. Y'all gotta talk to me. You feel me. Don't come in here, man. Don't be spending no time nowhere where your presence is not valuable. I need your presence, y'all. Don't do that to me. I'm serious. Don't do that to me. The messager to one now and one, what's up with you, hommy? Don't do that to me. This is in exchange. You feel me. I'm pouring. I'm pouring out from the death of my soul. I'm sharing with you what I'm going through. You feel me, and if you can relate, then goddamn it. You gotta let me know that you're in here. At least give me my theme emoji. If you ain't got nothing to say, at least give me my theme emoji. Nobody coming to play with y'all in this trouble man Tuesday. I'm sick of it. Like I'm sick of it, I'm sick of you not operating at the level you supposed to operate that I'm sick of I'm sick of you accepting bullshit from yourself. You feel me, I'm sick of you not getting better when you got the opportunity to get better. And we on the motherfucking clock. We on the clock. You understand what I'm saying. Nobody got to had to be playing around with this bullshit. We on the clock cuz I'll leave you motherfuckers to watch Dean the Greater and ab Man Big Day had said, people busy doing nothing, That's all my soul. Everybody say things matter though, because the shit sounds good. Yeah, yeah, But when things get get busy and things get hectic, what gets sacrificed? And that answer tells the truth. If you always sacrifice what you claim matters, then it's then that is not functioning as a priority. You understand what I'm saying. If you always sacrifice what you claim matters, then it is not functioning as a priority. You understand what I'm saying. If every time my kids. Want to spend time with me, I'm always too busy to spend time with my kids, then my kids are not the priority. You feel me. If my wife wants to spend time with me, And every time she wants to spend time with me, I don't have time to spend with her. Then she's not a priority. You understand if me being with my family is not Every time it's time to be with my family, is always something else that comes up, and being with my family is not the priority. Black five Faring TV said, a funky pair of lips to say anything, motherfucker tell you in a minute. This family matter, his kids matter, purpose matters, discipline matters. Then when you get busy, all of it gets sacrificed. And if you always sacrifice what you claim matters, then it's not functioning as a priority in your life. It's functioning as a preference. Like a motherfucker. You prefer your family, you prefer of your purpose. You prefer discipline, but it is not functioning as a priority. You prefer to be healthy when it's convenient. You prefer to be disciplined of when the week is easy. You feel me. You prefer to be focused when nobody interrupts you. You prefer to be structured when nothing unexpected happens. But standards are not preferences. A standard is something that you protect. You understand what I'm saying. Now. That don't mean that you don't have to make adjustments, doesn't mean that life requires adjustments. But adjustments and abandonment are not the same thing. A disciplined person adjusts the plan. Undisciplined person abandons the plan altogether. They abandon the standard you feel me, And that is where many people get exposed. They do not modify. They quit, you understand, just like we talked about yesterday. They quit. They don't adjust, They disappear. They do not create around the reality. They surrender the chaos, and then they call it being busy. And every time you do that, you teach yourself something. Every time you surrender the chaos and you call it busy, you teach yourself something. You teach yourself that your standard depends on convenientions. You feel me, You teach yourself that your word depends on your schedule. In your funky ass move, you teach yourself that discipline only matters when life is easy. And that's dangerous, homie, Like, that's dangerous because eventually low standards start to feel normal. And once low standers feel normal, then you stop expecting more from yourself. That is why busyness must be confronted, because busy can become a respectable excuse for an unstructured life. You be busy as hell and unstructured as hell. Yeah. Yeah, I just dropped the bar on myself. Man, let me get let's let's let me give myself together so I can get out of here. Low standards high behind full calendars. That's just the fact. Low standards high behind full calendars. I know people that got somewhere to be every minute of every moment of every day. You understand what I'm saying, and life is bullshit. Low standards high behind full calendars. Busy sounds better than undisciplined. Busy. Busy sounds better than distracted. Busy sounds better than unstructured. Busy sounds better than avoiding you feel me. Sounds better than I keep choosing the wrong things. People say. People say, oh, man, I've just been busy, that's one of my things. I just been busy. But sometimes what that really mean is I've not been managing myself. I've not been setting boundaries. I've not been protecting my priorities. I've not been saying no. Some of y'all don't even know how to say no. Some of us don't even know how to say no. I've not been living by a clear standard. And this is this is where we gotta be honest. This is where we gotta be honest. A full calendar does not automatically mean a disciplined life, you feel me. A full calendar means a full calendar. It does not automatically equate to a disciplined life. Period. It doesn't. It doesn't. Yeah, you can have every hour booked and still be out of alignment. You can be moving all day and still be avoiding the truth. You can be tired every night and still not be productive. You can be occupied and still not be intentional. Busyness is not a badge, you feel me. Busyness is not a badge. Alignment is Alignment is a badge. Discipline is a badge. Structure is a badge. Responsibility is a badge. Self respect it's a badge. And people. Are addicted to being busy because being busy makes them feel important. But important and effective are not the same thing, you feel me. Tired and productive are not the same thing. Occupied and aligned are not the same thing. So you have to ask yourself, is my life. Full? Because I'm building something, Or is my life full because I have not set a standard for what gets access to me. That's a different question. I ain't even gonna repeat that. You're gonna have to go back and get that one. To go back and get that one. The truth is, some things are only in your life because your standards allowed them. Yeah. Some stress exists because you kept saying yes, you feel me. I just went through that. I just kept saying yes to shit, and I had a tremendous amount I have had a tremendous amount of stress over the past couple of weeks. Life been stressed for the motherfucker, and I did it. You feel me. Some chaos exist because you keep you kept tolerating disorder. Yeah, some emergencies in your life keep having it because you refuse to create structure. Some of the pressure you feel is not responsibility. Some pressure, like some of the pressure is just accumulated neglect. I wish Nella was in here. That's a I know that's a bar. Some of the pressure that you feel in your life is not RESPONDI it's just accumulated neglect. And I know that ship is hard to hear, but it's necessary because if you keep calling everything busy. You will never correct what is actually out of order. If you keep calling everything busy, then you gonna you ain't never gonna create. You ain't never gonna correct what's out of order. Ah, Man, this is nuts. Man, I just stung myself, can't find me, gave me, gave me my emoji? Hey said bars? Where's Nella the Great with our bars? You feel me? It's crazy, Mandlo says you saying it. Man, I'm awful with saying no. Damn near to the point of having a savior complex. And I and I pay for that too. Nah, it's a savior complex. Bro. We just talked about that a couple of weeks ago. We got a savior complex. Please believe that we gotta do. We gotta save every damn body. Bruh, all the down time. Man, Let's move, let's move, man, let's let's let me give you some news you can use, man with regard to correctness, so I can get out of here. Structure protects standards when life gets crowded, man, Structure structures structure cree Structure protects standards, man, when your life gets crowded. And that's why structure matters. Structure is not doing more, you feel me. Structure is about protecting what matters. A lot of people think structure means feeling every hour and no no no, no, no, no, no, no, yeah, some of us. The fact of the matter is some of us don't need a full of full of calendar. I know, I don't. I don't need a fuller calendar. I don't. I do not need a full of calendar calendar. I need a clearer standard, you feel me. You need to decide. We need to decide what gets protected, what gets scheduled, what gets removed, what gets limited, and what gets denied access? I wish t Feu was here this morning. We were just talking about that yesterday. The places that I'm trying to go and the things that I'm trying to do. I have to deny some access, Like I literally have to begin to deny access. I'm talking about my real life, La la, I'm talking about my real life. I gotta start denying access like shit got to be denied, you feel me. What gets denied access? Because every yes has a cost de loy. Every time you say yes, there's a cost associated to it. Bro. Every yes spends time, you feel me, every yes spends attention, Every yes spends energy. Every yes tells something else to wait. The amount of time, energy, and effort that I have spent on the yes is that I I've passed out over the past probably month and a half. Man, I could have had everything I need to get done done of my own You understand what I'm saying. I could have had everything done that I needed done of my own business, and my own business has had to wait because of the stuff that I signed up for, because I said yes to a whole lot of shit. Dlo. Yeah. Yeah. So if you keep saying yes without standards, then your life will become crowded with things you never intentionally chose. And that's how people lose control. It's not all at once. It's one unfiltered yes at a time, one ignored boundary at a time. It's one avoided decision at a time. It's one I'm just busy at a time. Structure is how you stop that shit. Structure says this matters, so this gets protected. You feel me for me? Saturday. My son plays basketball Saturday, Saturday afternoons eleven thirty am. I'm not basketball. Baseball. My son plays baseball Saturday Saturday mornings eleven thirty. That shit gets protected. My daughter plays basketball Sunday Sunday afternoons. That gets protected. You feel me like that, don't matter what. That gets protected. You feel me. And if I'm not there, we're somewhere together. My family is somewhere together. We weren't. We missed last week because we were in Florida. You feel me together. We're gonna miss July fourth because we're gonna be in Cleveland at the Abdullah Mason fight together. You see what I'm saying. Yeah, structure is how you stop that. Structure says this matters, So this gets protected. You feel me. Structure says this drains me, so it gets bound You understand what I'm saying. You know exactly what I'm saying. Dlo that telephone call when you look and you say, what this motherfucker want? Nah, that's the motherfucker that need to get a boundary. You feel me. That's somebody that should get a boundary. Structure says, this does not align, so it gets limited, it gets limited. You feel me. So I'm stupid, So I'm gonna be all the way. I'm I'm gonna be all the way. Uh uh real with you. Okay, So a lot of stuff doesn't align, so I don't. I don't listen to a lot of stuff, you feel me. A lot of YouTube. I don't listen to a lot of you know, I come specifically, I've been ingrained and and I've been deep in the boxing community. It doesn't align much anymore. So I don't listen to a whole lot of it, you feel me. I just made the decision that I was gonna come back and talk more because a lot of deep and the guy I'm gonna be real a couple folks. Yeah, so this does not align, so it gets limited. This is not necessary, so I mean, excuse me, this is necessary, so it gets scheduled. This is noise, so it gets removed. Salute the snipe in the building for our sniper. What's up with you, homie? And that is self mastery. That's self mastery. My sister Lalah said, Chrispy, not to sound negative, but you know, too many big channels, you support too many people to not have more people in here. I promise I'm gonna do my best to help grow your show. I appreciate a lot of I d but this ship here ain't for everybody you feel me, just just just just I want of course, I want you to help me grow, for sure, but I want you to be sure you here and I want you to be sure that you get this information. I want you to be sure that you use it. You understand what I'm saying because it's about it's about us getting better and the people that a ain't here. I can't speak for people know where I'm at and know what I'm doing, so I can't speak for them they're not here. I can't speak for it. But I can vouch for the people that's here every day. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah yeah. Snipe said he's starting from the beginning of the show, salute bro. Yeah. Structure says, this is noise, so it gets removed. Man, some of this shit is noise, so it gets removed. You feel me, it gets removed. Nah, that's real, King Vonnie, You feel me. That's real because at the end of the day, like people come in here, motherfuckers are getting away. You understand what I'm saying, and I can't have people getting in the way. Man, in some relationships, motherfuckers coming in here, getting in the way because we're here. Really truly trying to do real work because I ain't gonna lie to you, like I gotta get it, and I don't know how much time I got left. You feel me, and I gotta get it. I gotta get it, like I am not gonna be all right if I don't. If I don't, I'm closer to my purpose and I don't walk in my purpose, I'm not gonna be all right. Yeah. So that's self mastery, man, not just controlling your emotions. People here self mass and they think it's just emotional intelligence and controlling your emotions and so on and so forth, and being able to say Naji rhmbab when you mad and I be mad. No more on what it? That's bullshit, That's that's that's TV. You feel me. Self mastery is not just controlling your emotions. You feel me controlling your access, controlling your attention, controlling your commitments, controlling your your your your your calendar, controlling the standard by which decisions are made. You feel me. I was talking to a few yesterday and what I told him was like, I'm the way I'm living my life now, man, is every day I'm getting up and I get two buckets. You understand what I'm saying. I got two buckets. I got the buckets of because I'm living a life right now that I at one point in time I dreamt about. It's just the truth, you feel me. I'm living a life right now at one point in time I actually dreamt about. You understand what I'm saying. And now I'm here, and I need more. You know, I want more. I want to accomplish more. I want to do more. You feel me. I want to inspire more. And so I have a bucket of complacency work. You know, We're just gonna be here the person that I've been and the bucket of the person that I'm trying to become. And every decision, every action, every day I am putting, I am casting. Every decision is a vote, and that vote is going in one of those two buckets. Every action is a vote. I'm going in one of those two buckets. Either I'm going this is shit is gonna move this decision is gonna move me forward towards the person that I'm trying to be. Where it's gonna put me there where I have being and where I'm going to stay. And I am really truly working to move the option of staying the way that I've been. Yeah, so anyway, here are the corrective questions man, for you to ask yourself, what standard must survive even when life gets busy. You gotta name it because unnamed standards do not get protected. Did you hear that unnamed standards don't get protected? What standard must survive even when life gets busy? For me, it is it is my unwavering connection to my family, even when life gets busy. I have to have this unwavering connection to my family. And when I say family, I mean my wife and my children. The motherfuckers that I am responsible for them, motherfuckers that I have a blood off over. Number two. What keeps invading your life because you have not set a boundary? Yeah? What keeps invading your life because you have not set a boundary? Some of us are not too busy. You're too available, d Loo. Did you hear what I said? You ain't too busy, bro, You're too available. You're available to everybody else's urgency, available to every distraction, available to every request, available to every notification. And because you're always available, you are rarely intentional. Because you're always available, you're rarely intentional. You understand what I'm saying. Yeah, like a motherfucker, Like I can't one of the things. And I'm talking about myself right like a motherfucker, like, I don't let people touch me. I think I said this already. I don't let people touch me. So I'm real skeptical about people who everybody can hug, Like, if a motherfucker can come up to you and touch you and hug you, you know what I'm saying, get all in your personal space, and shit, I'm very skeptical about that. You understand what I'm saying, because if everybody can hug you, like if you pass out one hundred hugs a day, then what does it mean to actually hug? You understand what I'm saying. What does it mean to actually feel embraced by you? See? I can't embrace everybody because my embrace actually really means something. Yeah, you're very If everybody hugs you, then I look at you like you're rarely intentional and I don't think you're genuine. So everybody, everybody get hugs, nigga. Everybody can touch you, bro. Everybody everybody's your bro, everybody's everybody your people. Hmmm, number three. What do you need to stop calling busy and start calling unstructured? What in your life do you need to stop calling busy and start calling unstructured? I know that question gonna sting, but it helps because some of the chaos in your life is not proof that you are doing a lot. It's proof that you have built a system to protect what matters. I said that wrong. Let me ask you again, or let me tell you number three again. What do you need to stop calling busy and start calling unstructured? Because some of the chaos in your life is not proof that you are doing a whole lot, you feel me, it's proof that you have not built a system to protect what matters. In your life. People who are always doing a whole lot are not protecting what matters in their life. That's it, That's it, all right, man, I gotta go. Here's a challenge for the day on this trouble man. Tuesday, June twenty third, twenty twenty six. You feel me, what standard have you lowered because you keep calling yourself busy? What standard in your life have you lowered because you keep calling yourself busy? Don't do not rush past that? What have you lowered? Is it your communication standard? Is this your health standard, financial, emotional, family work, spiritual self respect? You feel me, what have you stopped protecting? What have you stopped correcting? What have you stopped expecting from yourself? And how long are you gonna keep letting busy be the excuse? Because here's the truth. If your standard matters, it needs structure. If your health matters, it needs structure. If your peace matters, it needs structure. If your purpose matters, it needs structure. If your future matters to you, it needs structure. You cannot keep asking important things to survive inside of an unstructured life. So today, just pick one of your standards. I know how I get. Just pick one standard that has been slipping because you keep calling yourself busy. Then build one piece of structure around it. Schedule it, protect it, Remove something from your life for it, you feel me, remove something from your life for it. I'm not gonna tell you how to do it. You understand what I'm saying. Not even gonna suggest how to do it. I'm just telling you the shit need to get done. You got to say no for it. You got to set a boundary for it. You have to give it a concrete place in your life, because a standard without structure is just a wish, you feel me. A standard without a structure is just a wish. And we are not building wishes, man, we are building self mastery. You feel me. So here's my here's my closing. Being busy is not the problem. Using busy as an excuse is the real problem. Everybody's fucking busy. But busyness exposes priorities. It exposes what you protect, it exposes what you abandon, it exposes what you tolerate. And if low standards have been hiding behind your full calendar, today is the day to tell the truth. You're not too busy to raise the standard, man, you are too comfortable calling chaos normal. Yeah, and that's gonna end today. That's gonna end today. This is the Black Coffee Club, man, I'm your host, Junior, the truth, raise the standard.
